["The Hunter"

In this combination live-action/animated music video, live-action singer and guitarist Johnny Yong Bosch takes the lead vocals and lead guitar for this group. Matt Ishida joins in on bass guitar, while his brother T.K. joins in on rhythm guitar. At the drums, we have Gaomon. Other assorted musicians join in on strings. The stage is dimly lit, with fog machines on everywhere and video screens playing scenes from the third season of Digimon Fusion (the Young Hunters arc). Johnny approaches the mic.

Johnny:

It don't come easy, that's understood

T.K. and Johnny go into a guitar duet. As this happens, a boy with a blue crescent moon T-shirt, blue wristbands with yellow stars on them, short, folded bright ceil jeans, and blue shoes with white soles and red tongue, comes into the picture. He's joined by a purple dragon whose build is very similar to Veemon's. This is the "Hunter" in question, Tagiru Akashi. "Thanks for keeping my spot warm, Johnny," he says away from the mic. He adjusts the mic and then readies himself for the third verse.

Tagiru:

I'm on the outside, I'm looking in
Through the lenses then into film
I've got the target set in my sights
I see a vision of truth

(Matt: Look out)

Gumdramon jumps right next to his partner's side.

Tagiru/Gumdramon:

We're gonna fight until we drop
We're gonna get back to the top
We're gonna be the first in line
Winners 'til the end of time

As the group prepares to go to the end of the song, we can see that Matt can't stand Tagiru already.

SURVIVES!

Tagiru hits a note that would "make any other singer green with envy." After the song concludes, the band leaves. "Guy just stole my song from under me," Johnny complains. "First he defeats Quartzmon by himself, and now this?" Matt wonders. T.K, not being able to think of anything nice, doesn't say anything at all. Gaomon approaches the two. "You two have learned from Davis very well. You're the flattest spotlight-stealing characters this anime's ever had. I hope you're proud of that," he says. "Gee, thanks a lot, Gaomon!" Gumdramon cheerfully answers as he slaps Gaomon's back. "Err, don't mention it," the blue dog answers as he walks away. Fade to black.
