~Lucys Pov.~

"Mnnnn, where am I" I opened my eyes and examined my surroundings. I was in a room. The sun was just starting to go up and there was someone next to me. I looked at who it was and remembered what happened yesterday. I smiled down at Amu cuddling up against me. I looked across the room to where the charas where and found them sleeping peacefully. I slowly got up, trying not to wake anyone up, and went to the bathroom. When I got there I unwrapped my injuries, an found they were fully healed but left behind scars. Upset that I had scars everywhere yet curious as to why I healed so fast, I washed my face, and found some mouthwash, using that as a substitute toothbrush. Once I got back to Amus room, I found her sitting up rubbing her eyes.

"Ohayo" I smiled.

"Mmm, Asa" she groaned out tiredly

Still groaning she got up and got a uniform out of her closet. She walked to the bathroom to change. Her guardians slowly floated after her.

I walked over to Miyus egg.

"Miyu, its time to get up" I could smell bacon and eggs from here "Lets go eat breakfast"

She too lazily got up and rubbed her eyes. I turned around and started walking to the stairs. I stopped at the door and motioned for her to come on.

When she caught up she layed on my head "Your hairs really soft"

"Arigato" I smiled and continued walking.

When I was in the kitchen I saw food set up on the table

"Ohayo Gozaimasu" I looked up at Midori san smiling at me.

"Ohayo" I smiled back. I looked across the table and saw Ami happily munching on some toast and Tsumugu taking pictures of her like there was no tomorrow. "Ohayo, Ami, Tsumugu san" I sat down and began eating food with everyone including Miyu who was munching on some of my toast.

"Did you sleep well?"

"Yes, pretty well actually."

"That's good" Nothing was said afterwards

"Ohayo minna, Sayonara" Amu came running down the stairs and grabbed a piece of toast with an egg and ran out the door with Ran, Mikki, and Suu following close behind "Sayonara" they repeated. They all ran out so fast no one had time to respond.

It was silent for a couple minutes again until Tsumugu got up and went take Ami to preschool and go to work.

"Lets go get you some clothes to change into, then we can go shopping!" Midori said with a cheerful smile. We walked back up the stairs to Midori and Tsumugu sans room. When we got there Midori san instructed me to sit on the bed while she finds me some clothes. While waiting I played with Miyu.

"Here" she held out a white work shirt (which I presumed to be Tsumugus) with a black pair of tights.

"Arigato" I went to Amus bathroom to get changed.

"You look nice" I had opened the door and found Miyu and Midori san waiting for me. Miyu nodded her head in approval. The shirt fit me perfectly due to my chest but the tights were a little on the tight side.

"Arigato"

"Lets go!" she smiled

I went to Amus room grabbed my bag with the eggs, put on the choker and add Miyus egg to the collection.

I walked down the stairs to where Midori san was waiting. I was about to put on my dirt covered converses but Midori tapped my shoulder. I looked up and she held out a pair knee length brown boots for me.

"Arigato"

We all stepped out into blinding light

~Time Skip~ (after shopping, it's about 2pm)

I now had a toothbrush, a hairbrush, 5 outfits, 2 dresses, 4 sets of underwear, 3 pairs of pajamas, and some accessories along with 2 pairs of shoes (ill describe the outfits and stuff when she wears it).

"Midori and her family are so nice, I don't want to impose on them any more than I have. Midori san spent like 400$ on me!"

Since we were done shopping we started walking to the street.

"Where we going" Midori san had turned a corner the opposite direction of our supposed destination.

"Im getting you into high school, we can't have you sitting around the house all day" she smiled

"God I'm lucky" At this point I had tears streaming down my face (anime style TT-TT)

When we arrived it was about 2:10. I looked at the school, It was huge. With a big open field and many trees scattered across it, it was amazing. We walked down the path lined with cherry blossom trees and into the main school building. There we saw a lady in her early 30s sitting in the front office reading a book. She looked up at us. She had pretty dark brown hair and brown eyes. She wore a white work shirt with a name tag that read "Onizuka,Ruka", black work pants, and a pair of black pumps. She was pretty.

"Konichiwa, id like to enroll my daughter into highschool"

"She said daughter…"

"Ok, please fill out this sheet" We walked across the office to some chairs I watched as she filled out the form.

"How old do you think you are?" Midori whispered to me.

"18"…"Maybe 18"

"k, now go get your uniform measurements" I nodded my head and set down the bags I was holding. I turned and walked up to . Im guessing she knew what I want because she walked around the counter and started measuring my body. She wrote down "Bust : 89cm, Waist : 58cm, Hip : 87"

"Alright, come back tomorrow and get your uniform, that is if you pass the entrance exam. Come back in 10 minutes and you can take the test. You will have 4 hours to complete it so be prepared." she said.

I nodded and turned toward Midori. She looked at me. "You should go look around while you wait. Ill wait for you here."

"No no its fine I can find my way to the house. You should go home and rest" I smiled and turned towards the door.

"Ok, if you want me to, but be careful." She said worry obviously in her voice.

I turned and smiled at her again. "I will." Me and Miyu exited the office into the hallway and from there we just wandered. After looking at all the class rooms, offices and the cafeteria, I decided to go up to the roof an check out the view.

Once we were all the way up the stairs I found a door that read "Staff only" I opened the door anyways. We walked through and were amazed. There was no fence so it was a clear view. You could see all around the town. It was beautiful. After a couple minutes of gazing at the scene I turned around to walk back to the office only to find a guy about my age lying on the roof of the door (does that make sense) arm over his eyes. He had short messy brown hair, a lean body and was wearing a school uniform. I couldn't see his eyes but from what I could see he looked pretty cute (*cough*she meant hot*cough*). I shook off a blush.

"Come on Miyu." I whispered. We walked to the door and I shut it softly.

We walked back to the front office. When we got there I saw waiting for me to return. She turned and started walking and we followed.

~Time Skip~ 1 hour ~ 3:30pm ~

"Wow, you're done already! There are only two other person in this school that have finished the exam in under 2 hours! And if you pass you'll be the third, having the best score!" She paused thinking "Come back tomorrow afternoon to get your test results and uniform. You'll get your schedule on your first day"

I nodded "K, Thank you. I'll see you tomorrow "

"Ruka,you can call me Ruka" She smiled

"k. Bye Ruka sensei"

"Bye Lucy Chan" She smiled and waved as we left.

I was currently walking down the street going over what has happened today. Miyu was currently in her egg sound asleep, so I had time to think to myself. My brain kept going back to my test.

It was weird. For some reason I knew every single one of the answers to it. Not one of the questions gave me a hard time. "Why did It take me half the time to answer a question than any normal person?" My head just kept pondering that same question over an over. Until I bumped into a sign.

I stepped back and read it:

HELP NEEDED! Now hiring.

I looked at the store it was in front of:

EXSPRESS O' CAPPUCCINO

"Perfect" I grinned and walked in the store.

The café was okay. The floor, chairs and tables where made of cherry wood with a white table cloth laid across walls where white with crowning and very few picture frames hung from it. The only decoration was a daisy in the center of each table in a small clear vase. There was no one there. I looked back at the open sign at the front of the store. It was light up, so I walked to the front counter.

"Hello?" No answer

"Hello?" I said it a little louder. Still no answer

"Hello?!" I raised my voice even more. This time I got an answer.

"YES! YES! IM HERE! IM HERE! PLEASE DON'T GO!" I heard a bunch of crashes and the clacking of shoes. I sweat dropped.

Out came a woman in her early/mid 30s. She had jet black flowing hair, and bright blue eyes with tanned skin. She wore a black sleeveless turtleneck and a grey mid-thigh tight skirt with black pumps. She was beautiful.

"So sophisticated compared to how she just acted" I though "Ummm, Hi im here for the job request? My names Lucy Hina…"

"REALLY!" she held a shocked face

"ummm, yes?"

she smiled "My names Jenny Matsuki, you can call me Jen and your hired!"

"Wha...No test or anything?" "I have no idea whats going on"

"Nope!" she smiled

"Ok, then" "Ahhh when do I begin?"

"Now." She kept smiling

"Ummm, where are the customers and other workers?" her smile dropped some

"We have none." She looked down

"I can see why. I should help her..." "Ok. You have a couple problems from what I can see, you have no employs, you don't have any advertisements, and the cafe is to plain." I looked at her in the eyes she looked sad but determined to fix the place up.

"It's time we start fixing this place up" I said ready to help her any way I can.

~ 4 hours later ~ 8:00pm

*huff* "Finally, we're done!"After what seemed like forever we were finally done. The cafe walls were now a Carmel color and were currently drying while the crowning was the same and taped over. In the middle of the cafe we had put plastic on top of all the tables and chairs to keep safe from the paint. We put what little decorations had and what we bought new in a room in the back where we didn't paint.

After looking at our work, we said our good byes and I walked out with Miyu asleep in my bag. After a few minutes we arrived home.

"Tadaima" I walked in to find everyone sitting on the couches watching tv. They turned their head to the sudden noise and stood up.

"Finally your home! We were so worried!" Midori said.I was kind of shocked that they were worried over a complete stranger but I smiled

"I'm sorry" I said sheepishly

"Its ok, just tell us when ur going to get home late. Okay?"

"k" I smiled

"Let's Eat!" Ami yelled angrily.

I giggled "Im sorry Ami, Amu, Tsumugu-san and Midori-san. Lets eat" I sat down at the dining table

"Time to eat!" Ami Amu and me yelled. we started to chow down with the charas nibbling on our food when…

"Its with you!". The TV volume was turned up and a lady appeared on the screen. Amu freaked out and her bowl started to flip in the air. I caught it before it spilt. She sighed

"I guess a genius would have a genius guardian spirit with them!" I looked at the TV to find a large woman with big red lips and black short hair.

"Genius? I'm nothing like that." A smug looking guy with blonde hair appeared

"Who is dat guy? He's cool!" Ami yelled 'Oh no'

"Ami-Chan, you mustn't, not a guy like that!" Tsmugu began to shake from side to side holding his cheeks. Me and Amu sweat dropped

"Okada Shingo or "Okashin" for short While working as a charismatic musician, the novel he wrote won all of the amateur writers' awards. He's an extremely popular, genius artist!" Midori's eyes started to sparkle comically. I found Amu looking interested at the TV.

"Screw you, Okashin!" 'Tsmugu…'

normal person might try, they'll never be a genius the ability to be geniuses! And compared to him… All of you are just ordinary." 'That's not true…'"And though I hate to say it, your guardian spirits are just as ordinary." 'Shut up' "No matter how much a normal person might try, they'll never be a genius!" 'Enough' I stood up

"Come now, that's not…"And turned the TV off

**Timeskip**

I walked behind Amu to her room. When we go there i began to change into the pajamas I wore last night while Amu plopped down on her bed. I sat down at her desk chair.

She looked deep in thought. She started to mumble "No matter how much anormal person might try, they'll never be a genius…" I got angry "That's not true" I said sternly. She looked at me surprised "If you work hard and have friends that believe in you," My gaze softened "You can achieve anything" We stayed silent for what seemed like a couple of minutes. I got up to turn the light out and lay down next to her.

I closed my eyes with my back to her when I suddenly heard "Arigato" I opened my eyes and looked at her. She was smiling.

I smiled back. "You're welcome" I closed my eyes again about to go to sleep.

"Lucy?"

"Yes" I opened my eyes and turned over to face her.

She was blushing "Do you think tomorrow after school you could come and meet my friends. There's a soccer game and…" She closed her eyes out of anticipation.

I suddenly smiled "It would be my pleasure." She opened her eyes and blushed even more. I kissed her forehead and closed my eyes "Good night everyone"

"Good night" I soon fell asleep

~Normal Pov~

Next to four others, an egg with a tattoo like pattern began to wiggle.
