He had called her a plain jane and country bumpkin. Flat-chested boring girl.

On one knee, begging, pleading her to forgive him..

Her blood ran cold through her veins. She clenched and unclenched her fists. He said he didn't even think about even DATING her.

..in a helpless tone, his expression desperate..

Mixed tears rolled down her face-hope, sadness, anger, embarrassment-she trembled. The ENTIRE LME lobby whispering, staring.

"Marry me, please, Kyoko?"

That huge pretty rock placed nicely on a shiny round...thing.

The more she looked at his face, then at that thing in a small box...she inhaled, then she snapped.

"Marry me?! Marry me!" she screamed in anguish causing the crowd to high-tail it out of there and Sho to wince back. "You wanted to marry the most beautiful, most popular," she raised her fists in the air. "the number one ranking woman is shobiz, Sho!" she screamed at him. "Not a fucking MAID!" she kicked over pottery, weakly ripped up magazines, her eyes overflowing with tears. "Not a country bumpkin," he had stood up, trying to..not knowing what to do as she weakly hit his chest, her make up running, ruining her face. "A plain jane.." she sobbed, her hits getting slower and weaker. "..not a flat chested.." she sniffed, falling to her knees. "..boring.." she covered her eyes in humiliation. "..ugly girl, Shotarou.." she weeped. He frowned, not knowing what to do. But his body answered for him, one hand guiding her head to his chest, the other on the small of her back, he held her, not caring for the paparazzi outside, the box and ring laying discarded a foot to his left. As he pulled her closer, he heard her mumble something.

Wow. Had to get that out. xD Sho realized how much he loved her. Two years later, no less. Densey doornail, he is. xD So, should her mumble be a 'i love you but can't', a yes, or a harsh rejection? :3
