Cho cries out in the middle of the night, bolting upright, beaded in a cold sweat.
"Nightmares?" Siobhan murmurs, pulling her girlfriend into her arms.
Cho nods. She can't talk about the source of her nightmares, the green flashes and dark faces. But Siobhan never presses, only snuggles closer and kisses the bad feelings away.
It's almost funny, Cho thinks. Siobhan is a Muggle, not a trace of magic in her blood. She knows nothing of spells and potions, of Quidditch and Hogwarts.
And yet this ordinary woman has healed Cho in a way that no spell or potion ever could.
