Chapter 1 The Mysterious Hero Magnius

Twenty years ago Digger Steele and his son Magnius entered the Inner World.

Magnius became a spider rider and over five years he became the greatest hero the Inner World had ever seen. He became a legend. Magnius and the Spirit Oracle fell in love and got married. Only he knew the Oracles real name Leila. Leila got pregnant and got kidnapped by her former champion Mantid. Magnius and the other spider riders went after him and rescued the Oracle at the cost of Magnius. He destroyed his and his battle spider Kurama's body to seal the sacred valley so that Mantid couldn't steal anymore of his wife's power. Only his and the Oracle's son and the Oracle could enter the valley. Magnius's true origins were covered up and he was the great legendary hero. The Oracle sent their son to the outer world with her father in law. His name was Hunter Steele.

After Hunter was born the Oracle's words became a prophecy.

"My son you are my light, when you return you will become my knight. Hunter Steele you are the savior of the Inner World, you will become my hero, you are my champion. You will return home to me on your eleventh birthday." Spirit Oracle/Leila said.

These words became the great prophecy. A beacon of hope for the people of the Inner World and a beacon of fear for the Invectids. Mantid ruled them and never let them learn his secret, that when he created the Oracle stone, and when he stole some of the Oracles power, he took away the light from the Oracles sun away from the Invectids lands. The day Magnius stopped Mantid he wiped his mind of Magnius's connection to the Oracle and their son Hunter Steele.
