So I was thinking about the snowstorm and this happened. I hope this clears some stuff up.

Natsu waved to her, holding a newspaper in his hand. He hurried over to sit beside her. "Check this out!" He said, holding out the newspaper. Lucy took it from him and began to read.

UNNATURAL SNOWSTORM WAS ACTUALLY MAGIC?

The snowstorm that hit the shores of kikiti, burying the entire town in a 5-meter blanket of powder then vanished the next day, baffled many.

"That was where we were!" Lucy exclaimed. "After three months, they finally found what caused it?" Natsu shrugged.

Although it appeared to be just strange weather patterns, the real cause has broken through.

Across the ocean, the annual cold mage games were held in syrinal. It's a friendly event for ice, snow, winter and other cold magic bearing mages to compete against each other, testing their skill. This year, the last event, Yuuki Sry (female, 27) and Akira Fillian (male, 30) dazzled everyone by freezing a thundercloud that was covering the tournament.

However, this beautiful sight was blown away by a sudden wind, which it then traveled across the ocean, snowing in the small town of kikiti, a summer resort.

"We're terribly sorry for this," Yuuki says. Akira agrees. "If we had known, we would've tried to stop it."

Now, that's a warning for anyone on vacation to check what's happening on the other side of the ocean. Who knows? It might be the fire tournament!

"So it was actually magic? That's weird," Lucy mused. "It does explain it. What do you think, Natsu?"

Natsu shrugged. "I dunno, but hey! Look! It says there's a fire tournament! We should go!" He jumped up. Lucy sighed. "Natsu, you don't know when or where it is."

"Ah, right."

"What an idiot…" Lucy sighed. She turned over the newspaper, spinning around to watch Natsu challenge Gajeel and Gray. "But, I guess he's my idiot."
