HEY! I decided that I would make a story that showed both Chris' past as a kid with powers and him helping someone else. Enjoy! And in case you didn't know, I don't own WK!

In some city in North America, a towering building came into sight. It stood taller than all of the buildings surrounding it, and it had tinted windows. Inside, a man hunkered down in a chair in front of a huge screen. The screen suddenly turned on, and another guy showed up on screen.

"Guys!" The guy yelled out of his bedroom to the others after seeing the first guy had called him, "I'll be out there in a minute! I just need to grab some of my equipment first. Got to make sure I have everything."

There came a shout from seemingly right outside his door, "Are you organizing your stuff again? Because if you are..."

"I know." The brunette on screen shouted back as he rolled eyes while smirking before mocking the other voice in a friendly way when the other person stated, "That may take a few hours and we'll never get to see one of the few bilbies that are left in the wild. And-Don't be mocking me, little brother."

"I'll be out in a few," the brown-haired guy said loudly as he picked up some random items and made noise with them. "And then we can go adventuring!"

"Okay," Another female voice joined in from the other side of the door, "But you do have powers, remember? I'm not saying to rely on them all the time, but you could just teleport something that you forget to bring."

"I know," he answered as he once again rolled his eyes, "I'll be out in a little."

That was greeted with a sigh and a quiet, "Guys..." before whoever was on the other side of the door left. The guy listened until he was sure that both of the people were gone before turning back to the screen.

This time, it was the first man who spoke, "You weren't kidding when you said they were overbearing at times!"

"Haha," The other man stated sarcastically before sitting on his bed. His brown backpack was sitting completely prepared right next to him, "That's just because they care."

The first man was about to ask whether they cared about the animals or the guy when the brunette continued, "Not that I'm complaining or anything...but why are you calling me, Zach?"

"Well," Zach hesitated before speaking up, "I need your help."

Instantly Chris bolted up from his bed and gave the pale man his full attention.(not that he already hadn't) He began to calmly speak, "What's wrong, Zach?"

"I hate to say it," Zach paused before stroking his goatee in thought, "But there's a greater genius out there than me."

"What?" Chris raised an eyebrow in confusion, "I know I told you that I would help if you need it, but I'm going to need some more info than that."

"Well," Zach frowned as he glanced at another screen. "He's worse than me. And he's worse than that shadowy thingy that we fought a year ago. He's sadistic."

Chris' face drained of all color until it was the same shade as Zach's, "What do you mean? Who? Where are they?"

"I'll tell you later," Zach stated as they both heard footsteps coming on the other side of the Kratt's door, "Met me at the forest in ten minutes. I assume with your powers you could get there fairly quickly."

"Yeah," Chris said with a glance to the side, and the door began to open. The screen suddenly went black as Chris cut off their connection. Zach breathed out slowly as he rose.

"Zachbots!" He shouted and one responded by coming to him. "Get the Zachmobile ready for a trip! I got places to go!"

The Zachbot beeped in response and it left as quickly as it had come. Zach sat down and ran his hands over his face. He hurriedly grabbed his invention kit. The Kratt team didn't think that he had one, but he did because as much as he hated to say it, he was a lot like that wanna-be-inventor, Aviva. When he had everything in it and the Zachbot came back, he went to the car. He had to be there before Chris showed up. If their childhood was anything to go by, he knew that the Wild Rat was always on time.

Well, there's the preview. I'm going to call it Blast From a Powered Past.(it even has this title in it!) What will happen? Interested? The first chapter to be put up soon(As in a few minutes after this is first posted)!
