Author's Note- Happy belated Independence Day for my fellow American readers. Thank you for the kind reviews! It's awesome to see how many of you are interested in following the story. And for the Gwen and Courtney fans out there, I promise to deliver a satisfying conclusion to their conflict that should appeal to both sides; I do have a plan for how I want that to turn out.

It's good to be writing again!

Warning- This chapter includes some minor suggestive material, mostly due to Izzy's antics, of course. Just a heads up if you are sensitive to that sort of thing.

I think that's it for right now, so without further delay...

On with the story!

Episode 5: Can You Handle the Truth? Pt 2

"And with that," announced Chris, "We are getting right back into the action! The Silver Broncos are leading with a score of four points to three. The Golden Lions really need to start getting things together, because this isn't looking good for you guys."

"Pssh," Harold waved his hand nonchalantly, frowning. "We're only down by one point, that's not so bad. Gosh, you're making things sound a lot worse than it actually is, Chris."

The nerd glanced over at his teammates, but Courtney and Gwen were locked in a fierce glare with one another; Geoff was looking away from group, occasionally glancing at Cody and Bridgette. Tyler was nervously looking around, as if something was bothering him.

"Right, just keep telling yourself that," Chris chuckled, observing the scene for himself. "Anyways, this next piece of trivia is for the Broncos!"

"This is a chance to widen our lead and never look back," remarked Alejandro, smirking. "Bring on the question, for I am sure that our team is ready."

"Confidence, I like that!" exclaimed Chris, grinning. "Just means I'll have to work harder to destroy it. Alright, so, this next contestant borrowed their best friend's favorite pair of jeans without asking, ripped them, and claimed to know nothing about it!"

A few of the contestants chuckled, but Sadie was looking around at the rest of her team nervously.

Confession Cam-

Sadie- "Oops..." /She chuckles nervously, but puts her hands on her hips./ "Wait, how did he find out about it?"

After sighing heavily, Sadie pressed the button in front of her and closed her eyes. Most her teammates weren't particularly surprised, but Katie looked shocked and slightly angry.

"That was you!" she exclaimed, standing up. "I loved those jeans! That's like, so not cool, Sadie!"

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you!" cried Sadie, wiping a tear away from her eye. "I was just, like, so jealous of them, and I thought they would fit, but, well, I was wrong about that."

Katie crossed her arms and turned away, ignoring her. Sadie sighed once again and looked down. She felt a warm hand on her shoulder all of a sudden, and looked up to see Alejandro giving her a reassuring smile.

Confession Cam-

Katie- "It's in the best friend code! You tell your best friend everything! And that includes, like, everything! I can't believe she wouldn't tell me that. If she would lie about one thing, what else would she lie to me about?"

Sadie- "Katie's my BFF! I know I'm supposed to tell her everything, but she would have been so mad at me if I told her that!" /She sighs./ "I shouldn't have said anything, but I just wanted to help the team. Oh well...at least I think Alejandro noticed me for being so brave." /She smiles dreamily./

Alejandro- /He simply winks at the camera./

"That's another point for the Broncos!" Chris exclaimed, watching as another point was added to the scoreboard beneath the Broncos' logo. "That makes this game five to three! Lions, you're up next."

"Can we please just focus guys?" asked Cody, looking around at the entire team before directing his gaze towards Courtney. "Just for this challenge, we can all go back to fighting and stuff later. We have a challenge to win!"

"Oh Cody," Sierra swooned, "You're such a great leader."

Courtney scoffed at that comment, pointing at herself. "Hey, I'M the leader of this team, not him. I don't need someone trying to tell me how to do my job! And that's a fact."

"Well if you want to be a leader," growled Sierra, "Why don't you start acting like one? Everyone on this team has been trying to give their best, so put your own feelings aside for once and help the team!"

Courtney looked away for a moment, while Gwen tried to stifle a chuckle.

Confession Cam-

Gwen- "I'm sorry, but watching Courtney get chewed out by Sierra of all people is priceless."

Sierra- "Cody can't always speak up for himself, he's far too kind! And while I absolutely, positively, LOVE that about him, that means I have to take charge sometimes and show the world who's boss! Cody!"

Cody- "When Sierra gets mad...watch out."

"Fine, whatever," Courtney rolled her eyes and stood up, facing her teammates. "Let's get it together, Lions! I don't care how embarrassed you are, or how ashamed you are, this is a must-win situation! So everyone needs to give one hundred percent right now, including myself. Although I personally believe that I've been giving it my best since the start."

"She was just about to convince me," remarked Gwen, "Until she made that last remark."

Courtney clenched her fists, ready to retaliate, but a stern look from Sierra prevented her from talking back. Ignoring Gwen, she continued. "Just, let's try to win this thing. If it applies to you, answer it. Got that, Lindsay?"

"I know what I'm doing," Lindsay assured the team captain, smiling. "I'm so good at this. Right Tyler?"

Her boyfriend could only rub the back of his neck and chuckle, nodding slowly.

"This is great and all," said Chris, "But you're interrupting my show! Now then, let's get to the fun, humiliating part. Which one of you once wrote a song with the following lyrics, and I quote:

"Gwen, oh Gwen, how I miss you so much.

I cry when I think how we've fallen out of touch.

How did I lose you? What did I do?

Oh, how I wish I had just one more chance...with you."

"Wow," remarked Noah from the opposing platform. Justin, Heather, and Alejandro started laughing. "Just wow."

All eyes were on Trent, who was starting to turn red. Reluctantly, he pressed the button, trying his best not to make eye contact with Gwen. The goth girl did look at him, however, and raised a curious eyebrow.

"Okay, I admitted it," the musician started to shrink down into seat, "Now can we please just move on and forget about it?"

Confession Cam-

Trent- "Oh man, how did he find out about that?" /He face-palms./ "Not one of my better songs. Gwen's probably gonna hate me forever after that one."

Harold- "I totally admire Trent for sacrificing his pride for the sake of the team. I mean, sure, everybody already knew it was him anyway, but still. Dude's got props in my book!"

"Nice job Trent," Chris chuckled, adding another point to the scoreboard for the Lions. "That's a point for you guys, meaning you're not completely out of this thing yet! Now, it's the Broncos turn."

The host picked up a card from the stack and cleared his throat, reading it clearly:

"Who has their baby picture featured on the list of Canada's Ugliest Babies?"

"Wow, that's a list?" asked Noah, scoffing. "What kind of moron even has the time to think of that?"

Somewhere in Canada, a balding man was sitting on a crate in his parents' basement, watching the episode of Total Drama. After Noah's remark, he looked down at the floor and sighed, taking another sip from the can of beer on the table beside him before glancing over at his laptop. Displayed on the screen was the man's website: "Canada's Ugliest Babies."

A short while had passed, but no one seemed to want to answer. Alejandro looked at Owen, who looked at Justin, who then turned to look at Noah. Katie and Sadie glanced at each other nervously, while Heather sighed in frustration.

"Whoever this is, you better speak up right now!" exclaimed the queen bee, crossing her arms. "It's not even that bad."

Chris watched in amusement for a moment as the group sat perfectly still, with no one owning up to the question. Grinning, he held up the remote and pressed the button, plunging the platform into the water. After electricity crackled below the surface, the platform re-emerged, filled with very angry, sore, and wet contestants.

"And that's a wipe-out for the Broncos," laughed the host, looking at the opposite team. "Lions, this is your chance to even up the score! If one of you can figure out who this, erm, 'honor' belongs to."

Tyler's immediate instinct was to look at Eva, but when she noticed him glancing she reached into the water, grabbed an electric eel by the tail, and threw it at the jock's face in anger, ignoring the shock she had received.

Jolts of electricity traveled through his body until he was able to remove the eel from his face. He swayed back and forth, disorientated, murmuring "That's gonna hurt."

Sierra beamed as she pressed the button, raising her hand. "Chris! I totally know this. Any of my blog followers would know that the Total Drama contestant featured on Canada's Ugliest Babies list is Justin!"

The model blinked in surprise as his teammates laughed. Chris laughed as well, nodding. A point was added to the scoreboard that evened the score at five points apiece, but the screen behind the host soon flashed to show a different image: Justin's baby photo, confirming that he was in fact an "ugly baby."

"Wow, look at that forehead," laughed Izzy, "Hey Justin! You could land a plane on that thing!"

"I think he's kind of cute!" exclaimed Owen, smiling. Once he noticed the odd looks he was receiving from his teammates, he chuckled nervously and added, "For a baby, I mean! The picture. I mean sure, he's got one of those chubby chins, and big eyes, but it's not so bad!"

"Oh man," Justin folded his arms across his chest and leaned back in his seat, looking off to the side.

Confession Cam-

Justin- "Thanks a lot, Chris! As if this season hasn't been hard enough, now everybody is going to remember me as the guy with the ugly baby picture. I could be ruined now! My sponsorships, my modeling career, my pride..." /He sighs./ "Well, at least I'm still hotter than anybody else on this island. And I guarantee that!"

From outside of the confessional, Justin could hear Izzy laughing.

"And so, the Lions have tied things up," noted Chris, smiling. "This game is getting interesting as both teams need five more points to win! That means we're only about halfway through this torture-fest!"

"This challenge is hard on everyone," sighed Bridgette, glancing at Geoff. He quickly looked the other way to avoid making eye contact. "I don't know if we can last through a few more rounds of this."

"Too bad," Chris glared, crossing arms. "Last time I tried this with the new cast, they complained so much that I had to give them a grueling physical challenge instead. Such wasted potential! But nope, not this time. We are seeing this baby through to the end!"

"Baby? Wait, are we looking at Dustin's ugly baby picture again?" asked Lindsay, confused.

Confession Cam-

Bridgette- "Chris has been getting really personal with the challenges lately. I'm fine with eating disgusting things, or running through the woods from bears, or jumping off of cliffs. But I absolutely can't stand drama, and that's all Chris has been trying to create lately." /She looks at the camera sadly./ "I really hope Geoff and I can work things out."

Geoff- "I just don't know anymore, man! I don't wanna lose her, but if she doesn't want me..." /He tips his cowboy hat over his eyes and sighs sadly, looking down./

"Moving on," said Chris, "This next one's for the Golden Lions. Who claims to be vegetarian yet secretly loves eating grilled chicken? Hmm? Anybody?"

Bridgette sighed and pressed the button, causing her teammates to gasp. "I'm sorry! It was only one or two times, and I got tempted, but I would never hurt an innocent chicken, I swear!"

"I don't even know you anymore," Geoff covered his eyes and shook his head. Bridgette bit her lip and leaned back as she noticed Chris adding a sixth point to their scoreboard.

"That's pretty funny," chuckled the host, who turned towards the other team. "Broncos, you're up!"

"We must bounce back, amigos," assured Alejandro, smoothly. "We must not be selfish. Right, Justin?"

Justin shrugged and crossed his arms.

Confession Cam-

Justin- "Alejandro might be the Team Captain, but I can't take the guy seriously. Have you seen those eyebrows?"

"This person never wears underwear of any kind," said Chris, reading from the card. The Broncos looked at one another oddly, wondering who would fit that description. Suddenly, a buzzer rang out; everyone looked to discover that it belonged to Izzy.

"Guilty as charged," she grinned, sheepishly. "I mean, it's really comfortable! You guys should try it sometime. Everything feels so loose, and breezy,and-

"Okay! Okay," Chris stopped the red-head before she could continue, cringing. "We really don't need to know all the details, Izzy. The Broncos get a point! And we're all tied up again at six."

"That's my Izzy!" exclaimed Owen, hugging his girlfriend tightly with one arm.

Confession Cam-

Izzy- "It's awesome, really! I wonder if my cabin-mates would mind if I slept in the nude as well. That would be pretty great. I would love to see the expression on Eva's face!"

Noah- "Am I the only one who gets a disturbing feeling when I start to think about how Chris found out about that?"

Chris picked up the next card from the pile and cleared his throat. "Lions, it's your turn. Which one of you had the nickname "Fluff Button" as a child? Haha, that's some funny stuff right there! Fluff Button."

"Fluff Button?" asked Cody, trying to stifle his laughter. "I had some pretty bad nicknames as a kid, but 'Fluff Button'? That's a first."

"Not helpful," Courtney warned, glaring at the geek. "We're trying to encourage people to be honest! Not make fun of them!"

Geoff and Bridgette locked eyes for a moment, but said nothing. Tyler raised an eyebrow and looked at Lindsay, but she shook her head. Harold was whistling and looking around at the others. Trent shrugged.

"Three, two, one," Chris began to count down, holding the remote high enough for them to clearly see his finger on the red button.

"Wait!"

Gwen closed her eyes and pressed the button, sighing. "Okay, that was mine."

The first response was a burst of laughter from Courtney, causing the goth girl to glare and slam her fists on the table. Cody and Trent looked at her sympathetically, assuring her that it was for the good of the team.

Confession Cam-

Gwen- "Alright, so my mom used to call me that when I was a kid. But that was a long, long time ago. Courtney's probably going to make fun of me for the rest of time, but you know what? I don't care!"

Trent- "Fluff Button, huh? That actually sounds pretty cute with her."

"That's pretty evil, Chris," smirked Heather, shaking her head. "I love it. So, I guess I should start calling Gwen 'Fluff Button' from now on! Or maybe something even sweeter."

"Bite me," Gwen rolled her eyes.

Chris stopped laughing long enough to add a point to the scoreboard; the Lions now held the lead in the game with a score of seven to six. "The Lions are really making a comeback! But man, I wanna see some people get dunked!"

"Yeah! Go Lions!" Tyler pumped his fist in the air excitedly. "We're never getting dunked again!"

As if on cue, both teams' platforms were suddenly pulled beneath the water; in a few seconds, they jolted back up to their normal positions above the surface. Chris chuckled, whistling innocently. "Oops. My finger slipped."

"Of course it did," muttered Noah, sarcastically. He quickly held his tongue, however, when he saw Chris shoot a glare in his direction and threateningly hold up the remote. "Um, you may continue."

"Broncos, this is your question," said the host, smiling. "Who refuses to admit that they are afraid of Heather?"

Heather smirked and turned around to face Alejandro. His eyes widened as a drop of sweat fell from his forehead and splashed onto the table below. Noah and Justin were staring at him as well.

"Why are you all looking for me?" he asked, putting his hands up in defense. "Surely you do not believe that I, Alejandro, am afraid of some lower class competitor like Heather. That's ludicrous."

"I thought we were supposed to put our pride aside for the sake of the team," Justin mused, folding his arms across his chest sternly. "Or did you forget about that, Captain?"

Alejandro narrowed his eyes at the model, scoffing. "I'm not going to own up to something that simply isn't true."

"I think Heather can be kind of scary at times," admitted Katie, dodging a glare from the queen bee. "Does that count?"

"Of course that doesn't count," argued Sadie, rolling her eyes. "You would, like, know that if you weren't so busy being mad at me for no reason!"

Alejandro stood up, sighing. "Ladies, can we not fight? There is a challenge at hand."

The two girls nodded and looked down. Alejandro continued to stare at the button, slowly lifting his hand. He looked up to see Heather smirking at him, and decided that he could not do it.

"Looks like it's dunk time," smiled Chris, pressing the button once more.

Confession Cam-

Alejandro- /He rings water out of his hair./ "Forget the challenge. There's no way that I would ever admit that I'm afraid of Heather in this competition. Because I'm not!"

"Lions, you've got a chance to widen your lead here," explained the host, glancing at the next card. "If one of you can admit to this next one. Who once got drunk at a party and puked in a toaster?"

"Really?" Cody started laughing, holding his sides. "Of all places, a toaster?"

"Yeah," muttered Gwen, shaking her head. "And that's why I don't go to parties."

Geoff gulped and looked at Bridgette quickly before pressing the button with both hands, cringing. "Before you say anything, it was an awesome party! And totally worth getting butt kicked when my friend tried to make breakfast the next morning."

"You never told me about that," Bridgette glared and crossed her arms. Her boyfriend shrugged and smiled sheepishly, but started to sweat. Cody chuckled once more and Geoff frowned.

Confession Cam-

Geoff- "What? It was an awesome party!"

"Eight points for the Lions, who are making a remarkable comeback in this game," noted Chris, grinning. "Broncos, now it's you guys that need to work on the teamwork. I wanna see people fess up!"

"You're enjoying this way too much," remarked Eva, annoyed. "Just get on with it."

"Fine," Chris frowned and squinted as he read from the next card, "Who has a Total Drama blog where they talk about how much they hate most of the contestants and all of the juicy drama that happens behind the scenes?"

Heather scoffed. "That sounds like something up Sierra's alley. Are you sure you didn't make a mistake, Chris?"

"The best host ever doesn't make mistakes," replied Chris, giving a reassuring grin and a wink. "Nope, it's one of you for sure. You have thirty seconds."

No one said a word, choosing to stare awkwardly at one another instead. Finally, after great hesitation, Noah put his hand on the buzzer and sighed. "Okay, that's mine."

"Awe," Katie frowned, "Why do you hate us so much? We are, like, super nice to you! Well, I know that I am. I don't know about Sadie, though."

Sadie placed her hands on her hips and gasped. "I am too! So nice to him!"

"That's not the point," said Noah, shaking his head. "It's just a blog. A very, very honest blog. No hard feelings, anyone, but I'm just stating my opinion here. This show is not fun and I love documenting how much I despise it."

"Who cares anyway?" asked Heather, annoyed. "That's not really all that embarrassing. Wait, he didn't say anything about me, did he?"

Owen pulled Noah into a hug, much to the latter's dismay. "Don't worry buddy! I'll never have any hard feelings!"

Confession Cam-

Owen- "Noah doesn't really like a lot of the people here, which sucks, but I understand. Besides, he's got me and Izzy, what does he need anyone else for? The three of us are like a team! I just gotta find him a girlfriend, then we can be like the Fantastic Four!"

Noah- "Great, now I feel like people are going to start comparing me to Sierra. Let me be the first to clarify; we have very, very different blogs. And mine has a LOT less Cody."

Sierra- "I've read Noah's blog, and it is kind of...harsh, so to speak. Not to say that my blog is better, but his definitely needs more Cody. A LOT more Cody."

Heather- /On laptop, reading Noah's blog./ "What do you mean 'Heather and Alejandro are too stubborn to admit that they are in love with each other'? What is it with everyone and thinking that?"

"Well, that earns a point for the Broncos, giving them seven! Lions, if you can manage to get this next one then you'll only need one more to win. Are you ready?" asked the host, smirking. "This one should be fun."

"Yeah!" Tyler pumped his fist, nearly leaping up from his seat. "Let's do this! Victory is so close, I can taste it!"

"Calm down," instructed the host, raising his hand to quiet the jock. "Alright, who voted off their girlfriend's best friend and lied about it to her face?"

The grin from Tyler's face vanished and he started to turn pale. "W-what?"

Lindsay looked confused, and turned to her boyfriend for help. "Wait, what girlfriend? and whose best friend? I'm so confused right now."

The rest of the team looked at Tyler as well, frowning.

Confession Cam-

Tyler- "I'm not good under pressure."

"Time's almost up," Chris glanced at his watch and smiled. "Ten...nine...eight...seven...six...five...four...three...two..."

"It was me!" Tyler jumped up and pressed the button, sweating. "It was me, I can't hide it from you anymore, babe. I voted Beth off because I thought she was getting in the way of our relationship. I'm sorry!"

Lindsay gasped and stared at her boyfriend in disbelief. "You mean, you're the one that got Bertha voted off? And then you lied to me?"

The jock nodded sadly as Lindsay started crying. "Lindsay, it wasn't my fault, it just-

"You're a meanie! And a liar! And a...well, if I could think of a big word to use, I would!" she pouted, crossing her arms. "I thought you were sweet, but you're just another dumb guy! You best friend hater!"

Cody and Trent shared a sympathetic glance for their friend as he looked down in defeat.

Confession Cam-

Lindsay- "We are so D-U-N, Tyler! Done! I don't even know why I liked you in the first place!" /She starts crying hysterically into her hands./

Gwen- "Good old Chris. Breaking hearts and destroying lives."

"This is great," said Chris, admiring his handiwork. "And to brighten your spirits a little bit, you are now only one point away from immunity! The Broncos, on the other hand, need three."

"Don't count us out yet," DJ smiled, looking at his teammates for inspiration. "We're still in this thing! Right guys?"

"Shut up," Eva snapped, glaring daggers in his direction.

Chris cleared his throat and continued, smirking. "Who voted for Eva because they thought she was 'scary'?"

"You chose that one on the spot!" accused DJ, gulping as he noticed Eva narrowing her eyes at him. The gentle teenager pressed the button and cringed. When he finally opened his eyes, he noticed that Eva was pounding her fist into her palm. He nearly fainted.

Confession Cam-

Eva- "It's people like DJ that make me sick. No guts, no determination; just a wimpy momma's boy that should be thankful I don't feel like kicking him for being totally useless."

The rest of the team looked at the scoreboard as Chris added another point, making it eight to nine. "It's a tight game, folks! Just what I love. Suspense! Now, Lions, if you get this last one, you'll win. Otherwise, the Broncos will get a chance to steal AND a chance to win it for themselves. So pay close attention!"

Most of the team seemed prepared, looking at Chris attentively. Tyler was looking down into the water, visibly upset. Lindsay was sitting with her arms crossed and eyes closed, angry.

"Which one of you is not a natural blonde?" asked the host, sporting a sinister grin. Geoff and Bridgette looked at each other briefly before turning their attention to Lindsay. The blonde girl seemed indifferent, however.

"Lindsay," whispered Tyler, "It's okay to answer it now. Press the button!"

"Why should I listen to you, Best Friend Hater! You think I'm dumb, but you're not going to fool me," she said, sticking her tongue out at the jock. He looked at Courtney desperately, who rolled her eyes.

"Lindsay, press the freaking button!" yelled the C.I.T, pounding her fists on the table. "Come on!"

The blonde girl frowned and looked at the buzzer, but it was too late; Chris happily used his remote to dunk the team underwater. When they didn't re-emerge after a few seconds, the contestants became concerned.

"Um," Noah raised a hand, hoping to garner the host's attention. "Not that I particularly care, but shouldn't they have come back up by now? They still need air, you know."

"Yeah," Chris rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "Must be a malfunction of some sort. Anyways, now's your chance to steal the point! Who isn't a natural blonde?"

Heather was the first to buzz in. "Lindsay, everybody knows that. Except for her, apparently."

"Correct!" nodded Chris, adding a point to their scoreboard. The other team's platform finally appeared from the depth of the lake, albeit slowly. Bridgette unzipped her hooded sweatshirt and a fish fell out, much to her astonishment.

"Dude," Geoff shook his head, motioning to his ripped pink shirt. "You didn't mention there were sharks down there!"

"Oh yeah," Chris waved it off, laughing. "I figured you would have guessed that by now. Say, where's Tyler?"

On cue, a shark emerged above the surface of the water and opened its mouth, spitting the jock out with enough force to send him flying into the seats. The shark shook its head and rinsed its mouth out with water before returning to the deep.

"This is just not your day man," said Trent, patting his teammate on the back.

"Broncos, the score is tied up at nine! This next one could be the winner," explained Chris, carefully selecting a random card from the middle of the stack. "Alright! Who told their girlfriend to get in the kitchen and make them a sandwich, resulting in him being locked in a closet for three days?"

Without hesitation, Owen slammed down the buzzer and smiled. "It was me! I have no shame! I mean sure, the closet was pretty dark and I didn't have my trusty bag of chips with me. But it was totally worth a shot!"

Izzy laughed and kissed her boyfriend on the cheek as the final point was added to the scoreboard.

"And with that, the Silver Broncos win for the third time in a row!" announced Chris, pausing as the members of the left platform cheered. "Unfortunately, that also means that the Golden Lions are headed to elimination for the third time in a row. This should be fun to watch."

Courtney glared at Gwen, then at Lindsay; neither girl paid her much attention. Sierra tried to hug Cody in consolation, but he wasn't too interested. Harold shook his head sadly.

"One question," said Bridgette, amidst the disappointment. "How are we supposed to get back to shore?"

"I'm glad you asked," Chris replied, reaching into his back pocket to reveal another remote control. He pressed the button without hesitation and the seats beneath the contestants all sprang up, sending them flying through the water onto the beach.

"See you at elimination tonight, Lions! The rest of you, have a nice evening!"

Confession Cam-

Courtney- "Three losses in a row, and somehow I just know that Gwen's going to blame it on me. Yeah, blame the leader for everything. That's totally fair. I'm a great leader, it's just that my followers are in competent!" /She sighs./ "Oh, I wish Duncan were still here. At least I would know I have an ally."

Heather- "I hope Alejandro doesn't let these three straight victories go to his head; I mean, have you seen the other team? Total mess. We don't even have to try to win these challenges."

Alejandro- "Thanks to my superb leadership, my team has prevailed yet again. All in a day's work, amigos."

Bridgette- "Today was terrible. Absolutely terrible. I've tried so hard to avoid getting involved in the drama so far, but now I'm right in the middle of it with Geoff!" /She sighs./ "I just need to talk to him, without Chris's involvement."

Owen- "You know what? I bet Izzy makes really great sandwiches." /He stares off, daydreaming./

Golden Lions Cabin- Guys Side

"I'm thankful that awful challenge is over with," said Trent, removing his wet shirt and quickly changing into a dry shirt of the same design. "I'm starting to think that Chris legitimately hates us."

"No kidding," muttered Cody, looking around. "Hey, have you guys seen Geoff?"

"I can probably guess what he's up to right now," said Harold, jerking his thumb in the direction of the girls' side of the cabin. "Trying to make things right with his lady."

"Aren't you going to talk to Lindsay?" asked Cody, looking at Tyler. The jock was sitting on his bed, staring at the floor as if hoping for an answer of some sort. His shoulders were slumped and he frowned.

"I don't know what to say," he sighed, twiddling his thumbs. "All I wanted to do was spend more time with her, and now she's gonna hate me forever. What am I supposed to do? Lindsay and I have never really had a fight before."

"Tyler, my friend," Harold adjusted his glasses and put a supportive hand on the jock's shoulder. "You must speak from your heart! You can never go wrong when you listen to your heart. Trust me, it's the only way she'll ever know the truth."

Cody, Harold, and Trent all stared at the jock oddly as he tried to twist and contort his neck to put his ear up close to his chest.

"I can't hear anything but beating!"

Confession Cam-

Harold- "I have to admit, I'm pretty lucky to be practically the only person on this team that isn't involved in all the drama. I'm like the chosen one, the one that brings balance to the force. It's my duty to hold this team together."

Tyler- "Why did I have to open my big mouth? Me and Lindsay were finally starting to get close again, and she actually remembered who I was. Now, I don't even think she wants to talk to me" /He sighs./ "I messed up bad."

Silver Broncos Cabin- Guys Side

"Would you guys be cool with me trying to sneak Izzy into the cabin tonight?" asked Owen, chuckling. "She tells the most awesome stories, and she might even let me get to second base!"

"Absolutely not," Justin adamantly shook his head at the larger teen. "I need my beauty sleep, and there's no way that's going to happen with psycho chick in here."

"Never thought I'd say this," admitted Noah, "But I have to agree with Justin."

"Awe man," sighed Owen, falling backwards onto his bed, which sunk in beneath him. "I bet Izzy is gonna be bored to death tonight. I mean, I can't imagine how boring it must be over there with all those girls. Am I right?"

Silver Broncos Cabin- Girls Side

"Izzy, give me back my bra!" exclaimed Heather, chasing the redhead across the room. "I'm seriously not in the mood for your games!"

"Chill out," Izzy put her hands up in self-defense, backing up against a wall. "I was just thinking about trying it on, just to see what it feels like. Wow, is this one of those bras that makes your boobs look bigger? Sweet!"

Heather snatched the bra from Izzy's hand, quickly tucking it away in a drawer. "You're insane."

"See," Katie gestured towards Izzy and Heather, frowning. "That's why we don't borrow other people's things without asking, Sadie."

"Oh my gosh," argued Sadie, "It was only one time! Get over it!"

Eva looked around at the events unfolding in the room and put her ear phones in, walking out of the cabin and slamming the door behind her without saying a word. Katie and Sadie looked at each other.

"Let's just forget about it," smiled Katie, spreading her arms out and offering her friend a hug. "I can never stay mad at my best friend! Hugs!"

"Hugs!" Sadie squealed, gripping her friend tightly. "Yeah, like, no way are we going to risk our friendship over some shorts. We are best-est friends for life! No matter what!"

"Totally," Katie nodded agreement, smiling. "No matter what!"

As Sadie walked to the other side of the room to retrieve something, Katie waited until she wasn't looking to place a lock securely on the handle of her clothing drawer, turning back to look at her friend suspiciously.

Silver Broncos Cabin- Outside

As Eva was walking and listening to her heavy metal music, she noticed Alejandro leaning against the porch railing of the cabin. He waved at her, and she found herself waving back without even realizing it.

"Hola," Alejandro nodded politely, causing Eva to turn her music off and approach him.

"What do you want?" she asked, suspiciously.

"I simply wanted to commend you on your contributions to the team," he assured the bodybuilder. "It certainly took courage to admit your past as a cheerleader."

"Seriously," Eva put her hand up, "Stop commending me on my efforts. I'm only doing what I have to do to win. I'm not doing it for you, or for anyone else on this team. Understand?"

Alejandro nodded, smiling. "Of course. Everyone knows that you're the driving force behind this team, not me. And I'm only stating that I respect that."

"Good," scoffed Eva, attempting to hide her blush. "And by the way, if you ever so much as think of making fun of me for the cheer leading thing, I will find you, and I will kill you. Got it?"

Alejandro nodded as she walked away. Once she was out of sight, he smirked and chuckled quietly to himself.

Confession Cam

Alejandro- "It's only a matter of time."

Eva- "Yeah, I was a cheer leader. My stupid school wouldn't let my try out for football, so for the extra curricular credit I had to join cheer leading. Physically, I could out-perform all of those twigs out there. It wasn't bad, until one of those airheads challenged my authority and I almost put her in a full body cast. Then I got kicked off the team. /She flexes her arm muscles./

Golden Lions Cabin- Girls Side

"I guess what Bethany used to say all the time is true," sighed Lindsay, using a tissue to wipe off the mascara that had run down her face. "Boyfriends are only temporary, but friends are forever."

Bridgette frowned upon hearing that, looking at the picture of her and Geoff that she kept perched upon her night stand. She picked it up, looking at it closely and biting her lip.

Sierra looked over at the two girls and shook her head sadly. "It's a shame that I have to update your fan pages on the blog. All of your fans will be crushed!"

Bridgette's eyes widened. "Look, Geoff and I haven't broken up or anything, we just need to talk. Don't go and post anything that's going to make things worse, Sierra. Please."

"Fine," Sierra shrugged and closed her laptop. "It's kind of funny, you guys are starting to take the attention away from the Gwen and Courtney feud."

Gwen rolled her eyes and looked at Courtney, who refused to acknowledge her presence entirely. Bridgette set down the photo and walked over to Lindsay, taking a seat on the floor next to her.

"Lindsay, can I ask you something?" inquired the surfer girl, to which Lindsay responded with an affirmative nod. "Do you remember your first actual date with Tyler? After Total Drama, I mean."

"Yes," the blonde nodded, smiling slightly. "We went to the park, and I remember there was this really cute doggie, and it wanted to play tag with Tyler. All I remember after that is something about an emergency room and stitches, but he always used to laugh about it."

Bridgette nodded, smiling as she looked up in thought. "I remember Geoff and I's first date. We went to the beach, and just talked for hours while we watched the sunset. We didn't notice the time, and both ended up falling asleep out there."

"That's so cute," smiled Lindsay, in awe. "Me and Tyler should totally try that sometime! I mean, me and some other guy should do that! I don't like Tyler anymore."

Bridgette noticed the tinge of sadness in Lindsay's voice and reached out to clasp her friend's hand, smiling. "Lindsay, I think Tyler loves you more than he knows how to tell you. And I think you guys are going to be just fine."

"Awe," Lindsay hugged Bridgette tightly. "Thanks, Gidgette! I think you and Greg are going to work out too!"

"I hope so," Bridgette sighed, looking through the cabin's window. She noticed Geoff, who was walking in circles and looking at the cabin nervously as if deciding whether or not he should approach it. "I hope so."

Campfire Ceremony- Golden Lions

The remaining ten contestants were huddled around the fire, completely exhausted from the day's events. Cody was surprised to feel a warm hand cover his own, glancing to his right and seeing a visibly nervous Sierra. Geoff was sitting behind Bridgette, twiddling his fingers. Harold had his arms crossed and was looking at the plate of marshmallows.

Tyler, meanwhile, was late arriving to the ceremony; he eventually ran up to the group, taking a seat beside Trent. He noticed that Lindsay was sitting on the opposite side. Courtney seemed to be deep in thought while Gwen yawned indifferently.

"Hate to see you guys here for the third night in a row," said Chris, chuckling. "That has to suck! What's the problem, guys? Leadership? Teamwork? Anyways, before you can vote, Courtney needs to decide on who gets the immunity tonight."

The Team Captain stood up, tapping her chin. "Chris, after putting thought into my decision, I have decided to give it to Bridgette. She contributed to what should have been a victory today, if not for some."

Courtney cast a glare in the directions of Lindsay and Tyler, who failed to notice. Bridgette smiled and mouthed "Thank you" to her friend, breathing a sigh of relief.

"That settles that," noted Chris, pointing towards the confessional. "Voting is that way, and everybody but Bridgette is on the chopping block tonight! Have fun."

Confession Cam-

Geoff- /Votes, albeit somewhat angrily./

Lindsay- "This is for my best friend!" /She votes angrily as well, but looks as if she feels guilty about it./

Courtney- "The wise thing to do would be to vote off Gwen now and be done with it. Oh, how I wish that were so. But the smart thing to do would be to get rid of the weakest link. So, who's it gonna be? Lindsay or Tyler?"

Harold- "It's for the good of team." /Votes./

Gwen- "Even though Courtney's probably voting for me, I'm actually thinking about taking the high road this time, and not make this personal. Sorry, Tyler."

Bridgette- "I wasn't worried about my chances, but I'm glad that Courtney still recognizes me as her friend after everything that's happened recently. I don't know how this vote will turn out, but I'm going with Sierra. I just don't know how comfortable I am with having my life added to the internet on a daily basis."

Tyler- "I dunno who to vote, but I guess I have to pick someone." /He sighs sadly and votes indifferently./

"Alright!" exclaimed Chris, excitedly holding the first marshmallow high in the night, shining beneath the glow of the moon. "It was a close vote tonight, but one of you kitties is finished! Let's see...the first marshmallow goes to Bridgette!"

Bridgette caught the marshmallow happily, feeling more at ease.

"Harold!"

The nerd pumped his fist up and caught the marshmallow between two of his fingers, flipping it up and popping it into his mouth.

"Cody!"

Cody caught his marshmallow happily and began to chew on it as he watched the ceremony.

"Gwen!"

She didn't smile as she received the symbol of immunity; merely shrugged.

"Geoff!"

The party animal stopped shaking long enough to catch the marshmallow, looking at Bridgette and smiling. Noticing this, she smiled back.

The host paused for a minute to smirk at the remaining competitors. "This next one goes to Trent!"

Trent proudly caught his marshmallow, grinning.

"Sierra!"

The nervous super-fan jumped up excitedly to receive her marshmallow and hugged Cody in celebration.

"Courtney!"

Courtney quickly snatched her marshmallow from the air and grinned, turning to look at the remaining two: Tyler and Lindsay.

"Oh no," Tyler gulped, looking at the blonde hopefully. "Lindsay, I just want you to know, that whatever happens, I love you."

"Awe," Lindsay smiled, clasping her hands together. "I love you too, Tyler! And I forgive you for everything! You're still my Tyler."

"I hate to interrupt this and all," groaned Chris, annoyed. "But I'm running a show here! Now, Lindsay and Tyler, this is the final marshmallow of the evening. Both of you are the weakest links on this team, and tonight will be the end of the road for one of you. Tonight, the final marshmallow is going to..."

"Tyler!"

The jock couldn't react in time to catch his marshmallow, which hit him squarely between the eyes. Lindsay looked at her boyfriend sadly, gripping his hand tightly.

"Lindsay," Chris gestured towards the boat, "It's time to say goodbye! And by that, I mean that you should just leave and stop wasting my time."

"Chris, I'll go in her place!" the jock volunteered, pounding on his chest. "My heart has spoken to me, and this is what I must do. Lindsay can't go."

"Nope," Chris shook his head, frowning. "I appreciate your honorable sacrifice, but I'm not going to allow anyone to give up this season. It's more fun when you guys don't get what you want."

Tyler looked at Lindsay and sighed. "Well, I tried. I promise you, I'm gonna try my hardest to win this thing for you!"

"Yay," Lindsay hugged him tightly, pulling him in for a romantic kiss. "I'll be waiting for you when it's all over! I'll miss you, Tyler!"

"Oh, before I forget!" Tyler exclaimed, reaching into his jacket pocket and removing a handful of bent flowers. "I got these for you, I know pink is your favorite color, and-

He was interrupted by the sound of Lindsay sneezing repeatedly. Chris turned to Chef and signaled for the large man to pick the girl up and throw her in the boat. Between sneezes she managed to wave one final goodbye to Tyler as the boat sped off into the night.

Cody walked up and watched the boat sail off as well. "I'm sorry, man. At least you know she loves you."

Tyler looked down at the flowers in his hand and smiled. "Yeah. She does!"

On the way back from the bonfire, Bridgette caught up with Geoff and tugged on his arm sleeve. He frowned when he saw her, but she leaned in and kissed him by surprise. He returned the kiss, and the two remained outside long after the others had gone in, making out.

"Are we okay?" asked Bridgette, looking into his eyes.

Geoff thought for a moment and smiled. "We're okay, Bridge. We're okay."

The camera panned back out to the bonfire, where Chris was roasting a marshmallow and whistling. He flashed a grin at the audience and took a bite of the marshmallow, which he immediately spit out for being too hot.

"Ah, tension," said the host, rubbing his hands together. "I am loving this season! What will ultimately become of Geoff and Bridgette's relationship? Will Alejandro ever convince Eva to join his alliance? How will Tyler fare without Lindsay?"

Chris crossed his arms and looked towards the sky in thought. "Most importantly, how can I make the next challenge even more grueling than the last? Only one way to find out! Stay tuned, right here!"

"On Total! Drama! The CLASSIC Edition!"

The camera panned out and turned to black as the host signed off.
