Episode 4 part 2

Nightwing and Canary were in one of the flying vehicles that the Batcave provided hovering over the now escaping 12 thieves and 3 super criminals. "Ready to land?" Nightwing asked.

Canary nodded. They made a quick landing a quarter of a mile away from the escaping criminals. When they approach the two heroes they stopped. Canary used her telekinesis to throw Clay at a tree knocking him out. Nightwing launched a device at crawler that wraps him up. "Oh Nightwing and Canary, pleased to run into you the both of you." Joker spoke.

"Is the Kitty cat still hurt?" Joker asked mockingly.

Canary attacked using her telekinesis to push one away then another when a chain wrapped around her left wrist and pulled her into the direction of the chains wielder. She hit the head of Canary's attacker making him stumble a little. "You okey?" He asked Canary.

"Yeah." She replied telekinetically throwing the chain wielder.

Suddenly a bright light consumed the area, "As much as I would like to see the fight we have to do this another time." Joker's voice said.

Joker laughed for a few seconds. "Don't worry about it though, we'll be back in a flash."

Joker continued laughing until the brightness faded, and all the criminals disappeared. "Dang it." Canary said.

"Oracle, the Joker got away with his accomplaces." Nightwing said in his com for Oracle, Huntress, and Alfred to hear.

"Not good, those criminals that the Joker broke out have it out for Helena and Reese." Oracle said.

A few hours later, the Joker, his partners, and the escaped criminals made it to the Joker's hideout. The leader of the gang of criminals that escaped prison. "Thanks for the breakout."

"No problem kiddos, thanks for saving my assistance."

"Yeah thanks, I am not interested in going back to Arkham." Clay said gratefully.

"One question does remain though." The lone female said. "Why?"

"So you can divert the two vigilanties and kitty cat who is the reason behind your imprisonment to begin with." Joker said.

What if we kill them instead of just distracting them?" One of them asked.

Joker widens his grin, "Even better."

Back at the prison, Detictive Reese, McNally, and former commissioner Gordon were investigating the cell that the escaped criminals. "Weren't they the guys that put me in the hospital for months?" McNally asked.

"Yeah, and they have it out for me and everyone that helped me imprison them."
