So hi guys.

I decided after reading this through that it most definitely deserved an Epilogue.

You may or may not have noticed, but I've gone through and edited a great deal of the chapters, so check them out because a lot of the writing is the same... but also very new.

I hope you enjoy this final little chapter. It felt pretty good to write :D.

Enjoy x

They had it all planned out.

Ginny and Harry… it was pretty much perfect.

So one day, a Saturday, when Dean was walking down the hall…

Harry jumped beside him, slipping out from a secret passageway, hidden behind a tapestry.

'Dean! Mate, I haven't see you in ages,' grinned Harry, clapping Dean on the back.

Dean, none the wiser, grinned right back at Harry.

'Tell me about it, not since…' Dean halted mid-sentence. Then he frowned, looking carefully at Harry.

This was his cue to tell him that he ought to advance the conversation.

'Yeah about that, how are things with you and Ginny?' asked Harry in casualty.

Dean cringed and looked away.

'Yeah, er… we broke up,' Dean nodded.

'Oh, really? Mm, too bad, mate. What happened, if you don't mind my asking?' Harry questioned.

Dean looked back at Harry.

Then he gave a little sheepish grin.

'Oh, well, er…' He laughed. 'You know how it is… When you're just… when you're tied down to the same girl, it can get a bit… you know?'

Harry laughed.

He felt pleased that the sound wasn't forced at all, though he loathed to have to produce it.

'Yeah, I know. So what, you cheated on her?'

'Guess so…' Dean shrugged. 'I don't know, no big deal. She wasn't really worth it any way.'

Harry's jaw jumped and he glanced ahead.

Thanking Merlin… he saw that they were nearing the second of the secret passageways he and Ginny were using for this…

Only a few more moments of this pretending…

'Not worth it, ay?' said Harry, trying not to grit his teeth.

'Yeah,' laughed Dean. 'She's a bit of a stiff.'

Harry glanced at Dean once, made sure they were now near enough to the tapestry…

Before he stepped to the side, spun on his heel and swung his fist through the air.

The contact he made with Dean's jaw made a surprisingly satisfying sound.

'That is for being a prick,' spat Harry.

Dean blinked in a dazed fashion.

And just as he was beginning to get his bearings back…

Ginny slipped out from behind the tapestry and faced Dean.

Her ex-boyfriend stared at her.

Then looking between Harry and Ginny…

Dean slowly realised what he'd gotten himself into.

'And this is for cheating on me,' Ginny said pleasantly.

Before she drew out her wand, adjusted her stance and casted one hell of a Bat-Bogey Hex.

Only a few minutes later saw Harry and Ginny walking down the hallway with grins plastered across their faces.

Someone would find Dean eventually.

And even if they didn't… neither Harry nor Ginny really minded.

Ginny was happy to see Dean get what was coming to him.

And Harry was simply happy to have Ginny at his side.

For both, there couldn't have been a happier ending.
