A/N Hi guys, I am so sorry for not updating but I have really lost my inspiration for this story. I have spent most of my time updating my other stories, and so if you have not please check them out. If you do not know I have exams coming up so I will not have that much time to update this even if I have a sudden rush of inspiration.

Chapter 7

Perseus' POV

I had just finished my last round of the night. Or was it morning now, I was unsure. I heard Phoebe and some of the other huntresses start to move around in their tents. I took this as my signal to leave. I flashed out.

I reappeared in a large arena, in the middle of Olympus. I looked around and saw no-one else in it. I assumed that Ares would be coming later on. I drew riptide and created some figures of water for me to fight.

When Ares finally turned up I was fighting roughly twenty of them and was sweating from the mixture of mental and physical exertion. When he entered the arena I let the figures fall to the floor.

I looked at him questioningly. He was never one to miss a fight.

He shrugged in response. "I had been caught in one of Hephestus' traps for myself and Aphrodite." He scratched his head, "It took ages to get out of."

I cracked his neck and flashed on some armour and drew his sword. I did the same and we slowly circled round each other.

He broke the deadlock by darting forward with a quick jab. I just calmly swatted it away. He then struck with a lightning fast overhead strike. I thrust up riptide to meet his sword and I then kicked him in the chest. He stumbled backwards, and that was when I struck.

I kicked him once again in the head but he just caught the kick, I followed up with a jab, which he parried. I then swept through with a quick succession of sliced and jabs. He met all of them with his blade. I jabbed forward and he rolled to one side. He slashed at my side and I flipped over the swing. He spun around to meet riptide as I was stopped inches from his neck. He was caught off balance and I swung round riptide. He was forced further off balance and I swept his legs from under him. He landed hard on his face and I put riptide to the back of his neck.

"Yield," I said forcefully. He just nodded.

I heard a clapping from the stands and turned to see Artemis looking at the two of us.

"Artemis, why are you here?" I asked her.

"I need to take you to see my brother." She replied. I nodded; I then gave Ares a hand up and walked to the side of the arena. I grabbed a towel and wiped of the sweat.

I then flashed over to Artemis, "Lead the way." I said.

She nodded and walked out. "So what do you want to take me to your brother to do?" I asked.

"I want to see if he can take you out with him and Hermes next time they go out clubbing and I want to see if he can do anything to help you." She replied.

I stopped, "No." I said bluntly, "I do not him to help or for him to know, the only reason that you and the hunters know is that I might put you at risk if you did not know." I shook my head, "I do not want him to know."

Artemis looked at me appraisingly as if she was trying to work something out, she sighed, "Fine, I won't tell him but eventually it will come out. And when that happens I will not saying that I did not try to help." I nodded accepting that.

She then walked on and I followed. We finally got into the Olympian side of Olympus. We passed Aphrodite's bright pink temple as well as Ares blood red one. We eventually came to one that was covered in gold and had two huge lyres and a bow on the top. There was no way I could guess who's this one is, I thought sarcastically.

Artemis knocked on the front entrance and Apollo's voice echoed from inside, "What can I do for you little sis?"

"I am older than you damn it" was Artemis' immediate reply. I smiled at that and then the doors opened.

We strode into the main hall and heard a voice from one of the exits, "I am in here." Apollo yelled.

We followed the voice and stepped into a huge sun room where Apollo was lying topless on a flat bed, sun bathing.

"What can I do for the two of you?" he asked.

"Can you take Perseus out with you and Hermes on your next night out as I need him to meet a woman?" Artemis asked.

Apollo looked mortified, "You want us, to hook him up on our night out?" he asked incredulously.

She nodded unaware to Apollo's building horror.

"But, that will mean that we might have to call them back or at least talk to them again." He said.

"You bastard," Artemis hissed, "you knock them up and then leave them." This set off Apollo as well. I stepped back out of the way of this rapidly increasing sibling argument.

"If they are pregnant I always check on them, I always keep track of my children." He yelled at her.

Artemis just sighed, "I know Apollo, I know. Will you at least take him out."

"Umm," I said, "I am right here; you do not have to speak about me in the third person." Apollo smirked and Artemis smiled.

"Yes, little sis, I will take him out." I put his hand up to stop her protest, "I cannot however guarantee results. Hermes and I are going out in four days."

A/N I know it was a rubbish chapter and not much happened, but at least it did happen. Any ideas that you have would be much appreciated.

Thanks for reading and this is HCS signing off.
