HASHIRAMA POV

It's been months since the attack, since I found out the truth of my best friend since child.

No matter how much I tried...I just couldn't look at Madara the same.

You see where I'm from, when you care for a woman; you must be protective of her.

I think I'm doing a kind thing but Madara seems to think otherwise...

She yelled at me when I scolded Hikaku for putting his hands on her shoulder!

I'm only looking out for her; she could at least appreciate it instead of getting all upset about it.

She has No appreciation whatsoever!

Now I'm just sitting, with paperwork, waiting for the return of Tobirama's squad.

Sadly, because Konoha is so busy worrying about Tokiwa and when he'll strike next, groups of rouge nin think they can easily attack it.

They were all armatures up until now.

They had managed to steal a forbidden scroll that Tobirama was determined to get back.

He was so desperate to get it back he even assigned Izuna to his squad.

He was pretty pissed off...those rouge nin are sure as hell in for a world of pain...

*Knock Knock*

I turn my head towards the door and spot Madara.

"Here's another report you need to file out." She blankly states as she threw the folder at me and turns to leave.

"Madara wait!" I stood from my chair and called out. She turns back around. "What?"

"How about you and I go out and get something to eat?"

"Hashirama. You have work to do, quit trying to get out of it." She said

"I'm not trying to get out of it. I'll do it...after we get something to eat."

She crossed her arms and gave me an annoyed look.

"Maybe if you actually filed out the reports instead of watching them stack on your desk, you wouldn't have so much. Tobirama isn't here to do your work!"

I fall into my random depression.

"But Madara..."

"Don't "But Madara" me!" She yells.

"You brought this upon yourself! Because you like to slack off, you could spend the rest of the day doing all of the paperwork. People are still waiting to hear back from you!"

"But it's not my fault-"

"YES IT IS!"

"But why do they have to complain about every little thing? Why can't they solve their own issues?" I said back.

She just sighs and brings her hand to her face.

"Honestly Hashirama, I should have been Hokage if you we're going to whine so much about paper work."

"We'll if I recall correctly, I wanted to make you Hokage." I said back.

"And if I recall correctly, you ended up being Hokage. So quit acting like a child and GET YOUR WORK DONE!" She yells at me.

Damn...whether male or female she was still the same bossy friend...

A thought hits me and I let a sly smile cross my lips.

"You won't understand my dear friend, all this hard paperwork...you're not after all...Hokage."

Ha! The perfect plan! If there's anything Madara hates more than roe...it's being undermined!

I tell her how she won't be able to do all this paperwork, Madara will get mad and try to prove me wrong.

Thus, doing all my paperwork while I go out and get some drinks!

It's so perfect!

"Please Hashirama, I could do all these paperwork in less than an hour. I'm not Hokage, but I'm not lazy either." She sneered at me.

"Is that so? I highly doubt you are capable of doing this in under an hour."

"I'm not like you Hashirama! I'm organized, smart, clean, and on time! 30 minutes max for me to be done with all of this!"

Yes! Now's my chance!

"Care to prove me wrong?" I asked a smirk on my face.

Her eye twitches; she stops herself from yelling, and furrows her brows at me.

"You think I'm some sort of moron?"

Ah crap...She's onto me…I guess there's only one thing left to do...

"What?" Play dumb.

"Don't play stupid! You thought you could trick me into doing your work while you go do who knows what!"

"I have no idea what you're talking about." I said back.

"I've already told you Hashirama, I'm far too smart to fall for your stupid trick." She says in a prideful tone.

I scoff. "I beg to differ; you use to fall for this trick all the time when you were younger."

She scoffs back.

"Well Hokage-sama," she spat out.

"While you go spend the rest of your day cooped up in this office finishing your work, I think I'm going to go enjoy mine out with some of my clan members."

She speed walks to the door and turns back around to face me.

"Like Hikaku and Suisuke!"

I audibly gasp.

"Madara! Not with those handsy men!"

"Enjoy your night trapped in this room!" She slams the door shut as she leaves.

I can't believe this rebellion!

How can she expect to keep her secret hidden when she's surrounded by perverts?

As a friend, I can't let that happen.

I guess these papers are just going to have to wait...

Again...

TOBIRAMA POV

Freakin rouge nin.

Freakin week long mission.

Freakin Izuna.

I'm starting regret even bringing him here!

It's like I'm dealing with a 2-year old!

He keeps asking me questions every second!

"Hey, what's in that scroll?"

"Hey, why is that jutsu forbidden?"

"Hey, are you annoyed?"

"Hey, are we there yet?"

And when he wasn't asking me questions, he'd entertain himself by throwing pebbles at my head. I, of course, retaliated by throwing a rock.

Nailed him right in the forehead.

"Ugh, I thought this mission was going to be action packed. All were doing is walking through a forest." Izuna complained.

"Just shut up. I know we're near those thieves, and once we spot them, you could feel free to beat them however you want." I said back.

My squad was very small.

It only consisted of me, Izuna, Taki and Kin.

The last two shinobi were how I preferred them.

Tough and quiet.

As we were walking, a sudden flare of recognizable chakra hit me.

Heh...found you.

I stop my squad and turn to face them.

"They're up north; we are going to ambush them so listen to my orders carefully.

•••••

"How much do you think we could make from this scroll?" Asked one of the thrives. Judging by the way he was patting his bag, the scroll was with him.

"Tons. Even though we can't open it, just being a forbidden scroll from the hidden leaf is enough to have people throwing their money at us."

They continued walk, unaware of the eyes watching their every move.

We had to be careful, we had no idea what exactly they were capable of.

Outsiders being able to sneak into the Hokage tower and steal a forbidden scroll isn't something to sneeze at.

"Where do you plan on selling it first?"

The leader of this group stood at the front.

He had many scars on his body that he loved to show off, judging by the fact he only wore an open vest.

"We might be a little late to our destination." Said the leader, coming to a halt.

"First, we gotta get rid of them rats that's been following us."

Crap! He knew we were there.

The guy was strong, smart, and a good sensor.

"Come on down here and fight me

Well damn...no use in hiding anymore

Slowly I step down from the shadows the tress have provided me.

"Well well well! If it isn't Tobirama Senju!" The leader said in a mocking voice.

"Give me back my scroll." I state.

I wasn't going to converse with this man.

If he knew what was good for him, he'll just hand me my scroll.

If not, then he can feel the wrath of my frustrations he's caused me.

"Sorry there fella, this scroll belongs to us now." He says a wide ugly grin on his face.

I glare at the man, chakra raised in warning that I'm fully prepared to beat him senseless.

But...he didn't seem to be phased by me...he just had his cocky grin plastered on his face.

"Well today must be my lucky day. Tobirama Senju wants to fight me? It'll be my honor to crush you to the ground." He said the last part with his eyes glaring and voice growling.

His whole demeanor changed suddenly.

"You 6 take care of his little squad. I want to fight him myself." He said, preparing a stance as the others quickly jumped into the branches where Izuna, Taki and Kin were hiding.

Crap...

I knew those three were strong but it would be 6 against 3.

If anyone dies it would be my responsibility, I'm the one who ordered this mission and handpicked those three so it's my responsibility to make sure they return to the leaf alive.

I jump after them only to be quickly stopped by the leader.

"I said fight me!" He glares.

"I have a few moves you'd like to see."

I jump back to keep my distance and glance at my teammates.

Each one was going against two.

"Hah, worried about your little troopers ehh? I don't blame you, I only gather the strongest to assist me in a mission." He says arrogantly, crossing his arms.

"You underestimate the leaf. We'll show you just how powerful we are and make you think twice before trying to steal another one of my scrolls... If you even live this battle that is." I said.

He chuckles.

"Finally someone who excites me! I've killed so many shinobi and none have ever made an impression. But you! You are the genius Tobirama Senju! Surely you are as strong as they say you are!"

He says, arms expressing his delight.

Ch...he'll do any means possible to show me up.

I take my stance, letting him know that I'm ready to fight.

He grins and takes the same stance.

And with that,

We start.

HASHIRAMA POV

"There she is..." I whispered to myself, crouched down behind a bush.

Ugh! Can you believe what I was witnessing!

She was at the local bar huddled with some oh her clansmen, Hikaku sitting awfully close to madara as he continued to drink his fourth drink and yes, I have been counting.

Madara had a glass to but barely took a sip, instead she settled for listening to her comrades tell very ...unusual stories.

Damn...Uchihas have some crazy methods of discipline.

As I continued to..."observe" I noted how things began to escalate quickly.

Hikaku wrapped his arm around her shoulder! He has crossed the limits!

I leaped out of the bush and made my way towards the bar.

My arrival did not go unnoticed.

"Oh, Hokage-sama? What are you doing here? ...and why do you have leaves in your hair?"

Madara's head snapped back as soon as the words were said.

Her glare was pretty intimidating but I stood my ground.

I was here to protect her purity!

"I just thought I'd come here for a drink with my best bud. You know Madara, through all the years that I've known you, I don't think we've ever gone out for a drink together." I said as I walked towards her.

"That's because I've heard all the rumors about you. i don't want to get stuck dragging your drunken self-home." She spat.

I step in between her and Hikaku and force him out of his seat.

Madara face palmed and muttered some words I couldn't make out.

"What are you doing here Hashirama! You have paperwork to be filing out!" She growled as soon as I took my seat.

"How could you possibly expect me to focus on paperwork when you're getting drunk with these hooligans?"I hissed back.

She glared at me for a few seconded before turning her head and taking another sip from her drink.

"I can take care of myself just fine Hashirama, I don't need you constantly following me around. I'm Madara Uchiha, one of the strongest shinobi to walk the planet."

I'm gonna be honest with you guys...it kinda hurt me when she said "I don't need you." Ever since I found out my childhood friend was actually a she, I've only wanted to get closer to her.(Not counting those first awkward few weeks.)

Everything she did sent me off!

When she went on missions, I constantly had to worry.

When she stuck around other men, I constantly had to worry.

Anything she she did constantly had me worried!

The only time I was ever at ease was when she was with Izuna!

I guess I could see where Madara would find me overly-protective and annoying but I just can't help the way I feel.

"Well I'm sorry Madara, I just..care about you." Getting that last part out was surprisingly harder than it used to be.

In fact, back then it wasn't hard at all! I would always tell Madara that I cared for, at that time, him, but recently it was getting difficult.

I mean, I still cared for her, even more so than before! Sigh...I was just no good with women.

"Look Hashirama, it's nice and all that you care about me but you don't constantly need to be breathing down my neck. We've been spending too much time together. We need space." She said, taking another sip.

"What?! I personally think we haven't been spending enough time together!" I said in shock.

"Just stop. Don't make a scene." She said.

"Why do you constantly push me away?" I asked, grabbing her shoulders and making her look me in the eyes, our faces inches away.

She slams her hand straight into my nose and turns back.

"Give me my space or I'll get Izuna to teach you what space is." She threatened.

"Pssshhhh, that she-devil doesn't scare me!"

"Well then, I'll be sure to tell Izuna just that."

I pale at the thought. No doubt if Madara told Izuna, she would take it as a personal challenge and make her life goal set on terrorizing me!

"Gahaha! You know I was only joking right? Okay, I get it. You need some space and I'll give it to you. But when can we hang out?" I asked.

"We can hang out right now. But you better control yourself with your drinks." She warned, but I saw the hint of a smile on her lips.

I grinned at the invitation. "No promises!" I said.

"Um, Madara...?"

"Yeah?"

"Please don't tell Izuna what I said."

TOBIRAMA POV

The sounds of Swords and jutsu's were in full bloom.

Their leader, Shinji, turned out to be a notorious thief who has been stealing since he was a young kid.

He also turned out to be a tougher opponent.

He was moved quietly and swiftly and each blow he landed on me was a painful one. To make this worse, he was able to mask his chakra making it impossible for me to spot him.

Heh...I hadn't been in a battle this tough since Tokiwa.

I heard the sound of kunais clashing near me and I glanced towards the sound.

It looked like Izuna was finishing up.

I let a small sigh of relief leave me knowing that as soon as he was finished, I would get the assistance I need to beat this guy up.

"You should never avert your eyes."

What?!

He came from right beneath the ground with sword in hand and the speed that could counter mine!

At a desperate attempt to lay damage on him as well, I had my kunai in hand and sliced his arm leaving a very deep gash.

But it was nothing compared to what he did to me.

When he suddenly appeared below me, emerging from the ground, he shot up with such speed and power that made my wound all the more fatal.

He sliced my side so deep and the cut was so long that I could honestly say I wouldn't be shocked if my arm came off.

He landed a good distance away from me when I heard someone shout my name in shock.

"Damn you..." He growled in pain. "You were a good fight but it looks like I win. Maybe you can ask for a rematch later, that is, if you live." That was the last I heard of him before he retreated.

I was on the floor with pain racking my entire body. I tried to keep a level head to be aware of the things around me.

Even though this fight was finished, who's to say I won't encounter another problem.

I cursed, I came all the way here to retrieve my scroll and now I had to go back to Konoha with nothing but a severely injured body.

"Tobirama!" The sound of Izuna's voice flooded my ears and at that moment, it sounded pretty nice.

But then again, the sound of a dying rooster would have sounded nice too when you're lying on the floor dying of blood loss.

I felt Izuna's hands on me immediately, lifting me up to turn me on my back as she called Taki over to examine the wound and stop the bleeding until we are able to make it back to Konoha and have my brother do his wonders.

I let out slow and heavy breaths, and felt Izuna shift. He was now slightly facing me when I saw it...

Izuna stared at me, a smirk plastered on his face and in a low whisper said.

"Not so funny when it happens to you?"

...

What I would have given to just beat him right then and there, to swear and curse him, to strangle his sorry self!

But that wasn't an option due to my current state.

So I had to settle for a few words.

"I...freaking...hate you."

NO ONES POV

"Tokiwa!" An angry voice calls out to him.

He narrows his eyes, feeling like they were unworthy to dare raise their voice at him...not when he has this much power.

"What is this that we are hearing about your son being taken as a prisoner by Konoha?" Three older members of the Kuronaho clan rounded on Tokiwa.

Still feeling unwell from his last battle, he wasn't at his best moods.

"Well? We are waiting for an answer!" One of them said.

"And you will get much more than an answer if you do not leave my chambers at once." Tokiwa growled.

The two elders at the back seemed to get the hint, but the leader of that small pack refused to back down.

"How can we put our trust in you to lead us to becoming the number one clan when you won't even make the effort to save your own son? His powers are as equal to yours and he is needed!"

"Asagi is but a spoiled brat who doesn't appreciate anything that I've done for him. He would have perished away long ago if it wasn't for me who had given him such powers." He spat and stood from his bed.

"Your son is expected to lead this clan should anything happen to you. If you die and Asagi is not here to claim the title as clan head, then the Kuromaho will be nothing. We'll go back to having no power, being the bottom clan."

Tokiwa glares at nothing particular.

His thoughts scattered.

It was true, if he were to die there would be nothing left of him.

He'd disappear from the face of the planet...

Only he and Asagi possessed the black magic...the others were loaned the powers by father and son so if Tokiwa dies their magic would lessen and would only have to rely of the power provided by Asagi.

Which knowing him, wouldn't be much.

Tokiwa lets out a sigh of frustration.

If I had known he'd rebel against me, I would have never given him such powers.

"Tokiwa." His thoughts are broken and he faces the other three.

"You need to understand this isn't just your life you are playing with recklessly. You got lucky this time but who's to say you'll survive the next battle?"

"I'll survive."

"And if you don't? We'll be nothing without either you or Asagi to lead us to victory." The trio stood there staring, awaiting for what Tokiwa would say next.

"If I die than you all die. Asagi has decided to defy me and so you can't trust him to look after this clan."

Tokiwa walks towards the leader of the old men and wraps his arm around his shoulder, bringing his face near him and whispers.

"You should put your full trust in me, not Asagi, trust only me. If you want this clan to win, than keep me alive." He says smirking.

"But Asagi-" he was quickly cut off by a gust of wind smashing him against the wall.

His old body was too frail and weak to handle such a sudden attack.

"We are done speaking of Asagi. There is no room in this clan for traitors like him."

MADARA POV

"You stupid idiot."

"I hate you."

"Control yourself when you drink!"

I mumbled all these as I was forced to drag Hashirama's dead weight back to his place.

Its way past midnight and I started drinking with him in the afternoon time!

Ch, I'm partly to blame for letting him indulge too much.

I should have forced him to stop drinking when he started to sing.

Oh the embarrassment, I was surrounded my drunken idiots who kept pestering me to sing along with their drunken song!

I gripped him tighter in my anger sure to leave a bruise on him.

I continued to think about the night and slowly released the right grip I had on him.

All though he embarrassed me to near death...it was pretty fun.

I let a small smile fall on my face as I recall the memories.

The way he sang with everyone.

Cracked jokes.

He was the spot light of the night and everyone enjoyed having him there.

That was something I envied of Hashirama.

Everyone was just so pleased to be around him.

While I, on the other hand was not.

People were just so tense around and I didn't get why until Hashirama pointed it out to me.

Apparently my atmosphere was "unwelcoming, cold, and scary."

Sure I come off rough around the edges and might be condescending but I wasn't going to make a complete fool out of myself just so others could feel more welcomed.

I'm no moron.

I continued to lug Hashirama, hoping at the very least Tobirama would be back from his mission to let him inside.

It would be a real shame if the Hokage got a cold because he had to spend the night outside his house.

I snap out of my thoughts when I hear my name being called.

"Madara!"

"Izuna? What are you doing here?"

She walked towards me and looked out of breath.

"What's wrong with Hashirama?" She asked.

A scowl falls on my face. "He's flat out drunk."

Izuna let out an exasperated huff.

"I ran all over the village looking for him and he was just smashed? What the hell?! I had to break through his window to look for him all over his house! Do you understand how awful it was to walk around in the place that they inhabit? I even accidentally walked in their bathroom!" She shivered in disgust.

On closer inspection, I noticed her robe was heavily darkened around her shouldered and sleeves.

"Is that blood?" I asked, stepping closer to her.

"Yeah, but don't worry, it's Tobirama's?" She said nonchalantly.

I gave her a questioning look. "Why do you have Tobirama's blood all over you?" I asked.

"Because I had to carry his bleeding body all the way back to Konoha."

I let out a short humorless laugh.

"That makes two of us."

She gives me her cocky smile and says, "Truth be told, they'd both be lost without us."

I nod my head in agreement before getting to what needed to be addressed.

"Why were you looking for Hashirama?" Izuna normally would do anything to avoid him.

"Well we needed him to heal Tobirama's wound but apparently that won't help." She eyed Hashirama in disgust.

"If his injuries are that severe I'm sure Hashirama can compose himself enough to save his little brother." I said back.

I wasn't too fond about Tonirama ever since the whole "almost killing my only sibling left" thing happened but I knew I couldn't leave him to die.

I couldn't do that to Hashirama.

"Don't worry about it Madara. He'll be fine, the wound wasn't as bad as we thought it would be. There was still a chance he could have died but thanks to me, I brought him here just in time to undergo some serious surgery." She says in a prideful tone.

"Here, hand him over to me" Izuna said reaching out to grab Hashirama.

"Why?" I asked. Izuna avoiding Hashirams was natural. Izuna willingly touching Hashirama was just beyond crazy.

"You look tired so just go home and get some rest, I'll just take him to the hospital so when he wakes up, he could check on Tobirama's wounds."

Izuna now held on to Hashirama and it felt nice to get his extra weight of of me.

I agreed to let Izuna handle him from here because I really didn't want to carry him any longer.

Saying my goodbye to her I walked away.

Fully aware Izuna had something up her sleeve.

NO ONES POV;SNIPPET

Izuna glanced at Hashirama who rested on her shoulders.

A smirk etched on her face as she walked towards a wooden gate.

"Enjoy your night here," She says as she drops him unceremoniously.

"Because you'll have one hell of a morning." She finishes as she walks away from the Hokage who now looked like a street bum sprawled on the floor unaware of all the humiliation he will undergo the moment he wakes up.

TOBIRAMA POV

DAYS LATER

Everything was silent in my hospital room as I glared angrily outside my window.

I can't believe I lost to that guy!

Even worse, I can't believe I failed to get my scroll back!

Now Im being forced to rest for the next few days. This annoyed me to no end, here I am just sitting in bed while those thieves were making money from my valuable hard work!

Those goons hit number one on my annihilate list.

When I see them again, and I will, I will take each one of them by their-!

"Tobirama Senju. You have a visitor."

My train of though was interrupted by the medic who stepped back to let my visitor in.

I only just woke up a few hours ago and already had many people come greet me so I wasn't surprised.

Or at least I thought I wasn't going to be.

Walking into my room was Izuna Uchiha, aka the last person I want in here.

He walked into the room with his hands behind his back, presumingly hiding something.

I give him a cold glare, warning him I'm not in the mood to deal with the crap I knew he was soon about to give me.

"Oh? Someone's looks a little cranky." He says in a knowing tone.

"Get the hell out Izuna, your presence is making me lose my appetite." I growled. Of course he wouldn't leave, he never left without accomplishing his plan of pissing me of.

"I just came here to give you a gift." He says offended. But I knew he was enjoying this.

"I don't need crap from you so leave." I didn't care how angry my tone of voice was.

I wanted him gone.

Izuna steps closer to my bed, an excited smile on his face as he revealed my "present."

"..."

"Do you like it? I thought of you when I saw it."

Of course.

Izuna always had to insult me.

This present he gave was an ugly white gorilla toy with a very angry looking face on it.

It was hideous.

"I swear Izuna, once I'm out of this bed you'll be the one on it once I'm finished with you." I growled in annoyance.

He just laughs and places the very ugly gorilla on the table.

"Okay, do I could sense you weren't too fond of that gift but wait, I have another."

I ignore him knowing he'll probably just insult me with another of his so called gifts.

"Look what I got for you." Izuna says, tossing something onto my lap.

I look down and nearly gasp in shock.

It was a scroll.

My scroll.

I quickly snap my head up to him not caring just how stupid I might look to him.

"How did you get this?" I asked shocked.

"Their pack leader made the mistake of leaving it to his little posse. I was easily able to grab it after putting that guy who had it under a gen-jutsu." He said.

I continued to stare in disbelief.

I couldn't care less if the guy put me in the hospital just as long as I got my scroll, and it turns out I did!

"Well I'm off now; got some clan business I need to deal with." He said before walking off.

I felt unease wash over me as he walked towards the door knowing I had to say the words I never thought I'd ever say to Izuna Uchiha.

"Thank you." I bite out awkwardly.

Izuna pauses in front of the door and slightly turns his head enough to see me.

"Uhh...sure?" He replies just as awkwardly.

The room is left in painful silence before I decide to break it.

"Seriously Izuna...Thank you for getting back my scroll...it uh...means a lot..."

He continued to stare, his expression telling he had no idea what to do.

...

"Well I got to go." Izuna finally says.

"You enjoy that scroll." He walked out the door closing it, successfully leaving me alone in my awkwardness.

...

That was probably the hardest thing I had ever gone through.

I KNOW! IM A HORRIBLE PERSON! I can just imagine Obito calling me trash T.T

But lets look at the good side of things! :D Like how much Izuna we got in the last episode~ I was shocked when they gave us a short fight between Tobirama and Izuna.

And is anyone reading/watching Attack on Titan? How good is it, I need your opinions on it before I start.
