The dining pavilion was filled very fast, faster than usual Percy thought. Once all the campers were seated Percy stood and greeted them, "Greetings campers! Tonight we welcome Orion Jackson Son of…"
As soon as Percy said that a blue trident glowed above Orion's head and the smell of the ocean filled the pavilion. "All hail Orion Jackson Son of the Sea God, Poseidon!" Cheers erupted from the pavilion. "Now, if you would all please stand and move about and sit where ever you would like to sit. Good, as you all know my brother Dionysus has been recalled back to Olympus and I have taken my rightful place as head of Camp Half-Blood."
He was interrupted by an eruption of applause and cheers, which brought a smile onto his face. "If you are all done, I'd like to go over some changes to the daily schedule. Great, first things first Greek will be the first class of the day for all campers. Second, the Hermes cabin will train everyone in stealth and agility. Thirdly will be archery from the Apollo cabin and Chiron. After Archery comes Lunch. After lunch will be sword lessons with me, followed by survival training taught by the Athena cabin. Now onto some rules, rule number one no bullying. Rule two all duels must be set up during sword lessons. Rule three no stealing, as if you are caught stealing you get punished by cleaning the stables as a first offense, second offense and you do dishes and clean the dining pavilion, and third and final offense and you get to help Lord Hades in the Underworld by cleaning his castle, if you do not wish to go there then don't steal. Rule four is simple, just have fun and treat each other with respect. Rule five is the final rule, all campers will be in their cabins by nine each night with lights out at ten thirty, breakfast is at seven every morning, and every Friday is the traditional campfire."
"What about capture the flag?" a boy asked.
"Ah, yes, the answer to your question, Luke Castellan, lies right in front of you," Percy replied to the boy who looked shocked that he knew his name. "Go ahead, read it out loud."
"Capture the flag will be every other Saturday starting this Saturday," Luke read.
"Thank you Luke," Percy said. "The match will be Athena vs. Ares. Athena's team will consist of Poseidon, Hermes, Apollo, and Dionysus cabins. Ares' team will be everyone else. So, you may now team up and start your planning."
"It's good to have you back, old friend," Chiron whispered to Percy.
"It's good to be back," Percy replied. "Are you ready for this new schedule?"
"It really isn't that new," Chiron replied. "This is the same schedule we ran up until the punishment of Dionysus."
"Very true," Percy said. "Now, if you'll excuse me I must go see the others."
"Very well," Chiron said as Percy left the pavilion and flashed away.
~~~~~~LINE BREAK~~~~~~~~
"Lord Perseus, it has been far too long," a woman said as Percy flashed into the wolf house.
"Lady Lupa, it has," Percy replied. "I haven't seen you in human form in a long time."
"It is because the last time we saw each other was the last time I was in it," Lupa laughed. "Now, why do I sense that this isn't a social visit?"
"I'm being reinstated to the council," he replied. "Meaning that I need to check on my domains before I can take my seat, but that isn't the only thing, Saturn is rising and he will bring an army that will need to be fought by both the Greeks and Romans."
"How is that possible?" Lupa asked. "I thought Jupiter broke him into a million pieces and that he wouldn't be able to rise again."
"I haven't a clue, but I know a demigod is helping him," he replied. "Now, if you will excuse me I have a Senate meeting to interrupt."
"And that is why the Romans were always scared of you," Lupa said. "Good luck, my lord."
With that Percy flashed away and into the Roman Senate building which just happened to be in full swing of a meeting. The Romans then shut up and just stared at Perseus until one got up and asked, "Who in the name of Olympus are you?"
"You dare insult an Olympian God in such a manner, Octavian," Percy replied. "I am Perseus God of Heroes, Time, Loyalty, and Night. I am the oldest child of Zeus and Hera and the Prince of Olympus. While you are an Augur who couldn't even read the Auguries well enough to know that I would pop in today."
"I'm so sorry, my lord," the Augur said.
"Enough with you please leave this senate hall immediately," Percy said and watched the boy running out of the building. "Now, that that's over where are your praetors?"
"Right here," one of the two beside him said.
"Ah, yes, Lucas Wright Son of Mars and Susan English Daughter of Apollo," Percy said. "My praetors, I must show you something after this meeting, but first I must say this to the Senate. A war is coming Saturn is rising and so is his family. That means we must prepare the Legion for it. Now, I believe there is a son of Jupiter here by the name of Jason Grace. Where would he be located?"
"The fifth cohort," Susan said.
"You are brave not making him leader of the first cohort," Percy said.
"Why should we treat that freak with respect? Just because he is the son of Jupiter, huh?" Lucas questioned.
"I would stop right there if I were you Lucas," Percy warned. "That is my brother you are talking about and my father."
"What are you going to do send me to the Pit?" Lucas asked.
"If you keep bugging me I will after this war," Percy replied. "One more outburst from you about Jupiter and I will send you to my uncle's domain. He has been bugging me to send him some help for his castle. Praetors I will meet you in the Praetor House in one hour for a meeting."
Percy flashed to the fifth cohort. "I need to speak with Jason Grace," he said to one of the legionnaires.
"Why would you be looking for him?" the kid said.
"Because he is my brother," Percy replied.
"He has no family," the boy said.
"If you count the oldest child of his father then yes he does," Percy said. "Kid listen, my name is Perseus, I'm an Olympian God. If you do not point me to my brother then I will send you to be my Uncle Pluto's servant."
"He's in there on his bunk," the kid said and ran off.
Percy walked in and saw a boy with blond hair and electric blue eyes lying on a bunk reading a book. "The Iliad by Homer, good choice kid," Percy said and Jason jumped. "Obviously you are reading the Latin version. However don't tell anyone, but Homer was always a little flamboyant with his stories. They were a lot gorier in truth."
"Excuse me, but who are you?" Jason asked.
"My name is Perseus, I am your oldest brother," Percy replied. "As in I am the oldest of our father's children mortal or not. I am an Olympian God."
"What are your domains?" Jason asked with a smile.
"Time, Night, Heroes, and Loyalty," Percy replied. "I also have a little bit of all the other Olympians domains as I was born well before my siblings. As they were born I gave up domains so they could rule them."
"This is so cool," Jason said. "Why are you here?"
"I am just here visiting a mortal sibling and getting to know how well my domain is doing," Percy said. "Now, listen Jason there is a war coming and you will play an important role in the outcome. The Titans are rising and once they start attacking you will need to be there to take charge. By the end of this war you will be a praetor. I hope you will always remember that. Now, I will answer one question that you may have."
"Will I ever get the chance to meet father?" Jason asked.
"Yes, I will make sure of it," Percy replied. "I must leave you for now, Jason Grace, but remember everything I told you."
With that Percy left the building and flashed to the Praetors, who were already waiting for him. "You are late, my lord," Lucas said.
"Ah, it appears that I am," Percy replied and walked over and touched both of their foreheads. They both passed out and when they awoke Percy was standing over them. "Good you're alive. What I just showed you was the battle in which you will die Lucas and Susan will retire from combat. If you noticed it will be a bloody battle and Susan isn't a praetor when that happens. I want you both to know that you cannot change that fact. Lucas will die in that battle and Susan you will give up your praetorship in one year's time."
"Who will I give it up to?" Susan asked.
"A Daughter of Bellona the war goddess," Percy replied. "All I know is that she will be here in one year's time and you will give up your praetorship to her after she beats you in battle."
"When is this battle that I die in?" Lucas asked as pale as he could be.
"Two years from now," Percy replied. "The battle will happen right outside of this camp. You will die as a sacrifice to save the one you love. That is all I can tell you. I must return to my duties."
Percy then walked out of the room and flashed back to Camp Half-Blood.
