HOLY SHIT! I'm not dead, surprisingly. I'm really sorry, man it's been like a year since I last updated. I apologise really I do, I feel really bad, man I'm a butt hole. Also I looked over every single thing I read and Holy moley the mistake and errors, I'm such a messy writer. (can I even call myself a writer?) ANYWAY this chapter probably has mistakes in it too, I'm sorry.

HAVE SOME PIE

I don't own TMI CC owns em'

Magnus was standing on the footpath in front of Alec's house. The house was small, run down and even in the dimly lit street he could see the paint chipping off of the front door, the front lawn seemed to be well kept, with a neatly trimmed lawn and row of cute little flowers lining the edges of the cement path way up to the front door.

Magnus shifted his back pack up higher up onto his shoulder and opened the rusted gate. The gate creaked and groaned but opened without any troubles. Magnus walked up the path towards the front door, pausing only now and then to look at the pretty flowers that lined the edge of the path, he made it up to the front door and he knocked three times. The porch light flickered above him, and he could hear some sort of commotion coming from inside.

The front door opened and Isabelle's slim figure stood there, a hand on her hip and a smirk on her face. "My brother did say he was having a friend over," Isabelle said, her smirk growing wider, "But who would've guessed it was you."

Magnus furrowed his brows in confusion, "What's that supposed to mean?"

"Nothing," Isabelle said, smiling mischievously. "But let's just say I never thought that you'd be his type."

Magnus's eyebrows rose, that was unexpected, but before he had the chance to respond Alec popped up from behind Isabelle. "Isabelle I told you not to open the door," Alec said a blush clear on his face.

Isabelle smiled at her brother. "Sorry Alec, I just didn't want your guest to be waiting outside for the rest of the night," Isabelle stepped back, pushing an annoyed Alec into the hallway's wall and opening the door wider. "Come inside Magnus," She said simply, ignoring her brother's 'you can go now's.'

Magnus thanked her and walked inside. He looked around the hallway, observing every nook and cranny. He could already feel that the inside of the Lightwoods house was warm and cosy, with dim yellow walls, soft light and pictures of the family, doing various different things, lining the walls. The Lightwoods house had a nicer, more family, feel than his cold, empty house.

"Come on Bane," Isabelle said, giving him a hard push, "You're blocking up the hallway."

Magnus apologised and moved out of the way for Isabelle to walk past he made a move to follow her but he felt a hand grab his wrist. "Magnus," Alec said softly, the blush still bright and red on his cheeks, "Follow me."

Magnus tried to calm his racing heart down as he followed Alec down the hallway, through the small living room, through a door on the right of the room to a small bedroom with a single bed pushed against the side of the left wall, a small desk and a small looking closet.

Alec turned around and shut the door. "Sorry about how small it is but it's the only space in the house where there's some privacy."

Magnus shrugged and sat down on the edge of the bed, "I'm fine with it."

Alec smiled and sat down next to Magnus on the single bed. "That's good," Alec said nodding a little the two of them sat in silence for a few minutes, Magnus could feel the awkwardness radiating off of Alec.

Alec cleared his throat, causing Magnus to look at him. "I'm, uh, sorry about Isabelle." Alec said, "She can be a bit pushy and stuff, she great though."

Magnus smiled, "Its okay, she seems like a great girl."

"So do you want to start studying or something?" Magnus asked.

Alec nodded and got up, he opened up his closet door and grabbed out his school bag. "I don't think we'd both be able to fit at the desk, so is it okay if we both study on the bed."

Magnus nodded and started pulling out the books from his backpack. Alec sat back down on the bed with school books in hand, "So what do you want to start with?"

"I don't really mind," Magnus said.

Alec nodded and opened up his science book, "Science it is then."

The two of them study for a while, quizzing each other about various topics and helping each other out with their homework. Magnus took every opportunity he could to make Alec blush; he found that it was quite easy, all he had to do was make a somewhat sexual comment or "accidently" touch Alec's hand.

At the moment they were having a break and Magnus took this opportunity to get to know Alec better because he didn't really know him. "So," Magnus said, snapping his math book closed startling Alec beside him, "Do you like cats?"

Alec nodded, and shut his book. "Yeah, I do like cats."

Magnus smiled, "Great! I have a cat, his name is Chairman Meow, and he's super cute."

Alec smiled and shifted on the bed so his legs were crossed and he was facing Magnus, "That's great; I think I saw him when I was cleaning your pool, he was in the garden or something."

"Yeah, Chairman likes the garden." Magnus said.

They sat in silence for a small while, Alec had a light blush on his cheeks and he kept fidgeting with the fraying hem of his sweater. Magnus looked around Alec's room a little more, there wasn't much to look at, but Magnus found the room very nice and cosy.

Alec cleared his throat and stuttered out a few incoherent words before managing out a sentence , "Uh, so, um, why did you ask me out?" Alec asked.

"Because I wanted to darling," Magnus said, "though this isn't the official date, this is like a pre date before the date – date."

Alec's blue eyes widened, "You want to take me on a date –date?"

Magnus nodded, "Yeah, when you have time."

A blush crept onto Alec's cheeks and he quickly looked away from Magnus, hiding his face with his dark hair. Magnus smiled at how adorable Alec was, "I was thinking that we could go out some time next weekend, if that's okay with you."

Alec nodded, still keeping his face hidden from Magnus's gaze. Magnus smiled and reached out and swept Alec's hair away from his face, Alec's cheeks were painted with a deep red blush and he was biting his lip. Magnus pulled Alec's face so Alec was looking straight at him, "You are adorable," Magnus said, leaning down closer to Alec's face causing the boy to blush even more.

Magnus watched as Alec's blue eyes look up at Magnus's lips. Magnus smirked and lent down, but before he could capture the boy's lips with his own there was a loud knocking on the door.

"Alec, It's almost eleven o'clock has Magnus gone home or are the two of you still in there studying?" Isabelle's loud voice echoed throughout the house.

Alec's blush darkened, yet again, and he quickly jumped off of the bed, skilfully avoiding tripping over the handful of text books scattered over the floor. He opened the door, Isabelle was standing there in the doorway hand on her hip and her eyebrow raised.

Magnus saw Isabelle smirk when she saw Alec's red face. "How's the Studying going?"

"It's going okay," Alec mumbled.

Isabelle hummed and peeked around Alec's body. "You need to go home Magnus," She said, "It's late and school's tomorrow."

Magnus nodded and started packing all of his books away into his backpack. He could hear Isabelle and Alec talking softly at the door, Alec sounded annoyed.

Magnus stood up, looking around to check if he had anything. He pulled his Backpack onto his shoulders and walked towards the doorway, Alec and Isabelle stopped talking when Magnus approached.

"I'm going to go now Darling," Magnus said to Alec, "I think I've been here a little too long." Magnus placed a kiss on the side of Alec's cheek.

Alec spluttered out a string of words that did make much sense and Isabelle's eyebrows rose into her hairline.

"I'll walk you out," Alec said after a moment of trying to get his words to work.

Magnus nodded and the two of them walked past Isabelle and through the house to the front door. Alec opened the door and the two of them stepped out into the night.

"I'll see you tomorrow right?" Magnus asked.

Alec nodded, "Yeah, definitely."

Magnus placed a kiss on Alec's nose, causing the boy to blush yet again. "Tomorrow you'll have to tell me when you're free so I can take you on the best date of your life."

Alec nodded, "Yeah, I'll tell you."

Magnus smiled, "I'll see you tomorrow then."

"Yeah," Alec mumbled, smiling softly and looking down at his shoes.

Magnus made his way down the porches steps, but he quickly turned around and placed his hand underneath Alec's chin and jerked the boy's head up and crashed his lips against his. Magnus's felt Alec tense against him but it was only for a moment before the boy relaxed against him. The kiss only lasted for a few seconds before Magnus pulled back.

The two of them stared at each other for a short moment, Alec's cheeks flush and Magnus's heart racing.

I wonder how long it'll take me to update again.

I'm really sorry.

Please have some more pie.
