Rider Paladin: It's good to be back and thank you for the kind words. Ever since I've read the issue with Phillip I feel it never got any deeper since we have no clear motive with the character. The series just make stuff up as it goes. They've even brought up the 41 spiders and it never went anywhere. I'll try and see if I can fit that in the next volume, but there is no guarantee that it will go anywhere. Same thing again with pre-Cataclysm with Doom and Peter Parker. It was a complete waste and I damn Bendis for that because it looked like he gave up on it. Personally he should have handed the Ultimate line to someone else and see if they could do it better. The Tony, Janet, and Anthony plot became something that just happen when I was working out the plot. Partly had some inspiration from that mobile game "Avengers Academy". So I decided to just fuck it and try ship these two since they are beings of technology, and they have similar personality that it somehow worked. Hope to improve as I go with this. The revelation involving MJ for finding out what Peter' been doing is something I've been thinking about, and I already thought of a scene that would be quite devastating for her, but not what you think. I won't spoil much so you'll have to wait and see

Suddenly, time once again froze with everything not moving. As Kang once again appears as she goes towards Vision
Kang: …Poor soul. All that intelligence and your ego is what became of your downfall. I already know of your attempt to reboot your suit's programming and attempt to recover. But the damage has already weaken your body as you are losing air. Once your suit start up you would use what life you have left and use your suit's technology to phase through and attack these two. Cripple and injuring them and rendering them unable to escape. Leaving them as you destroy the station as it crashes down. Forcing the Ultimates to sacrifice their lives as they prevent the destruction by destroying the station. Succeeding but you still die from your injuries. That is something I won't let happen. He plays an important role and I cannot lose that. So…Off you go
Using her powers, Kang reprogrammed Vision's suit. Disabling most of the suit's programming as she now disappears. With time resume once again, Vision tries to reboot his suit's to function properly once more, but to no success

As Vision struggles his suit is still in phase mode as he phases through the station wall. With him outside the station Vision's suit begins to shut down. Now completely solid as Vision struggles to breath in space. Losing air much quicker thanks to the damage he received

With his last ounce of air, Vision's life was choked out of him as his body wonders in space. With Spider-Man and Spider-Woman quite surprised that this has happened

Janet Van Dyne: And some of them happen to be kids like the ones that fought alongside us
Monica Chang: But we have military contracts with them. We even have joint projects involving the serum. Roxxon was the only company that would provide the opportunity to replicate it
Tony Stark: Don't we have any scientist here that can do that?
Sue Storm: Besides, should we really work with a company like that? There are others that could have done it just as equally as they have. And that doesn't involving kidnapping and experimenting on other people
Thor: Turning people into weapons against their wills
Steve Rogers: Whether you don't see it Spider-Man made the right call
Tony Stark: Plus with the information that's now exposed it's impossible for Roxxon to recover from this. It's finished
Monica Chang: And what about the serum
Steve Rogers: That will be discussed in another time, but I want to discuss something else

Tony Stark: Four. One from the kid, one from Project Pegasus, one from that HYDRA base, and one from the Moon. That's four in total

Steve Rogers: It's been bothering me for a while now, but as I continue I realize there are things that needed to change. How this country run, how it function, how its influence is spread. This is a country that's supposed to represent and lead by its people, but was taken away by every failed legislation and corruption known to have exist. Now things are back to where it's supposed to be I've come to the conclusion that my place on the desk is no longer needed
Janet Van Dyne: Wait, you're serious?
Sue Storm: You want to step down?
Tony Stark: Steve, you're nuts. You're like the most popular president this country has ever had. You on the seat in office has made America cool again
Steve Rogers: I never really accepted this position. I merely took it because it was necessary, but to me it was never felt right
Thor: Captain, the peace is still fragile. We saw it today. With HYDRA, these new Ultimates, and these vexing gems. There are dark could on the horizon and we all need a leader that will lead us to the light
Steve Rogers: I am a soldier, I've always been a soldier. I am at home on the field and not on a desk. I will always be proud of leading this team, and I promise you I will lead you all from whatever danger that comes in our way, but when the times comes were the danger has passed it is time for this country to be handed down to the people. I will make changes that are necessary to ensure America has a better future. Were it will no longer has any need of war against nations. Were words instead of bullets become weapons. Where all people of ethnicity and faiths can live together. And were this country will prosper and will lead this world to even greater things. Times are changing, and this country does need to change, and when it is done that it does I will resign as leader of the free world. For better or for worse the power will be back at the hands of the people…where it belongs

Peter Parker: So it's all out in the open
J. Jonah Jameson (on phone): Sold out this afternoon. Every bit of information you sent us is now available to the public. With that and the arrest of their CEO Roxxon's stock will plummet and the corporation itself will be just another brick wiped out from existence
Peter Parker: And that means no more human experiments
J. Jonah Jameson (on phone): Hard to believe that it's been going on for this long
Peter Parker: Well it won't be. Not anymore
J. Jonah Jameson (on phone): Thanks to you. Good job, Peter

After Jameson hang up Peter can't help but feel glad about this. Wondering if it was his clone's work that got Jameson to be his ally, but knows he can now rely on Jameson if he needs it. Jessica appeared unmasked and walks towards Peter as they stood and talk

Wearing a suit as he enters the command centre and meets with the Head Division of the base, Donald Matt, as he was watching the news on screen of Roxxon's collapse

Donald Matt: Yes, sir. It was released nationwide since morning
Henry Gyrich watches the news of Roxxon's illegal experiments being exposed, along with news of his arrest. Appearing quite dissapointed by this news
Henry Gyrich: This is disappointing. It appears we might need a new supplier. How soon can we contact AIM?
Donald Matt: I'll send them a message
Henry Gyrich: It's time I get our agents ready. Prepare for the "Spidercide" to depart

On the road outside Rio is a rusty van carrying some grocery as a woman is seen driving and stopping in front of a small and run down house. Getting out and leaving her groceries but taking with her a large canister of oil as she went into the house. Inside, the place appears quite dirty but comfortable, but on the walls are newspaper clips of Spider-Man with notes and details of the events that have been taking place. As she enters the bedroom, the woman looked upon a man who is on the verge of dying as he sees her. Revealing to be Aaron Davis, the Prowler, as he recognize the woman
Aaron Davis: T-Taran...Menendez
Taran Menendez: Aaron...
Aaron Davis: ...On the scale...of 1 to 10...How do I fare?

Aaron Davis: Ouch

Pulling the trigger, Taran shoots Aaron in the head. Killing him painlessly as Taran looked on with sympathy. Throwing away the gun as she picks up the canister and pour oil around the house until its empty. Wearing her jacket and taking her bag as she picks up a box of matches. Lighting it up and tossed it as it comes in contact with the oil. Completely burning the place down as she leaves. Coming out of the house, Taran picks up a photo from her pocket, which shows Peter Parker on it
Taran Menendez: ...Peter Parker. Soon we will meet, but your future are already been written. And now...he comes forth
Taran gets into her van and drives off, but in the back is a glass box that contains a large but dead spider, which appears to be genetically altered and bares a number on it. 41
The City:
The Pillar: Landing Platform
A large plane with a Latverian symbol is seen arriving in City airspace as it lands on the platform, with Xorn, and Basilisk present. Coming out of the jet is Victor Van Damme now as Kristoff Vernard and wearing a completely new Doctor Doom armor. Replacing the green cape with black coat with gold markings, and the armour appearing both modern and medieval, with only the mask baring some change as it's now more sleeker then his original. Approaching with Nick Fury and Ultron with news
Nick Fury: Well I'm glad you two have waited for us
Basilisk: We just stood here moments ago
Kristoff Vernard (Doom): I see you're all here to greet me in my glory
Xorn: I take it things are going your way do far?
Ultron: There are reports of minor chaos, but the deed is done
Basilisk: And Latveria?
Kristoff Vernard (Doom): Barely stable, but luckily I have my Doombots operational and on patrol for any irregularities
Basilisk: You mean the CIA thinking the immature Kristoff Vernard just back-stabbed them?
Kristoff Vernard (Doom): The boy is a failure in his life. At least I'll do something that would change what we're about to embark. So I welcome to see what they will do

In a burst of anger, Eddie's body suddenly sprout out black ooze as it covers his entire body. Transforming him into Venom as he tries to break out. With no success

Basilisk: What the?
Xorn: What is this Fury?
Nick Fury: That is a symbiote. A suit created by Richard Parker and Edward Brock Snr to cure cancer and other diseases, but somehow this became the result
Venom: YOU GET ME OUT OF HERE OR I WILL CONSUME YOU ALL!
Ultron: It's still quite fascinating. A living organism that also serves as an additional skin, but is also able to consume any living being just to stay alive
Kristoff Vernard (Doom): But that can be changed correct?
Ultron: I'll arrange that
Venom: Lay a hand on me and I will bite your arm off!
Nick Fury: Do that and we might have to get rid of you, and believe me I would love nothing more after the bullshit you gave to everyone else. Including Parker

Nick Fury: Not from were the records show

Nick Fury: First I'm going to be honest with you. If the situation here is completely different I would have you killed and that suit thrown in a volcano, but as we stand that's not an option right now, and what we want from you is this. This world is going to die from some cosmic bullshit I don't even understand, and what we're going to do require someone who is ready to spill blood in order to save it
Venom: And why would I care about saving some few lives?
Nick Fury: Because if we fail then billions and billions of lives are going to die. You included if you still give a damn about your life and that suit of yours
Venom: So kill some goons to stop world war 3?
Nick Fury: More like kill an entire world to save this one
Venom: What?
Nick Fury: We're here to save this world, but by doing that we would have to kill a world like this. From another reality
Venom: ...Another reality...As in another dimension
Nick Fury: You may not want a part of this, but I know you don't want to go out like a piece of shit, and what we're going to do will probably make us no different then any other evil on this Earth. But at this point nobody has any real choice but survival. And that means getting the worst piece of shit we can find, and luckily you are the closest thing we got. Because if you're not ready to spill some blood then none of us will ever see the next day. And so I'm asking...Do you have the stomach to take a life like you don't give a shit? Even if it means killing those that look like the people you know?

AUTHOR'S NOTE: Holy shit it's finally done. The final chapter for Volume 5
Sorry that it took so long. I've been having problems with my computer as it's been freezing and slowing down, and I'm barely trying to finish this, which has become a headache because of how bad my computer is running and the fact that my computer didn't respond well when I was typing, which I have to click on the paragraph and line all the time as it flashes and blinks. So it has taken this long for me to get this chapter finished as I need to take it to repairs after this
Now we're here. After so long for me Volume 5 is now done. With that I can finally move on to Volume 6, which is something I had to rethink as I had to rewrite a couple of things about this volume. Mainly involving Mary Jane's discovery about Peter's relationship, but now that's going to be delayed since I've now decided to do the one plot the comic itself never tried to do. The story of the 41 spiders. I've never intended to do this, but since this story is a few volumes away until it's end I thought why the hell not. Volume 6 will focus on two story plots, with the first involving Peter and Jessica attempting to discover what happened to the 41 spiders that were experimented on, with the sub-plot involving Mary Jane slowly finding out about what is going on with Peter, and the second involving the Secret Ultimates plan to save their reality by destroying other realities in the process. This is something I did ask most of you which universe you would all like to see destroyed and I've taken some of your ideas into consideration, but I have my own to work with and would need some careful planning. If you still have some ideas on what universe you would like to see get destroyed then I'll still hear it
