It's been three days since Ana heard the news of Christian's death and finally last night she made her way back to her apartment against Kate's wishes, but she knew that she needed to spend some time with Elliott and she was just in the way, plus she needed to get ready for Christian's funeral.

It was still so hard to believe he was gone. Even harder was all of her dreams that seemed so vivid. All the dreams were the same, it was of Christian and her in that meadow begging not to believe it and that he was waiting for her and that she just needed to come find her.

Instead of finding him like he had urged her for the past three nights she was getting dressed for her boyfriend's funeral.

At 11, Kate texted Ana to let her know that she was waiting downstairs.

Arriving at the church, Ana wasn't sure how she was going to talk to Christian's parents. That first night she was supposed to go over to their house and now they were meeting for the first time at his funeral.

Walking hand in hand into the family church, she was surprised to find the church nearly empty.

"I forgot to tell you that this is a private funeral," Kate said the moment she saw Ana's face.

"Oh."

As they got closer to the altar, Ana stopped when she saw Christian's beautiful face encased in an ornate frame on an easel and sitting next to it were his ashes in a vase.

"I don't think I can do this Kate, I mean I thought I could but I have to get out of her," Ana said turning around to walk away.

"Ms Steele?"

"Yes," Anastasia said when she realized she came face to face with Christian's parents. She recognized them immediately reliving the only time she was in Christian's home and saw a photo of him with his family. "Mr. and Dr. Grey, I am so sorry for your loss."

"Thank you. I wish we could have met under better circumstances," Mr. Grey said he took Anastasia's hand in his.

"We've heard a lot about you," Dr. Grey said pulling her into her arms for an embrace.

"Mom, dad, we are ready to begin," Elliott says coming up to his parents but not before taking Kate's hand in his.

The hour-long service was really nice and very beautiful but it was when Dr. Grey took the lectern to memorialize her son and the first time she saw his face.

Seated next to Kate in the second row, the two best friends held hands and cried together as Dr. Grey discussed a young Christian and how proud she was the man he became.

At the conclusion of the service, Ana and Kate stood up and waited for the family to proceed out of the church when Dr. Grey turned to Ana.

"Anastasia, we would love if you and Kate could come back to our home for lunch."

Not sure if she could handle going back to the Grey's, Anastasia knew she couldn't say no.

Pulling up to an amazing home, Ana could imagine Christian running up and down the front steps and hoping on his motorcycle.

"I miss him so much Kate," Ana confessed when they started up the long walk to the front door. She knew she couldn't tell her best friend about her very vivid dreams and that a part of her wanted or needed to believe that what Christian told her in her dreams.

Mr. Grey opened the door and welcomed the women into his home.

After an hour and a wonderful lunch, Ana was ready to go home and go back to bed and just try to forget about everything has happened. She was exhausted, both emotionally and physically.

"Anastasia, why don't you go upstairs and take a nap," Dr. Grey said as she ushered her upstairs.

"This was Christian's room, I thought you would be most comfortable here," she said and with that she gave Ana a hug and turned off. "I'll make sure that you won't be disturbed."

All alone in Christian's room all she could do was look around. This was a true glimpse of the man that she had started to fall in love with and all she was left were his memories. She would treasure this moment forever.

Finally she removed her heels and climbed into Christian's bed and quickly fell asleep.

"Wake up beautiful."

This was the most wonderful dream of Christian and she didn't want to wake up. Right here she was safe and felt loved.

"Anastasia, please wake up."

Opening her eyes, Anastasia thought she was still dreaming when the touch on her face felt real.

"I don't want to wake up because then you'll be gone again. I love you Christian Grey."

"And I love you Anastasia Rose Steele."

This was the most perfect dream but quickly Anastasia realized this dream seemed much more real.

"How can I prove it to you that this isn't a dream, I'm here and I have a lot to tell you," the dream Christian said before leaning over and kissing Anastasia's lips.

"Christian?" She screamed. "You're dead."

"Well that would be tough if I weren't sitting right next to you."

Not believing that she was really awake she wrapped her arms around him and quickly she found that he was indeed alive.

"Ana, I'm so very sorry, I have been trying everything I can to let you know that I wasn't dead but people needed to believe that I was dead and you were being followed and I had to keep you safe, I couldn't have you in harm's way. Now, you need t know what happened after I dropped off the flowers at you office. I went in for my debrief and that's when I was told about the hit that was taken out on me because my cover was blown and that we needed for me to die or at least appear me to die. Lucky for me the hit man was another agent undercover."

"This isn't funny Christian, do you have any idea what you have put me and your family through these past few days."

Looking at his face there was yet another thing that Christian was keeping from her.

"My family knew, where do you think I have been the past five days?"

"So what now, everyone thinks you're dead."

"No they think that Max Grayson is dead, not Christian Grey. It's pretty amazing what a hack like me can do fake an informant's identity. But for the next month I will be going away just until the trial is over."

She just got him back and now he's leaving again.

"I see."

"Why the sad face you're coming with me? It's already arranged. Now do you want to spend the next 30 days holed up on some deserted island with the man you just confessed your love for? Did you really think I would leave you again? I love you Anastasia Steele and this isn't a dream."
