CHAPTER SIX.

Three Weeks Ago.

"You know how to end this, Harry." Voldemort's voice brought him back to his senses as he gasped in pain.

Harry heard the collective gasps of the Death eaters as he slowly pushed himself to his knees, looking up at Voldemort, he took a deep breath and shook his head. "You're never going to break me, no matter what you do, I will never give in!"

"I think you will," Voldemort's voice was a low whisper as he raised his wand. Harry screamed as the deep gash ripped across his chest, "In time, you will do anything to escape the pain."

Present Time.

"I still don't think you should be out of bed."

Glancing at Ginny, Harry rolled his eyes as he walked up the stairs to Dumbledore's Office. "I'm fine, Ginny." When she opened her mouth to argue, Harry grinned, "Madam Pomfrey let me out didn't she?"

"Only because you wouldn't take 'no' for an answer," Ginny said as she stepped in front of him. "Are you sure you're ok?" It was her turn to cut him off as Harry began to protest, "Don't lie to me." Placing her hands on his shoulders, Ginny looked into Harry's eyes. "... Are you ok?"

Harry sighed softly as he closed his eyes, "No." When he'd first woken up, he'd been terrified; the memory of his torture still fresh in his mind. When he'd seen Sirius and Ginny, he'd felt ashamed and guilty - for a month his friends had thought him dead, now they knew that he had been held prisoner, that he had been tortured - the last thing he wanted was to add to their guilt.

Harry put his arms around her as Ginny hugged him, holding her close, he took a deep breath. "Please don't tell anyone_"

Ginny took a deep breath, "I won't tell anyone, but I want you to talk to me, I want you to tell me how you're feeling." Ginny pulled back with a small smile, "you need someone to help you."

Nodding, Harry smiled tightly. "Anything I tell you, has to stay between us though."

Hugging him again, Ginny nodded. "I promise," if it meant that Harry had someone he could talk to, she would keep his secrets.

"So, how was he?"

Looking at Ron, Sirius nodded, folding his arms. "According to Harry, he's 'ok'."

Ron frowned and cocked his head, "is it possible that he is ok?"

"After being Voldemort's prisoner for a month?" Remus shook his head sadly, "I doubt anyone could be ok."

Hermione swallowed and closed her eyes, "He doesn't deserve this." He didn't deserve anything that had happened to him; not his parents being murdered, or being stuck with his aunt and uncle who hated him, or having to face Voldemort twice in his first years at Hogwarts, or being forced to compete in the stupid tournament that had resulted in Voldemort's return...This though, this was the worst thing that had happened to him. "It isn't fair."

"I should have done more to help him."

Storm groaned at Cedric's comment, "Not this again." Turning to face her brother, Storm folded her arms. "What happened to Harry, wasn't your fault, no one blames you."

"That doesn't matter, I blame myself." Looking away from her, Cedric closed his eyes. "I shouldn't have left, should have found a way to help_"

"Please tell me you haven't blaming yourself all this time?"

Harry's voice drew everyone's attention away from Cedric, Grinning, Harry leaned against the door frame, an arm draped around Ginny's shoulders as she stood beside him. "Did you miss me?"
