The emerald waves roared as they rolled onto the sandy shoreline. Judal, Kita, and Raja jumped off the elaborate magic carpet, making their way towards the dense, humid tropical rainforest that chattered with the presence of abundant life forms. The forest was vibrantly alive with trees in full evergreens, decorated with many vibrant, bold floras. Kita dipped underneath a branch as a pair of colorful birds flew over her. Up above in the dense canopy a small black monkey threw fruit at the other monkeys as they prattled at one another.
Kita's companion, Raja, broke his path from his owner going another route to scout the forest for wild game. Kita was glad that by coming here Raja could finally get to eat. Kita from the beginning had always fed Raja herself, but now it seemed that Raja was getting used to hunting for his own meals now.
Kita's thoughts about Raja broke as her stomach began to stir making her nauseous. She began to compare how similar this island had reminded her of Sindria, which in turn reminded her of her friend. "What are we doing here, Judal?" Kita asked curiously, breaking the silence between them both. Judal had been giving her the silent treatment since the argument they had last night.
"Little Girl~ you do not know what you are getting yourself into exactly, do you?" Judal questioned casually brushing aside some tree branches as he kept mobile. "But I have to admit, something about you has changed… After all, why is it that the both the black and white rukh surround you now?"
Kita closed her eyes as if carefully thinking over Judal's comments. "I can handle my problems myself, Judal. I do not need you to look out for me."
Judal smirked in amusement turning around to face Kita. He tilted his head to the side, his ruby eyes piercing through her petite form. "Come now, why would you need to make that contract with me in the first place then? Obviously you need someone to rely on since you clearly chose not to rely on that Stupid King anymore."
Kita's eyes remained closed, as her body stilled at Judal's inquiry. "Do not worry; I will try to rely on you as little as possible. I assumed it was every person for himself when I made the contract with you. Do not forget our deal, Judal."
Kita quickened her paste, sauntering past Judal to leave him behind and leave for her own journey. Before Kita could hike any further, Judal grabbed Kita by the arm and forced her toward him making her crash into his hard chest. "If you escape now," Judal began to warn her, "Al-Thamen will more than likely capture you."
Kita gazed up in wonder. "That's funny, Judal~ I never knew you for the type to think ahead, you always do what you want in the moment."
Judal's expression remained stoic. His eyes stilled, penetrating through her deep chocolate eyes. Now that Kita had mentioned it, he never was the one to contemplate the future, he always pleased himself with what he wanted to do and felt in the moment, but in a situation like this, he would have to think ahead at least a little in order for his plan to go accordingly.
"Look," Judal began, sweeping his bangs to the side, "I brought you here to this tropical Island off that the Kou Empire had acquired. I want you to stay here to remain hidden from the Kou royals and Al-Thamen so they do not find you. I may not exactly know what you are aware of now, but I will find out."
Judal's grip on Kita's wrist tightened making her flinch. "I do not need any charity from you, Judal." Kita spat at him.
Judal smiled at Kita's fighting spirit. "On the contrary, you will need my help whether or not you like it. If Al-Thamen gets their hand on you, then everything you have tried to protect until now will be in vain."
Kita stared at Judal in surprise. "Ho~ How did you know about… me protecting…"
"I do not need others to tell me what I already have seen, Kitai. I have fought you and that Stupid King for long enough to know what type of personality you have."
Kita gaped at Judal, speechless.
Judal let go of Kita, turning his back to her. "Do you remember that one time when you were beaten to a pulp by the dungeon monsters? That Idiot carried you out of the dungeon but then I appeared trying to vanquish him after he refused my proposal. When one of the Ice sickles almost sliced him, you stepped in and punched it to tiny pieces- to mere dust powder, even though you were in the worst shape possible. You protected him then and you are protecting him now, are you not?"
Kita clenched her teeth in irritation at being so easily figured out by Judal. "So what if I am?"
"You love Sinbad, right?"
"What is it to you?" Kita retorted hotly.
Judal slowly turned around to face Kita with dark, narrowed ruby eyes. "I will give you what you want, if you give me what I want. That is part of the deal: give and take- an equivalent exchange."
"But you never exclaimed what that was." Kita glared back.
Judal grinned, folding his arms in front of him. "Then I guess that will teach you a lesson to never make a deal without knowing the details."
"What is the sacrifice then?" Kita inquired in a serious manner.
Judal grabbed Kita by the hips, bringing her close to him as he leaned toward her ear. "The price is your soul for me to keep."
Kita's eyes widened in shock with disparity in them; she knew well there was a heavy price to pay for Judal's protection. "What are you planning on doing with my soul then?"
"Now that is a good question." Judal stated in amusement. Judal began to run his fingers through Kita's long, light-brown hair. "I could always take your life, but then that would make things less interesting… So you will be my slave."
Kita grinded her teeth in agitation from Judal's possessive nature. "Over my dead body! There is no way in hell I will be your slave!"
Judal laughed maniacally at Kita's outburst and reaction. "See ~ I knew you would make things much more interesting for me. That is why I have decided to make you my slave. You should feel privileged that I made you my slave."
"What human in their right state of mind would even think that way?! It is no privilege- more like living hell!"
"And that is why you are my slave because you enjoy your freedom immensely. That freedom is mine now. That very freedom is why there is such a large gap between you and Sinbad now, am I correct?"
Kita instantly inhaled- she was about to make another outburst at Judal but once Judal mentioned Sinbad's name, Kita's reserve grew weak. Her spirit almost left her body in that moment. Kita stayed silent, dropping her and Judal's entertaining rampage that has kept them occupied.
"Oi~ what are you depressed for? I command that you cannot be depressed while around me!" Judal ordered, pointing his ruby tipped wand at Kita.
"Bite me!" Kita shouted in Judal's ears.
Judal retracted, folding his hands over his ears to protect himself. "What…?" Judal thought to himself confusingly. "I have never heard you talk like that before, not even to that Stupid King- it sounds weird, but if that is what you want."
Without Kita noticing Judal's movements, Judal swept Kita to the side trapping her against a nearby tree. Judal moved his head down toward the crook of Kita's slender neck. "Wha~ What do you think you are doing!?" Kita yelled at him.
Instantly Kita stiffened when Judal licked her neck. "Be quiet will you? You told me to bite you and that is what I am doing to seal the contract."
"That is not what I mean-!" before Kita could finish her sentence she gasped from sudden pain that over took her as Judal bit into her sensitive neck. Kita felt cool liquid sliding down her skin when Judal began to suck onto her inflicted wound.
"Move your neck to the side more." Judal ordered Kita. Before Kita knew it, Judal traveled up her neck licking it to make her move her neck to the side more to give him more access to her neck. Judal slid his hand up Kita's arm to her shoulder to pull down her clothing off of her shoulder to the side. Judal then left her neck, leaving soft butterfly kisses and nipping along Kita's shoulder.
" Stop this." Kita begged.
Judal stopped his escapade of kisses bringing his face close towards Kita's. Judal had dry blood streaked down from the corner of his mouth to his chin. Judal brought his wrist up to his mouth now, puncturing himself and sucking from his wrist. "Shut-up…" Judal whispered. Judal grabbed a fist full of Kita's messy brown hair, pulling her head back. Kita's eyes widen as Judal pulled her into a forceful and rough kiss. Kita tried to fight Judal by not giving him access to her mouth. Judal in return traced his other hand down her thigh, making Kita gasp from surprise. Judal seized the moment, forcing his tongue into her mouth.
Kita's cheeks began to fluster and flare from Judal's bold move. She coughed softly from the suddenness of the unregistered and transmitted metallic liquid slipping down her throat like a snake. Kita opened her eyes, instantly being captivated by Judal's hypnotic ruby eyes staring straight through her. Slowly, Judal tore his lips away from Kita's. The warmth from Kita's lips left her suddenly as she caught her breath and her lips began to turn cold.
"The deal is official now." Judal stated. "In exchange for my protection you will give yourself to me."
"You said my freedom was the exchange." Kita shakily told him.
Judal's entrancing gaze did not leave her warm chocolate eyes. "I change my mind… I want your virginity in exchange."
Kita bit down on her bottom lip, contemplating about the situation. Her thoughts lingered on a familiar face in her mind that has been plaguing her for all these years. Bright, lively amber eyes stared through at her through her cluttering thoughts. What would Sinbad think of this? Kita shook her head. Why should she care? After all, Sinbad had left her behind for harems and slept with countless women.
"Why do you want that?" Kita thoughtlessly asked Judal out loud.
Judal's expression remained unchanged as his magnetic stare still penetrated her. "Because I want you."
Kita did not want to admit it, but her heart beat wildly in her chest from Judal's simple statement. She was not convinced that Judal had the best interest for her at heart. Kita would have to carefully dread from this point on because she vaguely knew just how cruel Judal could be- how men in general could be cruel to women.
As Kita stood in silent stupor Judal broke it with another intense kiss. Warmth replaced the cold within Kita when Judal brought her closer to his body. Kita allowed herself to open to Judal in this moment to feel what it would be like without having any control for once.
Judal broke the kiss, bringing his hot kisses and breaths onto Kita's ear. "Give yourself to me and I will make you forget all about Sinbad."
Kita lingered indecisively, that was accompanied with a pregnant pause. "Okay." Kita simply complied with skepticism.
With the last of self-control Judal had, he tore himself away from Kita's warm and inviting body, grabbing Kita's hand behind him to make her follow his lead. For the rest of the trip Kita was not able to steal a single glance at any of Judal's expressions. Throughout the arduous maze of the trip it remained silent once again.
