Chapter 8

I don't own Naruto, just this plot!

Team Kitsune walks into Tsunade's office, "He Baa – chan we need to talk."

"Naruto, what is wrong?"

"I want to make some changes, the Uzumaki clan is not going to allow its symbol to be tarnished by this village. I want every Uzumaki symbol taken down and out of this village unless you have special permission to wear it from me. And the only people who do and you, Jiraiya, Konohamaru, Ayame and her dad, Iruka – Sensei, Kakashi – Sensei, and anyone who is really related to the Uzumaki clan here."

"Naruto!" Tsunade says.

"I also want everything my parent left for me."

"Why are you taking that symbol away Naruto, I want to know before I do anything rash for you."

"I hate this place, they will not wear my clan symbol ever again!" He growls, "I guess that all of my friends from my class can wear it too if they want but no one else unless they talk to me first!"

"Naruto."

"Baa – chan," he says, "I am the leader of my clan and this is my decision I want all of them down and if they aren't by tonight I will do it myself."

"I will let everyone know and get you what they left you," she leaves.

"Don't you think you were a little harsh?"

"Nope," Naruto says, "I want to clear my family's name."

"So what will we do now, with our clan?"

"We are going to need to revive them, so we will have to settle somewhere."

"And get in a relationship," Suigetsu says.

"Well I have you," Karin says, "Natu just has to find a girlfriend."

"I can do that after I make our new home," he says.

Tsunade walks in and hands him a large sum of money, "this is everything he left, and this is from your mother," she hands him a scroll about his clan, a book on seals, more money, and a picture of his parents.

"Thank you, I will visit and I don't want to see my symbol on anyone except for the people I named earlier," team Kitsune leaves Konoha.

"What now?"

"We are going to make the village," he says, "right where it was last time." They go to Whirlpool and Naruto makes tons of clone, "they will do all the work," he says and they go to Zabuza's house.

"Hello Natu," he greets him.

"HI Tou – san," he says, "I am making a village."

"Good, wait why?!"

"SO I can revive my clan, you and Kaa – san are invited to live there too!"

"Why is it going to be called?"

The Hidden Eddy Village," Naruto says.

Sasuke and Itachi walk to see the new village almost done, "he is fast," Itachi says.

"He has the Kyuubi to thank for that," he says, "so he is building a village."

"That is what it looks like."

"I have an idea," Sasuke says.

The village is done in a few hours thanks to Naruto's clones, "it looks amazing!" Naruto says.

"Yeah it does, and the Uzumaki symbol is everywhere," Karin says.

"So where do we stay?"

"Pick a house," Naruto says, "I am going to be staying in the Kage tower."

"So Uzukage, what will you do now?" Karin asks.

"Bring people who need homes into the village and make it strong," he says.

"I heard you needed new blood lines for your village," Sasuke says with Itachi next to him.

"Oh my god."

"How do we get in?"

"Welcome to the Village of Eddy," Naruto says, "you will have to fill out some paperwork."

"Ok lead the way Otouto," Sasuke says and they go to the Kage tower.

"Ok fill these out," he hands them two papers.

"Illnesses?" Itachi looks up, "why do you need to know about that?"

"To see if it is hereditary and to see if I can cure it," Naruto says, "are you sick or something?"

"Yes," he explains it to Naruto.

"Simple enough to fix," Naruto heals his eye and cleans his chakra, "there."

Itachi looks around at everything, this is the first time in a very long time that he has been able to see everything perfectly.

"The Uchiha complex is near the entry," he says and hands them some keys, "pick a house and get a girlfriend."

"Why?"

"CRA," he says, "Clan Restoration Act, we need new Uchihas," Naruto says.

"SO you are just letting us stay for our power?" Itachi asks.

"Itachi," Naruto looks at him, "Sasuke used to be my closest friend, a brother but then he tried to abandon me and stab me in the back. Forgive me if I phrase things to your discomfort. If I just wanted you here for power then I would have just taken what I needed and been done with you."

They leave, "I broke Naruto," Sasuke says.

"Then you need to try to regain his trust," Itachi says, "he wants you to be his friend again, I can feel it."

"Thanks," they walk into separate houses.

Naruto sighs and sits in his desk, "Sasuke you are a jerky Teme," he holds his head.

A few months later

The Village of Eddy is running smoothly and may new people have moved into it. Naruto has meet and talked with every person who has moved in to his village and made sure all the kids who want to be ninjas are attending the school. Karin is teaching courses on being a medical ninja and Suigetsu is teaching them how to use a sword with Zabuza. Haku is teaching them about blood lines and training kids with them to master them.

Naruto walks around the village with his cloak on that says 'first Uzukage' with the Uzumaki symbol on both sleeves, "hello everyone," he walks into Karin's class.

"Natu!" Karin says, "No out we are in the middle of class!"

"Oh come on Nee – san," Naruto says walking in to see them healing a fish.

"Nope out," she pushes him out, "come back during break or something," she says. Naruto always walks into the healing class to annoy Karin. He walks to the police station to see the Uchiha brothers, the only reason Naruto let them do this is because he knows they have experience in working as police.

"Hello Otouto," Sasuke says.

"Hey Teme," he says back, "Itachi."

"Uzukage – Sama," he greets.

"Just checking in," Naruto says.

"Nothing has happen and no sign of Akatsuki," Itachi says. He explained the rings to him and they both got rid of them, Itachi's is somewhere in the Cloud and Naruto hid his in Konoha for obvious reasons. It is hidden right next to the gate.

"Good, it looks like our plane worked," Naruto says and leaves.

He looks out on his village; this is how things should be. Calm and no violent, everyone is playing, learning, and having fun in this time of peace but no one knows how long it will last for.
