Its been a long tedious, shameful but also defeated walk going back to Konoha. Through out the night they ran but as the running continuing their morale drop as their morale dropped the will to run slowly started to fade and soon everyone started to walk.

Hiruzen saw their defeated and sadden looks. The look of defeat but also the look of losing hope. That their will be no glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel. No all hope has been extinguish.

Jiraiya tried to make the best of it but even he was having trouble. He was being bombarded by questions. 'Is he really Yondaime son.' 'Why weren't we told the truth'. 'How did this happen'. So many questions and Jiraiya answer to all was a long defeated sigh.

Among the defeated is Naruto's and Hinata's former comrades and classmates. Kiba who got a huge dose of killing intent from Naruto's uncle, Kasai. That made the poor Inuzuka boy wet himself a bit. He never felt anything of that caliber not even the mission to Nami.

Ino and Sakura are sulking. From what Naruto told them a few days ago made them wonder why Naruto didn't know anything about relationships but also his behavior on how to act seem childish. But to see his whole family no clan among them locked up away from him. They see how unfair life is to some people.

Hiashi is slowly walking along with members of his clan. Seeing some of the branches members all too relax while some members of the main house look tired but also nervous for some reason. He turns to Neji who facial expression is serious. With what has happen and the truths coming out about his sensei not being just a regular jonin sensei.

Seeing that Lee has a fire to surpass Gai who stayed behind to learn the truth while Tenten who admired Tsunade to be the strongest kunochi coming from Konoha. Sasuke remembering what Kasai said made him angry but also scares him to see what he did to Itachi. "Mistakes you made?" repeated Kasai. "Mistake one you made. The lie about the Uchiha clan massacre but in truth it was a cover up because of their coup de tat" answer Kasai. Seeing everyone shock reactions, Kasai chuckles. "Yeah. I was surprise I ripped the information out of his head. Fugaku the clan head was planning to overthrow you and throw Konoha in a civil war. Seeing someone from the Uchiha clan summoned Kyuubi to attack the village twelve years ago".

Sasuke can still her the words echo through his head to think that his clan who he thought built Konoha that his clan owned Konoha. But to hear the truth coming from Itachi broken and shatter mind to hear him say.

"No Sasuke we don't own Konoha." spoke Itachi softly. Turning to Kasai, Itachi gives him a pleading face. Watching the Uzumaki make a hand seal. The seals on Itachi vanishes and he drops on his knees. "It's true Sasuke. Father and everyone was ready to go to war with Konoha. Father was tired of the treatment we were getting and wanted more. So I volunteer to kill everyone and spare you hoping you would redeem the clan's name. But I was wrong" cried Itachi.

"We don't own Konoha in fact. The Uchiha clan joined Konoha after the village was built with the Senju and their cousin clan the Uzumaki. Everything in history bout us is wrong. The civilian council wanted the Uzumaki name remove because of Naruto. So much hidden so much lies to protect our home but it wasn't the right way to protect Konoha" cried Itachi. Covering his face and crying in his hands.

Sasuke kicked a small rock angry to hear all this coming from Itachi while no one came to his clan aid. But why would they seeing that someone from his clan is responsible to use Kyuubi to attack Konoha. Everything he once knew and believe is gone and seeing everyone else faces he can see they are all lost as well.

Uzumaki Kasai destroy the will of fire in Konoha shinobi.

As everyone continue to think of the matter they came to the top of the hill to see Konoha gates. Hiruzen shoulders drop wondering what is waiting for him once he arrives at Konoha. With the village status as shinobi village for Hi Kuni gone what will happen to Konoha now.

For many it was a long walk of shame but also defeat again. Many just couldn't shake the de ja vu they are feeling but also on what to expect when they get to Konoha. As everyone inch closer they see the gates being guarded by Tenzo.

Everyone is staring at the young beautiful woman in front of them but also wondering how deadly she is. Hearing what their Hokage said made them wonder why she would let anyone have their last rites. But Hiruzen wasn't done.

"You didn't spared them and killed the Iwa nobleman in a gruesome way that it took the doctors three days to put him back together to have a proper funeral. That you sealed what made a man a man and handed it to the nobleman at the sea country. When the doctors were done and the funeral was being held the body exploded taking out many of the nobleman family" finished Hiruzen.

Now that scared allot of guys. Many of them shuttered to think of their junk being removed. But also to hear that the noble man exploded after what she did to him and manage to take out many of his family.

So I told the person I will be back before sunset to kill him and left with Kasai before he got killed. He took me seriously and lived his life like it was his last" spoke Suzuka.

"Really" Jiraiya with a lecherous grin on his face soon started to think.

"I assume you are here to deliver a message" said Hiruzen. Suzuka nods and takes out a scroll from her sleeve and throws it to Hiruzen who opens it and reads it. "Konoha is under Marshall law by the fire Daimyo. Clan heads and heirs to a meeting once the fire Daimyo arrives to Konoha. Council and civilian council to join as well but no say in any matter. Charges treason" read Hiruzen.

The clan heads let out a sigh of relief. Sakura on the other hand looks horrified to hear what the Hokage said. Her mother is part of the civilian council and is charged with treason.

"I will be taking my leave and Shibi along with his clan is keeping order in Konoha with a few Anbu that Jati trusts" said Suzuka.

Hiruzen nods. Giving everyone a signal to go home. Things aren't looking good for Konoha and wonders when the Fire Daimyo is doing.

"Oh Jiraiya" said Suzuka. Getting the sennin attention she pulls out a seal from her sleeve. Holding it in her hands she looks at Jiraiya who looks confuse "This is for you and please don't struggle". Throwing the seal at the sennin it hits his chest and before Jiraiya can do anything.

He drops on the ground on his knees groaning in agonizing. Tenzo signal everyone to stop while Suzuka walks towards the down sennin. Hiruzen pushed everyone out of his way angry.

"I demand to know what is going on" narrowing his eyes at Suzuka wondering what she is planning to do with Jiraiya.

"The thing about prophecies. Its that you need someone to manipulative to make it happen. To manipulate the person to make the outcome happen for your side but at what cost. The life of the Yondaime. A mother to lose hope. A new born child to be hated for something he had no control over" spoke Suzuka. Everyone listened to her talk while Jiraiya continued to groan in pain.

Hiruzen hearing this looks away while Suzuka walks over to Jiraiya. The man is groaning and slowly trying to get back on his feet. Everyone watching and hearing this looks confuse while Hiruzen now has to explain to everyone what happen to Gamamaru.

Fire Daimyo. Same time with Hiruzen

Garp is slowly tapping his finger on his bicep. Hearing some of the nobles that supported the Fire Daimyo and his father are looking at documents ,evidence that Kasai but also Kaen the current Fire Daimyo younger sister looking through everything. Seeing that their uncle conspired against Garp and his family but also caused havoc with other nobles in Hi No Kuni almost dating back two decades.

It would seem that Hi No Kuni would have greatly benefit with the Uzumaki clan in Konoha. But that didn't happen when Uzu fall trade in the sea country plummeted and when trade plummeted in sea country. The land of birds trade also dropped and made the previous Daimyo hire two families to bring the country back up which started a feud between two families.

The two families battle against each other for years to come. Now they settle the fight through a race to see whose family will be in charge. But they weren't the only at the Nagi Island the water country neighbor economy fell. When their economy fell the water country had its economy almost cripple but with the war they were having the water country manage to continue but the outcome of the war didn't give them a favor.

When the third shinobi war ended it left the smaller nations in dissaray and the larger nations like Konoha and Suna almost broke but also they lost allot of shinobi. Even though the nations tried to increase their funds and increase their economy their wasn't no one who would travel to Sea country or to the other nations to trade with them. Instead it took them longer to recover unlike the other bigger nations.

With all the evidence being shown many nobles from Hi no kuni are waiting for Fire Daimyo verdict. Seeing what has happen he sighs and looks at his uncle and shakes his head.

"Oji Moeru what do you have to say" looking at his uncle. The man is in chains with seals placed on him but he isn't alone. Two other members from his father era are also in chains.

"I did what is best for Hi No Kuni. Uzu was making too much money. Konoha was spending too much. I refused to be in debt to Uzu while they continue to live in a luxury life while I had to cut back. No I refused" moving his arms back and forth trying to break the chains around him.

The fire Daimyo shakes his head. Looking at the nobles all around him he sighs seeing their angry looks towards his uncle. Nobles of his age but also their father and grandchildren with them. Three generations of nobles of a family at least a dozens other families in the room.

"Oji, what you did was wrong. Your judgment caused ripples of destruction through out Hi No Kuni but also our neighbors. The village Uzu and the Uzumaki clan were Konoha but also Hi no Kuni allies. You on the other hand destroyed that. You caused this to happen but worse you had them imprison and forced the Sandaime into this. You along with the others also cause the other nations to suffer even more".

"They didn't need to suffer longer. They could have recovered faster while Hi no kuni would have benefit from that but that didn't happen. Instead you continue to live the life you wanted while others here scarified for their homes" once Kaen was done.

Most of the nobles clapped to hear the younger daughter speak with compassion but also strength in her words. Soon the nobles from Garp generation rose from their seats screaming and demanding his life.

The Fire Daimyo sighs and looks at his uncle but soon things were going to take a turn for the worse for him. As the Fire Daimyo stood up lifting his hand up signaling them to quiet down.

"Too long I allowed others to think for me my council has always talked out loud while I listen but in the past few months. You all voiced your thoughts and seeing how Konoha has been acting but also doing. I turn a blind eye on their activities and the consequences to this action is high I know for sure other daimyo's right now are looking into their hidden villages as we speak"

Everyone listen to the fire Daimyo speak. Garp knows this was going to happen the nobles had enough of Konoha's actions but also how things are fairing in Hi no kuni. Too many issues remain unresolved in Hi No Kuni.

"From this day forward my Imōto will be leading Hi No Kuni along with her own council. I will been taking a different role in Hi No kuni. But before I leave my last order will be to have all my uncle's assets seize along with anyone that has helped him. After that he is to be executed along with the others".

Garp remain quiet turning his attention to Kaen the young lady was in shock to hear what her brother just did. Looking at the other nobles they all nod and agree with the Fire daimyo. Other nobles turn to Kaen and bow their heads to her showing her respect.

"I'm speechless" sinking further in the chair she looks around and wonders what is next. Granted she had a privilege life but her father made sure she was taught like any other noble's child. She was taught to use a sword but also taught to rule someday if something ever happen to her brother. "I will do my best not just for me. But also to the people of Hi no Kuni who scarified so much for us".

Garp nods and turns to old friends who nods. Closing his eyes he soon thinks back on what Kasai wanted to do. 'Kasai. I don't know how you did it. But some how everything you said will happen. This is going to make things easy for some people. But Konoha that village is doom' thought Garp.

With Naruto same time as Garp

Hearing the door open he slowly lifts his head and sees Hinata walking in the room already dressed. "Ano what time is it but also this isn't a dream" whisper Naruto. Slowly making his way out of bed he looks down into his lap. Hearing Hinata walking to his side she sits down next to him on the bed and lays her head on his shoulders.

"No, Naruto-kun its not a dream. Everything that happen is real and true" smile Hinata. Looking at Naruto she watches the tears in his eyes reaching over she kisses him on the cheeks while Naruto tries to stop crying.

"Thank you Hina-chan thank you. If you didn't stop me I would have ran and ran and I wouldn't know what to do" holding her in his arms he takes a deep breath happy that Hinata stop him from making a mistake.

"Naru-kun, I will always be by your side" kissing Naruto on the lips gently.

Naruto soon replies back by kissing Hinata. As the two continue to kiss their tongues soon started to explore each other. Slowly as they dance Naruto laid Hinata carefully on her back and continued to kiss her. Slowly moving his hand under her shirt he moves to kiss her neck. Hinata gasps to feel Naruto hands on her breast she soon starts to kiss into his neck.

Unaware to both of them the door opens and peeking inside is Mito. Watching the two she blinks "Kaa-chan. Naruto nii is trying to eat Hina-chan face".

Both teens stop and quickly got off the bed expecting Kushina to walk in but instead, Kasai walked in first while pulling on Mito cheeks. "Oi. What did I say about snitches huh tell me you tomato".

"Not a tomato" huffing a bit. The mini Kushina folded her arms.

"Alright. Oi gaki get change we got a mission and -. Alright" Seeing Tsuru give him a look. Walking out of the room, Kasai grabs Mito and throws her over his shoulder much to his niece protest to reach for the door not wanting to leave.

As Tsuru stood near the door way she walks in the room smiling at the two. Soon Kushina entered the room and before Kushina said anything Tsuru said something that will make Kushina think twice.

"Naruto. Hinata. I'm happy that both of you found each other like a piece of a puzzle but also the love that you two have each other as well. Even though that love started as friends but it became something more over the course of time. How Garp and I became but also how Hinata was there for you Naruto when you learn the secrets and truth and that bond will only strength you two" smile Tsuru.

Naruto nods and takes Hinata hand and smiles at her.

Hinata's cheeks turn red but she looks at Naruto with a smile. "Promise of a life time but its more than that" smile Hinata.

Kushina watching this soon sees herself and Minato as well. Looking at the two she feels she is reliving her genin years. But her son genin life will be much different from her owns.

Hinata nods. While Naruto nods and smiles at Hinata. Tsuru nods and walks out of the room closing the door behind her so all three can talk. As the click of the lock happen she heard Kushina scream. "WHHHHAATTTT".

Kasai sighs and shrugs his shoulders not knowing. "Maybe. But also another part makes me wonder. A kami will fall from grace. Lost he was but he will find comfort in his home and family. Is he talking about Hiruzen because of his title shinobi no kami?" wonder Kasai.

She knew very well what happen but also whats to know what the four celestial guardian pass.

Konoha. The village is quiet no one is walking. No one is laughing. No one is doing anything. They are all sitting at home waiting for something to happen. When the clan heads got home they told the rest of the families what happen after the Sandaime told them to run away.

Everyone in Konoha watched what happen. Everyone in Hi no kuni watched it happen. The daimyo's from other nations watched it happen. Right now they are telling their kages of their villages of what has happen in Konoha but also Hi no kuni.

Everyone is wondering what is going to happen. Soon a large shadow covered all of Konoha. Soon people started to look outside their windows wondering what kind of shadow would cover Konoha. As the people look out they gasp in shock to see large bird flying high over Konoha covering the village with its shadow.

Than thunder echo through the whole village shaking glass windows. Than a yellow bolt of lightning illuminate the the sky.

Standing on top of large cloud is Naruto with his family. Not just Kushina, Mito his uncle grandparents. No. Tsunade along with Shizune who moves the red bag of hair from her face looks down to the village. Tsunade just stares at the village and wonders why the people would betray the people who protects it.

Hashirama and Tobirama looks down sadly. Seeing the village this high the Senju bothers wonder where did they go wrong?

"Alright Naruto set us down on the Hokage tower" said Kasai.

"Right" Making a hand seal. The small storm cloud soon started to fly towards the Hokage tower. Hashirama and Tobirama looks at Naruto seeing how well but also how powerful of a kekkei genkai he inherit.

"This is fun. Kaa-chan can I learn how to do this" ask Mito. Her eyes green eyes sparkle towards Kushina making her smile at her daughter.

"We will try later ok sweetie" gently placing her hand on her daughters back. Kushina looks at Naruto who is standing very close next to Hinata. Thinking back to what Kasai told her about Gamamaru telling of a new prophecy 'family not gone but hidden. Once reunited the family grows and thrives in the shinobi world. Family grows and a new member is born and more'.

Thinking about it she turns to Tsunade who is staring at Kushina. "Have you told Naruto yet?"

"No" whisper Kushina. "I was surprise when you told me". Kushina looking at the two and cant help but smile at them. She is happy that Naruto found someone to love but also is scared for Naruto and Hinata.

Tsunade nods "We have too. Because of that prophecy we have an idea of what to expect" whisper Tsunade.

Garp hearing this turns to Tsuru who remains quiet. Looking at Kasai "I know. I'll talk..no. We do this as a family. They deserve it. Susanno sakes both of them deserve it for what they went through" said Kasai.

Yamamoto hearing the whisper nods. "Time. But yet its against us".

Soon the Hokage tower came to view and standing on top of the Hokage tower is Suzuka along with Shibi and the Hokage with the clan heads and the rest of the civilian council along ranking members of Konoha. Naruto slowly moving the cloud to the top roof of the Hokage tower. He takes a deep breath and looks at everyone. Making a one hand seal the cloud they are on soon ends and everyone lands of their feet.

"Can we go flying again" ask Mito.

Tsunade, Kushina giggle at her antics but Garp and Yamamoto chuckles at her. Kasai groans. Naruto smiles rubs his little sister head while Hinata giggles. "Sure. Later I promise me, you and Hina-chan".

"Hmm' kay" soon Mito stood closer to Kushina seeing everyone is staring at her.

Hiruzen is looking at her. She can see Kushina red hair and round face. But her features like her nose and green gray eyes are all Nawaki. Seeing how much she stands by Kushina and seeing how much she acted. Hiruzen wonders if Mito takes more of Nawaki personally than Kushina.

"Suzuka you been here all this time?" ask Naruto. Wondering where Sango and Kazuma have been he hasn't seen his older cousins for some time.

"Yes and hopefully I will be able to go home and relax a bit?" ask Suzuka.

Before anyone spoke Shino appeared on the roof. Seeing Naruto and Hinata he nods at the two. Turning to his father. "Forgive me to interrupt but a caravan of bulls are pulling wagons of the Fire daimyo".

The civilian council eyes lit up soon they started to talk. Sakiri smile she turns around looks at the new comers in Konoha "You hear that. The fire Daimyo is coming and when he comes-".

"She" corrected Garp. Getting everyone attention he smiles and walks towards Shibi shaking his head. "Thank you for everything. I know you and your wife tried to adopt Naruto muilpte times. And when you couldn't, you help provide what he needed. Thank you".

Everyone is wondering what Garp meant. But seeing he is ignoring the civilian council glares and demands they are watching Shibi and the man talk.

"I told Kasai that debt was paid for years ago and Kushina or anyone does not owe me anything. My wife Shikujiru tried many times but the civilian council stop that and Hiruzen didn't want to push it further" reply Shibi.

"Still Shibi you put yourself out there while others didn't" stated Kasai. Walking forward he glares at Hiruzen.

"Wait. You tried to adopt me" said Naruto shock. Seeing Shibi nod, Naruto turns to the Hokage narrowing his eyes making him nervous. Moving to the civilian council lightning started to appear around Konoha and thunder soon started to echo as well.

Before things got out of hand. Hinata takes hold of Naruto's hand. "Naru-kun. I know you are angry but let it go. Soon they will learn their lesson". The lightning and thunder soon stop and the wind slowly started to fade away.

Hiruzen cleared his throat and looks at Garp but soon he looks at Kasai. "She?" ask Hiruzen. While Homura nods wondering what is going on. They turn to Kasai walking towards the stair case ignoring the civilian council.

"Kaen is now the new Fire daimyo" walking inside the tower. Everyone from Konoha is shock to hear this. Homura mouth drops open while Hiruzen looks nervous the civilian council turn pale white.

"So who is she?" ask Naruto. Looking at his grandfather wondering what is going on.

"Kaen is the younger sister of the previous fire daimyo. I see that the nobles around Hi no Kuni choose her to replace her brother as Daimyo. For years Kaen has been trying to improve Hi no kuni but also Konoha. She had issues on how things were working in Konoha due to the civilian council taxing outside business for Konoha. But Shibi along with his clan is joining the Kazangakure once I set up the seal to move his clan compound. I also know Jati. The former anbu commander of Konoha along with some of his trusted friends are also coming as well. What we lose in man power we make up in skill and talent"

"Once the kinks are done and seeing who is loyal. We can rest assure in a time limit of two possibly three years we will be ready to be a major hidden village. So around the time of the chunin exams that was suppose to be hosted in Konoha we can be ready. I say we will be just above Kiri in power but the same level with Suna. Suna is our ally we drew up a contract with the new wind daimyo. I can have the contract for you by the end of the day. River country will close the border around Hi no kuni on their part. Meaning the only borders we have to watch out for is the land of rice. Where Oto who Orochimaru was in charge of. But also Ame which we assume Hanzo is still in charge".

Kaen hearing this nods seeing that Kasai has this under control. Turning to three of her advisory that she picked her self. They all talk about a few things but Kaen wasn't done she turns to Shibi. "So when will your clan be going. But also any other clan from Konoha will be going as well. From what has happen. You all been loyal to Konoha but also Hi no kuni. I know this is very difficult to swallow".

Shaking her head she sighs. "No more. I'm looking out for my family and clan and I'm sure everyone else is doing the same thing. Konoha isn't what I grew up in. The civilian council has made this village into a nightmare. What the village stood for is gone. At the cost of what. A child to be use as a scapegoat to protect a clan but soon the clan turns its back on the village they joined after the Senju and their family create. She sat down and sent Kiba a glare making her son sit down. But Kiba looks at Naruto and narrows his eyes on him seeing that he caused this mess.

"I haven't decided yet and what ever happens. Hope its for the best" said Shikuka.

Inochi sighs and nods. "I feel the same way. I have to look for what is best for my clan but also family and allies"

Hiashi remains quiet and looks at Kasai. "I will discuss my business in private".

Hiruzen looks down and looks to Asuma who spoke to everyone in the morning. With what has happen the clan doesn't want to leave Konoha nor wants to join the village that made the Sandaime Hokage run away. "We are staying in Konoha".

Kaen hearing this nods. She looks at the civilian council they all flinch. Tsume out burst but also truth made many people rethink Konoha position.

"I also made a deal with Takumi no sato in river. Four people in charge of the village will be working with Haru's clan the Gintan'ya clan. They will be trading weapons in Sea country but also to Suna, Taki and Kusa. One of my clan members Uzumaki Rangiku will be designing the shinobi's outfits for Kazangakure. So any metals in Hi no kuni to be forge can be shipped to Kazangakure or to River to make weapons where a tariff tax will be added" spoke Kasai.

Kaen nods. "I see you are also looking at Hi no kuni economy something the civilian council in Konoha never did. But besides the weapons what else can we do to keep Hi no kuni economy stable? Hi no kuni will not only profit with war" ask Kaen.

She knows for Hi no kuni to survive the nobles and the citizens must have something that will benefit everyone. Kasai sighs and looks at Tsunade who nods.

"Medicine. As my reputation to be the best medic we can trade medication with other villages. The Shinigami clan has a remarkable healers for the spirit and body. They can help people heal the body and mind. Help people who gave up. The volcanic springs where my clan set up has helped many people there with the watchful eye from the Shinigami clan" spoke Tsunade.

"After a few long days there we needed to relax and Orihime and Rukia helped us with some acupuncture but also the steam. They gave her some herbal tea while we laid on the table. Even though they learn about chakra but also chakra theory jutsu but they learn allot of civilian knowledge in the village.

"I see. So instructors here in Konoha aren't worth saving. Very well I will have a team here later today to start the liquidation of Konoha. The civilians can stay here but Kasai their are shinobi here who cant be shinobi no more because of injuries sustained during missions. Their is much more work that needs to be done. Those shinobi need a stable income. With out it this will put a strain on the nation" said Kaen.

Wondering if Kasai or she, chewed more than she can chew. She turns to her advisors also talking to Garp and Yamamoto. But Kasai she sees him already nodding his head as he thought of something already.

Kasai nods his head. "I spoke to Rasa and he will have some puppeteers make prosthetic arms, legs and hands for some shinobi. Instead of anbu enforcing the peace in a village I want to set up a shinobi police force in Kazangakure. They will work under the Jati who will be appointed as the anbu commander under a different branch of a shinobi branch in the village" said Kasai.

"From what I learn these shinobi don't want to quit and they feel they can still do more with their lives. But the civilian council thinks differently and from what I heard some of these shinobi have experience that they can teach but also pass down. But also I want them to feel they didn't waste their lives away for a ungrateful village. I'm willing to extend an olive branch to some people for a second chance".

Kaen nods her head slowly. Her eyes shine to hear Kasai speak but also whats to help the shinobi who got injured and cant continue their duty.

"But" everyone looks at Kasai to hear his dark icy voice. In fact when everyone looks at the red head uncle his eyes gave an icy glare to everyone. "They betray anyone of my family or friends. I. Will. End. Them. Myself." getting his paint across many people in the room gulp.

Hiruzen and Homura blinks. They never would have thought of an idea like that and Kaen she looks at Kasai who seems to be thinking outside the box on many issues involving Konoha, Hi no kuni but also Kazangakure. But the threat he made she will make sure it will be enforce but also reminded to everyone.

"That's a wonderful idea...to a point" smile Kaen. "Very well all mission that are active will be transfer to Kazangakure. Konoha will not be accepting any more missions from now and any missions comes to Konoha they are to be transfer immediately to Kazangakure. We also have an issue on The Konoha Strict Correctional Facility" added Kaen.

Kasai groans. "Fuck. Forgot about that place. Give me a day or two to think of something for those people. Give me a list of people that are locked up and for what crimes they have committed. I guess we can make a suicide squad" said Kasai.

Garp flinches and stands up and looks at Kasai. "You lost your mind. You want to use criminals for suicide missions. If they succeed you take what five years of their sentence and what happens if they fail".

No one said anything. In fact everyone is shock that Kasai would think of something like that. Hiruzen was thinking that Danzo would think of something like that to be used in Konoha but not reducing their sentences.

"Put a seal on them. They get out of line or refuse to listen. End them. But the seal will also hide anything coming from Konoha...Kazangakure as well. I know what you think its wrong but we are Shinobi it comes with the job. I wasn't given the name Akai hai in the Temujin continent" spoke Kasai.

Homura and Hiruzen flinched to hear the name coming from Kasai. "That was you. The shinobi who burned two nations to the ground to protect a nation that is quarter of the size of the two. You who killed two armies showing no mercy but also no remorse on what you did".

Shikuka sighs and shakes his head. He got up while his fromer teammates looks at him while everyone wonders where he is going. "I'm done. This guy here already has plans made. You expect any of us to be part of this new village and if we do. What makes you think my clan member or any other members will like this".

Choza watches his long time friend just leave the room. Looking at Inochi he sees him sigh and shrug his shoulders. The civilian council wonders whats going to happen to the Nara clan. Hiruzen just witness his jonin commander walk out of the room. Walked out of the room and didn't look back.

Kaen soon rubs her temples. "Oh all the meetings I been in my life, Kasai I really don't what to know what goes through your head".

"Trust me I feel the same way" mutter Kasai. Looking at the civilian council "Will their assets be taken seeing how much money they have taken from your brother but also village?".

Kasai pulls out a folder and slides it on the table towards Hiruzen. When the Sandaime Hokage picked up the folder and carefully look through the contexts of each file he soon starts to get angry. Each page his anger slowly started to raise but when he saw one page his head snapped towards one council man.

"You stole money from the clan's treasury" hissing at the council man.

The councilman seeing his cover is blown tried to leave the room. But couldn't get that far. Kasai through one of his serrated kunai at him and made the council man fall on the ground. "Please. I didn't take much. It was only for a few years".

"Nine" corrected Kasai. Yawning a bit he looks at the other council man and Sakiri looks very scared "Stole money from Sarutobi, Nara and the Aburame. You knew where the money was coming from just you wanted more".

Tsunade got up and narrows her eyes on the civilian council. "Since Konoha is under our jurdiscation. I'm going to sentence you all to death".

The civilian council gasp to hear this. They all look at the fire daimyo who shakes her head. Seeing they aren't going to get any aid or help from her. They soon see how things took a turn for the worse for them.

With Naruto and Hinata.

As the two walk around the village. They see no one but continue to talk for a bit. "I know your angry at everyone but you have to put it aside. We need shinobi but also instructors to teach".

Hoping her words can reach Naruto. She sees Konoha has a lost hope but Kazangakure a burning new future for everyone.

"Hinata-chan I can let it go. I can and will try but what makes you think they will. They might do the same thing to someone else. That they will bring that hatred with them and that hatred will seed into others" explain Naruto.

Hinata listens to Naruto and nods. Seeing where he is coming from they continue to walk until they reach the lake. As the two look over the water. Naruto felt a chakra spike quickly grabbing Hinata he creates a cloud and took off towards the air.

"What was that" Hinata with no time felt the chakra spike at the end of the attack but before Naruto grabbed her and took off the air. As the two look down to see the spot they were in destroy and a huge water dragon in front of them.

Walking on the water is Kisame along with Sasori in a puppet form. Naruto looking straight sees Deidara who is flying on a clay bird above the two standing on water.

"Who are they?" ask Hinata.

"Akatsuki. So they finally come for me" hiss Naruto. The sunny area around Naruto and Hinata got dark. Clouds erupted in lightning and thunder echo Konoha.
