A/N-Sorry for taking so long to update. I had no idea what to do for the next chapter but I think I got it now :) Thank you to everybody who has been reviewing and supporting this story. I enjoy writing especially because there isnt many Nexus stories out there with this couple.

AJ walked into the building for Smackdown with Kaitlyn. After their phone call ended the night before Kaitlyn went to AJ's hotel room with a couple of romantic comedies and a tub of ice cream. Tears were shed and apology's were said. They were best friends again. But still AJ wasnt happy. But this was how it was supposed to be.
"You know AJ if it makes you feel any better I think Phil is a good person." Her best friends reasoned.
AJ's head snapped over to her. Did she just say that? She had no idea Kaitlyn even liked Phil's existence?
"I thought you didnt like him?" She asked.
"He's a good guy. But ever since he joined Nexus he has been different. I dont think this is the real Phil. But I do know his feelings for you are real."
She sighed. Why did everything in her life have to be so difficult? Cant anything work in her favor?
"Whatever if I ever see Stephanie I'm kicking her ass again." She said seriously.
Kaitlyn laughed. "That would be nice."
AJ glanced down the hall then looked back at two toned diva and smirked. "Your man candy is coming over here."
The Texas native blushed at her choice of words. "I cant believe you just called him my man candy."
"Why are you two not going out yet?" She asked.
"Well actually-"
"Hey lass you ready?" He asked walking up and putting his arm around her.
"Hi Sheamus..." She said nervously not knowing if he has forgiven her or not.
"Oy lass whats with the nervousness? Its me your talkin to!" He said.
"Sorry." She said. She then looked at the two of them noticing how close they were. "Wait a minute!? Are you two together!? What the hell thanks for the update last night Kait!" She exclaimed.
"We are actually going on a date right now. Sorry for not telling you sooner. You were just really upset last night." She frowned.
"Its all good. But Sheamo Im telling you if you treat her bad Im kicking your ass." She warned.
"Do you really think I would hurt her?" He asked.
"No but I could be wrong." She said with newfound knowledge on the subject. She thought Phil would never hurt her either.
"Well trust me lass when I say I wouldnt hurt her." He said seriously.
"Well good. Keep it that way." She said and then smiled. "I am really happy you guys decided to finally get together." She said sincerely.
"Thanks Chickbuster." Kaitlyn said as they did their handshake.
AJ had a smile on her face until she glanced down the hall and saw Stephanie on her phone. Instant rage filled her body until she couldnt take it anymore. "Oh hell no!" She ran off down the hall with Kaitlyn and Sheamus right behind her. "You whore!" AJ yelled shoving Stephanie to the floor.
"What the hell!?" She yelled dropping her phone as she hit the floor.
"This is payback bitch!" She then started pounding on her.
"Get off me you psychotic little girl!" Laycool ran over and started beating on AJ and that was when Kaitlyn jumped into the melee. Kaitlyn pounding on Michelle while AJ went to town on Layla. Sheamus tried to break it up but he couldnt control both women at once. Stephanie then hit AJ from behind knocking her down.
"How does it feel to know that everybody thinks your a slut now AJ huh!?" Stephanie kicked her in the abdomen. "Aw whats the matter sad that Phil probably doesnt love you anymore!?" She kicked her again. "Nobody loves you AJ!" She kicked her one more time before her and Layla started the numbers game. Sheamus was able to break up Kaitlyn and Michelle but he couldnt break up the other fight with out Kaitlyn and Michelle getting back to there fight.
"What the hell!" Phil came running down the hallway chasing Stephanie and Laycool away.
"AJ are you ok!?" Kaitlyn said kneeling down by her.
"Im fine they just got in a few good kicks thats all." She groaned.
Phil picked her up bridal style and brought her into his locker room. "Wait here during my segment. I encourage you to watch." He said to her then walked back out over to Sheamus and Kaitlyn.
"I know you two arent the biggest fans of me but there is something I need to say to you." He said honestly.
They looked at eachother then back at him. "What is it? You better not be hurting my best friend Brooks!" Kaitlyn said.
"Relax thats not what this is." He assured her. "I think I have to leave."
"Leave? Oy fella whats this talk about leaving?" Sheamus said in disbelief.
"I feel the company hasnt been treating me right. The Nexus has been my biggest storyline and the only reason I'm in it is to make the rest of the group look good. Im tired of them not bringing me up to my full potential. This company needs a change but until then I think its time I leave." He said.
They thought about it. The company really had screwed Punk over. He has done basically everything and yet he's not at the top of the food chain. Newer guys were getting pushes and were more known then Punk. It was actually sad to see.
"So thats it? Your just going to leave my best friend whom you have already hurt!? You do realize that will break her right!?"
"Thats another reason I'm leaving. Im not the same man I used to be. I know you know thats true. I used to be really good friends with the two of you. Its the damn company. They screwed me over so much that it started getting in my head and I tried to make a change myself. Which was where my jackass attitude came from. I was trying to do anything to get more attention from the fans and the higher ups. It wasnt working. It certainly wasnt fair for April either. But let me tell you that I really do love that girl. But I'm not in the right state of mind to try to get her back yet. My wake up call came when she dumped me. I realized whats been happening before my eyes."
"You were planning on telling her right?" Sheamus asked.
"Of course. I've already thrown myself off the cliff and Im not about to make myself land in a pit of fire too." He said.
"If it makes you feel better Punk I believe you. I think your a good guy. Your just not the same person you used to be." Kaitlyn said.
"Thank you Kaitlyn." He said then looked at the Celtic Warrior. "I know your not going to forgive me and Im not asking you to. But Im telling you I am going to change."
"Fella as long as something like this doesnt happen again I think we're ok." Sheamus said.
"Get better Phil. April needs you." Kaitlyn said.
"I will." He smiled then walked towards the gorilla position for his segment.

"July 17th will be the most historic day not only in the career of CM Punk, Its going to a historic day for the wwe as a whole. Not only is July 17th the second annual money in the bank ladder match pay per view, its the night I defeat John Cena for the wwe championship.
AJ sat in Phil's locker room watching his segment after his match. She didnt understand what was happening and why she was encouraged to watch this. She figured something was about to go down.
"And now heres that honesty I was talking about. That honesty that has probably gotten me in trouble more times then I would like to admit. The brutal honesty I'm known for, July 17th is the day my contract with world wrestling entertainment comes to an end."
Now she really was listening. Since when did this storyline come up? Since when were contract situations on tv? They were usually handled behind closed doors. Something was up.
"That means when the clock strikes midnight, The 17th becomes the 18th, Sunday bleeds into Monday, I am leaving and trust me when I tell you I am leaving with the wwe championship."
Her eyes widened. She ran out the door in search of anybody from the writing team. This was certainly just a story. It had to be...
She heard his music blaring around the arena all the way from the back as she ran. This wasnt happening to her. She finally found a writer and bolted right up to them.
"Please tell me what happened just happened out there was something you guys wrote?" She pleaded.
"Punk went to Paul and told him he was leaving whether he liked it or not but the contract was already signed for the championship match. If he does win the championship off of John Cena he will be leaving with it. If not he will still be leaving. He has no intentions of re-signing his contract with the company."
She shook her head uncontrollably. "No...No...No your lying to me!" Tears started shedding from her eyes.
"AJ!"
She was sobbing hard now. She knew somebody called her name but her cries were so loud she didnt know who it was. She felt her knees grow weak and she ended up on her knees as she cried with a hand covering her mouth.
"AJ please get up." It was Phil and he was kneeling beside her with a comforting hand on her arm. He helped her up and brought her back to his locker room.
"Your leaving!? Your leaving and you werent planning on telling me!?" She sobbed.
"Thats not true I was going to tell you after the segment wrapped up." He said.
She wiped at a tear. "Why are you doing this!?"
"Im not happy with the path my career has taken. I've been screwed over time and time again by this company. It has made me sick in the head. You know its true. Thats why I had people jumped from behind. Im not who I used to be and I want to better myself. When you...broke up with me that was my wake up call. I want to get better. Plus this company needs to change otherwise they can say goodbye to me."
"Am I the only one who knows why?" She asked.
He shook his head. "I told Kaitlyn and Sheamus before I went out there. Im sorry if this hurts you but thats not why I'm doing this. I owe alot of people apologies that might not even be accepted and this company owes me the years I wasted here trying to make a name for myself."
"So thats it then? Im never going to see you again?" She felt defeated.
"Thats a lie. I will be back. Trust me I will. But I need you to know something." He said.
She looked at him hesitantly. "What?"
"I love you." He said looking her in the eye.
"I-I love you too." She said back to him meeting his gaze.
They stood there for a moment not breaking there gaze. After a bit AJ turned around and started heading out the door. "Phil?" She said.
"Yea?" He asked.
"Win for me." She said then walked out the door.
"Wouldnt have it any other way." He said to himself.

A/N-Well there you have it. Kind of sad but still a good chapter right?
