So everyone, after four months of training with the military (still ongoing but I now actually have time to write) I can get back to this. I know I promised you all an update to this sooner, but I couldn't quite figure out how I wanted to end it. But hey, look at it this way, maybe the wait will be worth it in the end. I just hope you all will think so. Anyways, without further ado, here is the final chapter of Darth Jinsei: The Sith Reborn.

Chapter 11

He was here, standing out on the battle field. His arms were crossed and he had a frown on his covered face, but this would be it. He had no idea if his spies were discovered or what the outcome of this battle would be. He just knew he'd give it his all. But like all Force users, he immersed himself in his chosen side, darkness.

It enshrouded him in its embrace and he took pleasure in the cold feeling that overcame him. But soon, his frown deepened, not that anyone would notice nor care. The dark side seemed to be telling him something.

'Watch yourself dark lord,' a voice seemed to whisper to him. 'Plans are being made against you. Keep all to your line of sight.'

The Dark Lord did not know what to make of that. For as long as he'd been taught, he could remember the rule of two and how it always meant that master and student would fight to the death with one being the victor. But he and his mother had never truly discussed that. Then again, he doubted that any of the previous Dark Lords had that rule as well.

He also knew that at first, the incarnation of the Sith order he was a part of was breaking the Rule of Two that Darth Bane had set up when he first became a Sith Lord to prevent the weakening of the Sith gene pool and powerbase. But with Darth Pein dead and somewhere in the Force, that order was reestablished.

But he wouldn't ignore the warning entirely and kept it at the forefront of his mind. He'd be mindful, watching who he kept at his back. It did not help that strange occurrences had been happening around him as of late. Whether it was his vehicles exploding, a few of his force connections with his spies being severed or even him having to kill a few wayward clones for taking potshots at him, he did not know. He knew that someone had it out for him, he just couldn't find out who.

But on this night, just as the final battle was about to begin, he knew he would find out.

Darth Shinra was walking to the battle front with the General-Commander by her side. Her mind was on the battle, but a thought lingered in the back of her mind. She knew what had to be done to maintain the Order. She didn't like it, but it was what the Force wanted; she obeyed that above all else.

Darth Jinsei turned his head as he looked at his approaching master and mother. Using his abilities, he sensed something on her mind, but he was instantly met with a block. He frowned and pushed further, catching a lingering thought that seemed to be about him. He raised an eyebrow in curiosity and kept pushing, but then he was forcefully pushed out.

"It's rude to go snooping in your mother's mind sochi-kun," Kushina said as she looked at her son.

Naruto frowned. "Apologies mother, but you taught me that the mind is the tool of the Sith. And you seemed to be in distress and knowing you like I do, you wouldn't tell me, so I deduced to find out myself."

Kushina nodded and then raised her hand, Naruto raising off the ground. The first reaction was for him to claw at his throat, but he willed his hands to hang. She seemed to do this more often lately, trying to get a rise out of him or determine if he was weak. He wouldn't show her or anyone in this army weakness. He never even showed it alone anymore.

He had found more powerful versions of the dark side and that gave him strength. When he didn't react, Kushina let him drop with a huff. She didn't understand why she couldn't get a reaction out of him anymore, but she had wanted to keep the chokehold on him, but she had felt compelled to drop him for some reason.

Naruto glared at the back of his retreating mother. It was annoying, he surmised, that he might be stronger than her, but could truly do nothing about it. But something was going to change after this battle. The voice told him so.

Kushina looked at her son as he walked forward and regarded him warily. She didn't know if he was the reason why she had let go of her hold on him or not, but it was something to keep an eye out for. It simply strengthened her resolve to deal with him later. She just hoped everything went according to plan.

The three highest members of the Sith army walked up the hill and were met with thunderous roars. The Sith Lords and general basked in the praise of their forces and Kushina quickly raised her hands. It took a force enduced shout to get the army to quell it's cheers, but she smirked as she lowered her hood.

Much had changed about her appearance in the last three years. She was older and she seemed to slowly be losing her vitality. Most didn't question it, but assumed it had something to do with the dark side corrupting her. They wondered if the same would happen to Naruto, but they doubted it as the bijū in his stomach would no doubt keep him young for a long time.

"This will be a glorious day," Kushina began as she looked out across her soldiers. "Today is the day the Godaiku Kyodai will fall to the might of the Sith. We shall be the supreme force in this land and none shall stop us. My son, shall lead the first assault on the walls of Sungakure no Sato, with the rest of you to follow. Acolytes, follow him."

Naruto nodded to his mother as he pulled up his hood and walked off. The Acolytes jumped towards him using the Force and landed. Naruto looked at them in turn. Neji, Hinata, Sasuke, Choji, Shikamaru, Shikaku, Chouza, Jiraiya, Tsunade, Orochimaru, Rock Lee, Sakura, and Minato. Lastly, Tenten joined them, although slowly.

As Naruto turned to look at her, he felt an emotion besides anger, and it was one all present picked up on. Only a few here had the intention of exploiting it, but when Minato smiled at his son, Naruto nodded.

'Father, I fear I may never see you again. If that happens, get Ten-chan out of here and protect her with your life. Please?' Naruto mentally asked him.

Minato nodded at him and gave him a discreet thumbs up. Naruto nodded and hugged Tenten, kissing her and her stomach as she rubbed her belly. It hadn't started protruding yet, but Naruto hoped he'd be there to see it. He discreetly slipped a scroll down her sleeve, along with a note explaining what it was. He nodded at his men and looked at them.

"You will be the first to taste the blood of our enemies. Feed your sabers and the dark side. May Darth Bane bless us all," he stated.

With that, the Acolytes nodded and raced towards Naruto's personal command shuttle. It was an old cruiser, but it would fit them all. It served Naruto well these last three years, but Naruto knew he may not be able to rely on it after this battle. But yet and still, even with a sense of foreboding coming over him, he jumped into the ship, making his way to the pilot seat and sat in it.

He waited for his acolytes to load into the transport then quickly took off, activating the stealth capabilities of his craft.

Kushina watched the craft that carried her husband and son along with their allies. She shook her head, knowing that none of them would survive. She glanced at her son's fiancé. He'd probably hate her for what was to happen, but then again, he might not be around afterwards. But his unborn child, would inherit her fathers will, and by extension hers. She knew her time in this body was almost up, and she would die in this battle, but she would ensure that she had a way into the future; but the actions of such just might damn her.

Did she care? Not particularly; she was after all a Sith Lord. Immortality was their goal and she would have it. Even if it cost her the family that she had so desperately wanted years ago, she'd have it. That was the way of the Sith, sacrificing all for oneself and power.

The ship flew over the deserts of Kaze no Kuni and the Acolytes were simply waiting. All had changed in the last three years, wearing some form of black, as per the Sith Code. The differences were noticeable though. Minato wore a helmet to hide his face. Others wore masks. Sasuke, Neji and Hiashi wore respirators. Naruto walked to the holding bay and looked at his acolytes as the wall protecting Sunagakure approached.

"Are you all ready to finish this war?" he asked, his hood down so he could look each of them in their eyes.

All nodded at him and Naruto smiled, then frowned as he thought of Tenten.

"Listen, I know you all are truly only loyal to me and not my mother," he began. "Please, if I am to fall in this battle, at least make sure you get Tenten out of the camp. There is no telling what Darth Shinra or the Jedi will do to her."

Orochimaru nodded his assent with the idea. "We will do you command my Lord."

Naruto shook his head. "We are alone Orochimaru-gyofu. Naruto is fine. But we approach Suna's walls. Be prepared."

With that, Naruto made his way back to the cockpit. As he did so, he pushed out his senses and growled. He sensed armaments manning the walls and prayed the enemy did not have any Force sensitives on the wall. Otherwise, he'd be fucked. Then, it'd be on with the direct approach. But instead of throwing in the towel, he scanned the wall. He knew that if his Army was stationed at the front, that was where most of the Jedi forces would be concentrated.

So, he scanned around the village, noting the rear of the wall was nearly unprotected. But then he sensed the reason why and he cursed. He prayed he masked his probing enough that the Grand Master did not sense him. He was after all, a Sith Lord, even if only considered an apprentice; he could feel he was becoming stronger than his mother, which meant he was a threat to her. But he couldn't worry about that now. He had to make sure this operation went off without a hitch. He quickly activated the Autopilot and went back to the holding bay, looking at his men.

"The Jedi are well prepared. They have anti-aircraft armaments manning the front walls. The rear wall is being guarded only by Grand Master Sarutobi. I sensed protection along with eastern and western walls as well. Currently, our only approach is the one that no one on either side has thought of," he said.

Minato raised an eyebrow behind his mask. "Where will we land?"

Jiraiya shook his head. "We're not landing are we?"

Naruto shook his head. "We'll be getting off here. Dropping into the ground and attacking the village from it's foundations. Suna won't know what hit them."

Naruto halted the craft momentarily, allowing the rear hatch to open. Everyone stood, pulling their sabers into their hand and jumped out, with Jiraiya using his Doton affinity to soften up the Earth for them all to land in. They all quickly went underground, with Naruto sending a mental command to the Autopilot to deactivate the cloak.

As the Sith made their way underground, Naruto could hear shots being fired at his ship. Eventually, he heard a crash, along with screams. Naruto projected his senses and saw that the Autopilot had kept the ship flying long enough to crash it in to the walls of the village, taking out a portion of it.

Naruto smirked at this as he looked at his men who were questioning his look. He pulled up his hood and looked at his men. "The screams of the dying are music to my ears."

Orochimaru gave an insane grin. "So now the fun begins."

Naruto nodded as his eyes turned a sickly yellow. "That it does."

Darth Shinra saw the shots being fired into the sky and growled at the incompetence of her son. She couldn't stand the fact that he couldn't do anything right. First of all, he almost stops the assassination of Darth Pein, but the fool killed himself. Then, he starts getting stronger and whispers of him being the Sithar'i awoke an anger in her she couldn't stand. Then she began plotting.

But she wasn't worried about that right now. She'd salvage this assault. She began marching forward and her army with her. Tanks, transports, airships, fighters, clones and droids began to surge forward at her back.

No one knew how this day would go. But she knew that either way, she would come out victorious.

In the village of Sunagakure no Sato, chaos reigned. At the main gate, guards were running around. The few Suiton users that Suna produced were trying to put out the flames caused by the crash of the ship. A few Jedi were strewn about the walls, trying to sense if there was any movement from the Sith camp.

Just then, the Grand Master appeared, and another Jedi, Raido appeared next to him.

"Sir," he stated. "It does not appear as if there were any Sith inside the craft as it crashed. But my forces are also picking up on a rapidly approaching mass. We believe it to be the Sith Army."

Sarutobi nodded as he crossed his arms over the chest. "Prepare our forces. We end this war tonight. Send the forces here to the rear. Summon the other Kage and masters. We will stand here and maintain this wall. Lock up the other Jinchuuriki. Darth Jinsei is the final one we need and I will capture him tonight, even if I must destroy the Sith myself."

Raido nodded. "And what of Darth Shinra and the Sith Acolytes?"

Hiruzen smiled. "I have plans for them. But the lesser masters will deal with the Acolytes. The Master of the Dark Lords will be mine to fell. I owe her anyways for the death of my wife."

Raido raised an eyebrow. "She killed Biwako-sama?"

Hiruzen nodded. "Biwako survived the releasing of the Kyuubi, but when Biwako tried to stop her from going after Minato and Naruto, Kushina killed her. I examined the wounds myself and felt the dark side prevalent in that room. Naruto, nor Minato would have done it as Naruto was too young to know of the Force and Minato still followed the light!"

Raido nodded. "What of Minato-sama?"

Hiruzen. "I will convert him back to the light and once again name him my successor to the mantle of Hokage. But all others, the clan leaders, the Sannin, even if they are acolytes, I want them executed on this field of battle."

Raido nodded as his eyes hardened. "By your will Sandaime-sama."

Raido disappeared to relay orders, and quickly all the forces along the wall disappeared. With a wave of his hand, water condensed from the air and landed on the fires raging along the wall, putting them out. The Sandaime Hokage, Grand Master of the Jedi, Sarutobi Hiruzen jumped from the wall and landed in a crouch. He could hear vehicles approaching and saw the cloud of dust they were making.

He shook his head as his saber came from his left sleeve and he activated it. Instead of using the Force to spurn his movements, he simply used the speed he had gained through decades of shinobi training. Yes, he may have lost it after a certain age, but he trained hard to regain the strength he had at 30 years of age.

Soon, adrenaline began to rush into his veins, making him go faster. He calmed his mind, immersing himself in the light. He knew that the upcoming battle would be fierce and he met the challenge head on. He could feel other Force users approaching from the rear and knew it was the other Kage and masters, coming to battle with him.

He started using the Force, noting that the oppositions forces were starting to move faster. He used the Force to extend his sight and saw Darth Shinra leading the army, moving quickly. She smirked in his direction and he grimaced. He knew that the battle with her would be a hard battle, but he would come out on top one way or another.

He quickly concentrated the Force underneath him and jumped up, activating his lightsaber. He came down, right on top of the Dark Lord and she immediately activated her saber, red and blue crossing in white light. Sparks came from the blades. The light did not pierce the veil that the hood created on the Sith, but the Grand Master could see her smirk. He growled and began to push against her, noting that she was struggling slightly until she kicked him in the stomach, sending him away.

He rolled to his feet, blocking laser blasts and sent a force push into the army, breaking their line. Darth Shinra jumped over the attack, in a manner not unlike the one he had just used and she activated her second saber, spinning her body in a deadly arc. She landed, crossing both blades with his one and laughed as she looked at him.

"Hello Sarutobi!" she said in insane glee. "It appears as though you are outnumbered."

Hiruzen chuckled as his face never belied his emotions. "Outnumbered, perhaps, but I am never unprepared, nor outgunned."

With that, the other Kage and masters began tearing into the Sith forces. Both sides met with a thunderous crash and the Grand Master and Dark Lord separated.

The Final Battle had begun.

So, there you have it ladies and gents. This will be one of the final chapters of this fic along with an epilogue I have planned. I hope you all enjoyed it as I enjoyed finally getting back to a keyboard to get it out for you. Please, leave a review and I will find the time in between training to get the next chapter. But you all must remember, anything military will take precedence, so you may have to wait a bit. Ja ne.
