AN: I suddenly was inspired to write this next chapter, apologies for the lateness, but at least it came out right?

Warnings: Read chapter one.

{Gemini}

"When we first met, you set my heart ablaze. When I see you, all I can do is gaze. Gaze at the beauty and wonder that is you. The constellation Gemini will make me think of me and you. You are my Yami and I am your Hikari. I love you, my Yami. Now and forever." -Yugi Muto (Yugioh)

{Gemini}

The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches...

Confusion, anger, loss. Why didn't the old man say anything? So many have died because of it...

Born to those who thrice defied him, born as the seventh moon dies...

"Harry you are so loved, so loved." Flaming red hair, warm green eyes matching the color of emeralds gazing at him through wooden bars. She's kneeling on the floor of the nursery so they can look into each others eyes, a muffled shout from downstairs and explosions catch his attention but the woman distracts him from it.

"Don't worry Harry, I won't let anything hurt you." She reaches a hand forward and strokes his cheek. Distantly he realizes that she's shaking, but doesn't allow him to see the fear in her eyes, no she only shows love and caring.

"We love you so very much Harry, don't you ever forget that."

...

...

"Move aside you foolish girl!" The man hissed, red eyes glaring at the woman who stands between him and his prey.

She doesn't flinch from the burning gaze nor does she show any signs of moving. "I won't let you hurt him!"

"Move or I'll kill you!"

Her magic spikes protectively, swirling around her form, making her hair twirl like a fiery inferno. "No! I won't let you hurt my child!" Nothing, not even death would make her stand aside, Harry was her precious boy. No one would hurt him, no one.

The hooded figure raises his wand, his patience thinning. "I won't say it again! Move!"

She lifts her head defiantly.

"Avada Kedavra!"

And the Dark Lord will mark him as his equal, but he will have power the Dark Lord knows not...

"Curious... very curious..." The man muttered, eyeing him like he his skin had suddenly turned purple.

"Sorry, but what's curious?"

"I remember every wand I've ever sold, Mr. Potter. It so happens that the phoenix whose tailfeather resides in your wand gave another feather... just one other. It is curious that you should be destined for this wand when its brother gave you that scar."

Though he could tell where this was going, Harry couldn't help but ask; "And who owned that wand?"

"We do not speak his name! The wand chooses the wizard, Mr. Potter. It's not always clear why. But I think it is clear that we can expect great things from you. After all, He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named did great things. Terrible! Yes. But great."

Great indeed, there went his hopes to have peace.

And either must die at the hand of the other for neither can live while the other survives...

It was his fault that Sirius died, if he hand't acted so rashly and actually used his brains for a change his Godfather would still be alive...He would still have a family... He pushed back the tears that threatened to fall refusing to break down in front of the headmaster.

He couldn't believe that Voldemort played with him like that, took advantage of his 'saving people thing' and Harry just played along with it. How foolish could he get?! He should have known that Sirius was safe, he should have checked with someone before running off. Now...Now..

"There is no shame in what you're feeling." The headmaster says, making Harry pause his restless pacing. "The fact that you can feel pain is your greatest strength."

Anger shimmers somewhere inside of him at Dumbledore's words, greatest strength?! He just saw his Godfather die in front of his eyes, that bitch had been all too happy about the fact too. Her laughter still echoed in his head, taunting and teasing. If he hadn't been interrupted he would have-

Harry shook his head of the thought and took a deep breath to calm his anger. The pain of his loss comes again, making his very soul cry out at the memory of his Godfather's smiles, of his jokes. Sirius had escaped Azkaban for him, he had given Harry the love of family that he had thought he would never have.

And yet it was so easily torn away from him.

It...wasn't fair! A loud cry erupts from him and his magic is finally unleashed, he ignores the sounds of breaking glass, of Dumbledore trying to calm him down, the ground vibrates beneath his feet and right before the Headmaster's eyes The-Boy-Who-Lived disappeared, leaving his destroyed office behind.

Harry lands in the snow on his hands and knees, his fingers instantly tingling from the cold and body shaking. He ignores it though and stares blankly at the ground as his magic destroys trees and creates indents in the ground.

He was gone. Something breaks inside of him and he pushes himself into his knees and stares at the grey sky, warmth trickles down his face at last as he gives in and lets it all out.

He was gone.

The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord will be born as the seventh moon dies...

{Gemini}

Hadrian shot up from his bed in a panic, his eyes flicking around the room wildly. The room was a dark green color with dark brown, polished and expensive, furniture decorating in a painfully familiar way. He stilled, fingers clenching the soft sheets not quite believing what he was seeing, his room had burned down along with the rest of the manor, he remembered just barely escaping it as the fire raged ate at the house.

A hallucination? It was possible, his captors could have used their strange magic to mess with his mind, they seemed to have no morals what so ever after all.

"Hadrian."

His eyes widened at the familiar voice, his heart thudding loudly in his ears. Slowly he turned his head to stare at the small boy at his door, sky blue eyes met emerald both unblinking as they stared at each other. Ciel. He could feel their bond nearly singing in delight at their closeness after being nearly destroyed by what they had been through, he desperately hoped that this wasn't a hallucination.

"It's okay Hadrian we're safe now, we're home." His twin soothed as if hearing his worries.

Something within him lifted at his older brother's words, he didn't question how the house had been repaired, or how they had escaped. What matter to him at the moment was the boy coming closer to his bed. Ignoring the pain in his limbs and the way he could just barely hold himself up, Hadrian forced his body to move with pure will off of his bed and across the room. Ciel. After the dream and the three days in Hell, it was impossible to imagine that they could have escaped. Yet...yet...

Ciel grunted as their bodies collided, easily falling to the soft carpet as his younger brother clung onto his smaller form desperately.

"Ciel." Hadrian whispered, holding onto his brother as hard as his body would allow him to.

His visible eye softening, Ciel brought his arms around the trembling form, sighing in relief as an invisible weight finally lifted itself from his shoulders. The past few days had been hard for him to go through while Hadrian was comatose, the lingering fear of his brother never waking up had kept him awake, he had been foolish to allow his mind to wander in that direction. Hadrian was a Phantomhive.

"Young Master you should be resting-"

Hadrian froze his head snapping up toward the smooth baritone he didn't recognize. Any signs of weakness or affection erased from his face in the presence of the stranger as suspicion rose, the man standing in the door was too perfect. With an aristocratic face holding no flaws, and seemingly fit body clad in a butler uniform, he was instantly questioning if the man was really human.

A tense silence enveloped the room as they continued to stare at each other, one gaze suspicious the other with veiled interest. Finally Hadrian reluctantly unwound his arms from around Ciel, making sure to not move his eyes from the butlers gaze. He could sense something absolutely predatory around the man, it made his theoretical hackles rise. "Ciel." Hadrian said, not trusting the butler enough to glance down at his brother. "What is he?"

Sensing his brother's unease the older Phantomhive got up from the ground. "He's the Phantomhive butler, Sebastian." He replied, eyes flicking between the two males expertly hiding his unease at the tense air he felt between them.

"Butler?" Hadrian questioned not liking the idea that the man, Sebastian, would be residing in the manor with them. "What happened to Tanaka?"

"He was injured during the fire, though he'll still be living with us Sebastian has replaced him as the head butler."

This creature was going to be replacing Tanaka? "You didn't answer my question Ciel." Hadrian responded, knowing his brother had hoped he had forgotten. "What is he?"

Ciel sighed, he had wanted to keep the demon a secret in hopes that perhaps Hadrian wouldn't get dragged into the mess, but that was a ridiculous thought. Hadrian may not be inclined to play the game of politics, thus appearing to be the less mentally intelligent of the two to the public eye, Ciel knew that Hadrian's intuition was almost impossibly toned. What was happening just now was the perfect example of how in tune he was with his 'third eye' so to speak.

"My Lord, I am simply one Hell of a butler." Sebastian finally spoke, his eyes glinting with humor as he bowed.

Inwardly face palming, because really Sebastian's sense of humor was something to be desired, Ciel sighed when he felt a flash of shock and horror echoed through his and Hadrian's bond. It was if the demon already knew how to provoke his twin, how delightful.

Blazing emerald eyes turned toward his eyes, and for a moment the form of his father overlapped Hadrian's, the tall imposing form of a angry off Vincent Phantomhive appearing for a moment before vanishing to leave his brother. It left him frozen in place, the sudden realization of the uncanny resemblance his brother held with their father making his heart clench. He pushed the feeling aside harshly, not allowing it to overwhelm him. "It had to be done Hadrian."

"You summoned a demon." Hadrian stated, voice calm as if he wasn't internally freaking out. "Why would you summon a demon?"

"The cult was the one who did the summoning." Ciel replied, the images flashing through his mind of the hell he had been put through. "I simply took advantage of the moment and gained us a powerful tool."

Hadrian took a shaky breath, his eyes flicking toward the demon who seemed all too amused. Thoughts raced through his mind a mile a minute as he tried to comprehend the situation. Demons were real, his brother had most likely come to an agreement with said demon so they could have revenge, it sounded so much like Ciel he didn't even need to confirm his thoughts. As a child Ciel had been, dark, not overwhelmingly so that his parents noticed, but enough that they could tell that his older brother was different. There were moments when a dark look would pass Ciel's features, one that made most people freeze, before it would vanish and the sweet innocent child appeared again as if nothing had happened. He wasn't too bothered by the fact, and in all actuality he too had a hidden darkness inside, though it showed up so rarely that he wasn't even sure Ciel knew about it.

It was prominent now that Ciel's darker side had finally taken over after their time with the captors, not that he blamed his brother, any normal person would be just as jaded if they had survived what they did.

But a demon? They were the definition of darkness, they lived in the deepest pitches of Hell torturing souls for their own delight, and Ciel had actually made an agreement with one of them. How foolish could his brother get? Demons didn't play nice, they had no rules and when faced with them always found a way to go around and play with people's minds. At least that's what he had been taught, and honestly he wasn't all to hesitant to not believe it. Sebastian certainly wasn't a saint, that much was obvious.

"I'm assuming that you'll be consuming his soul when the agreement is met." Hadrian spoke to the demon this time, emerald eyes hardening at the thought. The conclusion wasn't hard to come to, demons ate souls and Ciel made a pact with said demon in exchange for something. Revenge on the people who had killed their parents and put them through the pain and humiliation.

Something truly inhuman passed through the butler eyes at his words, but he didn't feel any fear.

"Yes."

"When you do consume his soul, you have my permission to do the same to mine afterwards."

"Hadrian-!"

The demons' eyes widened, and Ciel's protests were ignored as Hadrian stared determinedly at their new...butler. "Before then though, I won't allow you to twist his mind like I know you'll try to." He threatened, watching as the butler's eyes started to glow ominously.

"I live to serve my Lord's wishes nothing more." Sebastian's replied humbly as his lips curled into a smirk, sharp fangs glinting in the light. "I have no intentions to 'twist his mind' as you have accused me of."

"Never trust a stranger-friend; no one knows how it will end." Hadrian started voice smooth as he recited the lines effortlessly. "As you're pretty, so be wise; wolves may lurk in every disguise."

Ciel suddenly had the impression that this was going to be a long road toward their revenge.

It took a while for their bodies to fully heal from what they had been through, Hadrian more so then Ciel. Though both had been through Hell, the younger Phantomhive had been tortured for three days with the unknown magic that made even the demon curious. It didn't help that Hadrian gained an uncanny dislike toward snakes, the reptilian creatures set him on edge with their likeness toward the monster who had seemed to be the leader of the group. Ciel didn't know the details about his captors, nor his torture, just as he didn't know the details of Ciel's. That was all for the better though, neither wanted to imagine their sibling in such a position more than they needed to.

The demon took a while to get used to, especially for Hadrian. Due to the demon's uncanny ability to set the younger Phantomhive off, make him skittish with his mere presence, and irritate him when the butler gave one of those michevious smirks, Ciel was put through endless days of bickering. Not that the demon openly fought with one of his masters, heaven forbid, but the gleeful gleam in his eyes and twist of his words just so was enough for Hadrian to understand the implied back-talk.

It didn't help that the demon was perfect at everything. Within an hour the manor would be spotless, any food he made was without fault while he could hear an intruder before they even set foot on their land, Hadrian was beside himself. The demon was unnatural, too perfect, too humble, he could see the mask the demon put on to see more human. Ciel didn't seem too worried, according to him Sebastian had his orders and would follow them without a second thought and that was enough for him.

Hadrian still didn't like it, people would start asking questions when they realized the Phantomhive's only had one servant. They would wonder how the man could take care of such a large house and two children without a problem, that would lead to suspicion and attention. Hadrian hated being in the spot light.

So after a few conversations with his brother, they eventually agreed to hire more servants. Only to make it seem more realistic, but of course they couldn't be just normal people. Being Phantomhive's meant their life would be in danger constantly, especially since Ciel was planning on approaching the Queen and becoming her 'dog', as people affectionally called it.

Hadrian soon realized that perhaps hiring more people wasn't the brightest idea. The blonde teen with inhuman strength destroyed half their house and killed all their plants within a week, the clumsy woman broke all but two of their dishes within days and the crazy cook destroyed their kitchen in a mere hour. The house was mayhem for a few days and Hadrian was more than happy to watch as Sebastian had to handle it all, in the very least it kept the demon occupied enough so he didn't have time to harass him.

A year passed and things settled down and they eventually fell into a routine. Ciel being the oldest made most of the decisions, but really even if he hadn't been the oldest that would have been the case. While smart in his own right, Hadrian wasn't one to fall into politics, or play the petty word games that his brother took delight in. In fact he disliked almost all of the nobles, they were too egoistical and greedy for his liking. All they cared about was money and power, and sometimes they even went so far as to try and trick them into giving up their money.

The demon easily dealt with them if they gained enough courage to act on their greed, which was one of the only things Hadrian and the butler shared a likeness toward. They both took pleasure in getting rid of the greedy fools who thought that stealing from a couple of children was going to be easy.

Being twins, Ciel and Hadrian rarely kept anything from each other. They both knew that there was nothing on earth that could make one turn his back on the other so keeping secrets was really not in their nature. But once Hadrian turned eleven, he soon gained a 'gift' that he kept secret from his brother.

Hadrian could perform magic.

Being alive as long as he had, Sebastian and witnessed a lot of things and traveled across many universes. Wizards had been one of the few things he was familiar with, and like many of the humans he met they were more than eager to trade their soul for power. But unlike normal humans, Muggles they had called them, the Wizard's soul held a little 'spice' to them that made it all that more delicious to consume.

He had thought, being in the relatively normal place he had ended up in, that Wizards hadn't existed. But much to his delight he was proven false. Much like any of the other Magic wielders Hadrian's soul held that certain 'spice' that made him eager to consume it. The child had tried to hide it, but Sebastian could feel the energy around the younger Phatomhive like one could feel the static after rubbing their feet on a rug. The energy crackled wildly around his small form when he neared the child, much to his amusement, and even sent small shocks through his body if he was within an arms length. Hadrian had no idea, which made it even more amusing. It seemed that the child was going to grow up to be a rather powerful, and so very interesting Wizard.

Ciel was certainly entertaining, for a human child, but Hadrian... The younger boy's soul was so different, so dark yet innocent that it never failed to interest and confuse him. There were moments when the child's soul felt like it was that of an adults, one who had been through many hardships, but the feeling vanishes before he could ever fully figure it out and is replaced with the child's less tainted, but still delicious, soul instead.

It intrigued him, the child intrigued him, more then he had been in a while when it came to humans. In fact, he found himself making plans, ones that involved the fascinating human.
