"Rapunzel!" Jack cried and held her lifeless body in his arms," Oh my God..."

The fighting had ceased for the moment. Merida and Hiccup looking up from the road in horror and Tooth who's feathers started to fall off of her. North was behind Jack, sobbing into his hand and Bunny had his arms crossed and let his tears fall silently.

"No!" Jack sobbed and clung to her body tightly," I loved you! C'mon!"

He shook her and started to dry heave when she wouldn't wake up to his plea.

"Now you see Jack?" Pitch called from above," Let your power shine!"

Jack looked up at him and glared. He carefully laid the love of his life down on the ground. He stood up and started to walk towards the edge of the roof.

"Jack...?" North called out to him and wiped away his tears," Jack, be careful. You are not in the right frame of mind."

He reached out to touch his sons shoulders, but Jack shrugged him away," Don't touch me!"

Jack flew slowly, ever so slowly, towards Pitch, which actually surprised Pitch. Jack stood in front of him and just glared.

"You have nothing to say?" Pitch smiled cruelly at him," I have to say, I am shocked. I thought you would have blown up! Maybe you're more mature than I-"

Pitch stopped what he was saying and watched as Jack glowed bright from his inside out. His ice powers cackling around him.

"Jack?" Pitch smiled.

"You think you can just take away things I love from me? You think you can just create an army and try to beat us? Well you are wrong!" Jack yelled and his powers cracked with his yell," Nothing goes without punishment, and now, you are going to pay!"

Jack yelled as he shot towards Pitch faster than anyone thought he could even move and grabbed Pitch's collar of his jacket.

"You like pain so much", Jack growled," You don't even know what pain is yet."

He froze Pitch's collar and his ice went up Pitch's neck.

"Agh!" Pitch groaned in pain as he felt his grey skin freezing.

"Enough!" Pitch yelled and swarmed them into a tornado of black sand. Jack couldn't see what he was doing and he could hardly breathe. He was forced to let go of Pitch and he swirled snow around them so it was cleared away. When the snow cleared, he saw Pitch heading towards where Rapunzel was laying dead on a roof.

"Get away from her!" Jack yelled, but didn't fly towards him.

"Or what?" Pitch spit out as he landed next to Rapunzel. Tooth and Bunny looked up at the rood from their spot on the road with horror as Pitch picked Rapunzel up and began to dance where her body," What a lovely dancer! A shame the love of your life couldn't save you."

North wasn't looking at Pitch even though it disgusted him just as much. North was looking at Jack who had turned a dark grey. Jack didn't say anything as the air all around them turned icy cold. North looked up and saw clouds blocking out the night sky, swirling around them.

"Jack..." North yelled out to him," Don't do this."

Jack didn't hear his father pleading with him. All he felt was pain and hurt. It began to hail over them, ice hitting the Guardians with blunt force. Hiccup and Merida had no choice but to take cover from being beaten to death but the huge ice chunks.

"Jack! This is what he wants!" Bunny yelled out to Jack, taking cover under an awning which seemed useless for the ice was just going through it.

"Jack, please!" Tooth yelled to the boy in the sky. She had tried to fly to Jack, but couldn't make it. She had taken cover with Hiccup and Merida.

"You have to pay for what you have done!" Jack yelled to Pitch and threw his hands together causing ice to crack it's way over to Pitch. It hit him right on target. He was forced to let go of Rapunzel who was thrown from the roof and behind some cars.

"This is was I'm talking about!" Pitch smiled and gestured to the ice storm," You and I could be so good together Jack! What goes together better than cold and dark?"

"You don't know anything!" Jack yelled and flew towards him. Before Pitch could even run away Jack had hit him with his staff sending him reeling off the roof.

"Jack!" North yelled and started to run towards his son. Jack floated down where Pitch has landed who conjured up his weapon of an axe and started to swing at Jack. Jack dodged all of Pitch's advances and was able to get in a few of his own hits. Jack bent back his staff and hit it into Pitch's stomach so hard he twirled in the air and smacked into a school bus. Jack looked at Pitch's lifeless body and turned to his father, Tooth, Merida, Hiccup, and Bunny who were running towards him.

"Jack..." North frowned at him," You have to stop this storm."

Jack didn't say anything. His skin and his eyes a dull grey, as he looked at the ground.

"I know it hurts", North put his hands on his son's shoulders," But you have to stop."

Jack sighed and as he sighed, the storm backed away and his color, granted very pale color, came back slowly. He let a tear fall and started to walk away. As he was getting up, he heard Pitch get up. He turned and faced Pitch," There is nowhere else to hide Pitch!"

"Oh no?" Pitch smiled and melted into the shadows caused by the street lamps.

The group circled and kept their eyes glued everywhere. North looked at Jack who's back was facing the bus as Pitch came out from the shadows, his axe high in the air ready to strike at Jack.

"Jack!" North screamed. Jack turned just in time as Pitch was about to swing, but a golden strand came out from behind the buses and wrapped around the ax, whipping Pitch backwards.

He yelled as he was dragged through the snow and look up at a golden tornado. It cleared away and showed Rapunzel glowing gold from within. She smiled at him and did a 'tsk' sound with her tongue," Pitch, you have not been very nice."

She threw him up in the air with her strand and slammed him back into the ground where she proceeded to throw him in the air again and then whip him to and from cars before releasing him and he rolled away, knocked out.

Jack couldn't even believe his eyes. His grief so deep that he didn't even believe she was there.

"Jack", she smiled and walked towards him, her entire being just glowing from the inside out. He just met her eyes, but he believed because he was so heart broken she wasn't there.

"Rapunzel", North smiled at her," You were chosen. Your blonde hair is back."

"I know", she smiled," The Man in the Moon said I was needed down here."

"Jack", North nudged his son," It's really her. She's a Guardian now."

Jack lifted his hand and touched her face softly," It's you?"

"It's me", she smiled and placed her hand over his," I'm here. I am alive."

"Why were you chosen?" Jack asked.

"Because...", she smiled sweetly," He told me I have to be here for you. That cold needs warmth, dark needs light... Without me, you aren't complete."

Jack cried freely and hugged the love of his life tightly," I was so scared Punz... I wanted to die."

"I'm not going anywhere", she told him," I promise."

Jack grabbed Rapunzel's face and kissed her hard," I love you."

"I love you too", Rapunzel smiled. Pitch got up slowly and looked at the group. They were all hugging each other and crying out of happiness. A snow ball fight broke out from the storm Jack had made.

"Hey!" Pitch yelled out in anger when he saw Rapunzel was alive and well," I killed you! Be afraid of me!"

Merida was trying to chase Hiccup with a snowball in her hand when she went right through Pitch. He gasped and frowned, grabbing his chest where she ran through him. Jack and Rapunzel looked at him looking at them shaking his head. He turned and ran away from them, stripping over himself along the way.

He was looking behind him when he smacked into something and fell backwards. He looked up and saw North staring down at him.

"You don't think we'd let you off that easily, did you?" North smiled at him.

"You have a lot to make up for", Jack grabbed onto Rapunzel's hand.

"You may think you have won", Pitch smiled," But there will always be a child scared of me. Always a child fearing me..."

"And when they do fear you", Rapunzel stepped forwards," We will be there for them."

"If none of you fear me, then why are they here?" Pitch smiled cruelly and gestured to the dark horses surrounding them.

"I'm not scared of you", Bunny smirked.

"Neither are we", Tooth smiled.

"They smell your fear", Jack smiled at him. Pitch's eye's grew in size and he held his hands up as his horses walked towards him slowly.

"No, no!" Pitch yelled and ran away from them. His horses grabbed Pitch's shadow and pulled him down a hole that closed behind him.

"Is it over?" Rapunzel asked North.

"Not forever", North told her," He will be back one day... But we will be ready for him. With your's and Jack's love and our friendships, we can stand against him any day."

"I can't believe you are a Guardian now", Merida smiled at Rapunzel.

"I can't believe it either", Rapunzel smiled. Everyone was cheering and talking to each other excitingly when North walked up to Rapunzel.

"So do you think you know your center?" North smiled down at her.

She thought for a moment and then smiled," Yeah, I think I have. Happiness. I bring happiness to people. I bring the Spring and warmth when people need it."

"Sounds like you are quite important", North told her," You have a bright future ahead of you."

"I do", Rapunzel smiled and looked at Jack lovingly," As long as I have love, I know I will be just fine."

* 5 Years Later *

"Is she almost ready to do?" Jack yelled up at Rapunzel in their house. They finally got their own house. Jakc couldn't stand living with his father anymore with his wife. Rapunzel looked so gorgeous in her dress.

"Almost!" Rapunzel yelled back down.

"Well if she wants to learn she needs to hurry up", Jack rolled his eyes," I have been delaying this to much."

"I'm coming!" he turned and saw his little girl hop down the stairs.

"My Princess!" Jack smiled and lifted her up in the air.

"Am I a Princess too, daddy?" his other daughter asked in Rapunzel's arms. Jack went over and kissed Rapunzel before grabbing his little girl," Of course you are Ana."

He smiled at his twin little girls, so different, but so alike in so many ways.

"Ready Elsa?" Jack smiled," I have a lot to teach you."

"Jack", Rapunzel laughed," She has her whole life to learn. They are only three."

"Well it's a lot to be the spirit of winter", he defended himself.

"I don't have any powers", Ana frowned.

"You have the power of always looking at things with the glass half full", Jack kissed Ana who smiled at him.

"Well please be careful", Rapunzel smiled.

"I love you", he kissed her.

"I love you more", she smiled as she held Ana's hand watching the love of her life and her beautiful little girl who looked just like her father fly off into the sky.
