Chapter Six: Breakfast!

Lucy P.O.V

After the incident I went to the kitchen to cook breakfast, since I didn't know what they liked to eat for breakfast I decided to cook my favorite meal since I was little: Strawberry Pancakes. I smile brightly at the thought of eating Pancakes, everyone in Natsu Team always say's how great I was in making them. My smile immediately turn to a frown at the thought of them, 'I wonder if they at least miss me…' my thoughts were interrupted by a sudden rough voice coming behind me."Lucy, do you need any assistance?" I turn to look at Rogue looking down at me since he's was at least a foot taller than me, I smile brightly at him and nodded my head happily. Even though Rogue still had an emotionless face, you could still see a glint of amamusement in his eyes from my childish antic.

"Could you get the pans while I get the ingredients, there at the top shelve in the right side of the kitchen." I said while going inside the kitchen. It was a open door kitchen so you could just go Iin easily if your carring anything in or out of the kitchen. In the left side was the refrigerator, next to it was a counter that had a microwave on it along with the toaster , some spices, and a jar full of candy for plue since he loves to eat them. High up the counter was shelves full of differnt kinds of spices for cooking, along with some medicine incase I get sick one day and need to use them instead of going to the store and getting them. Underneath the counter was a open space for the trashcan .

In the right side of the kitchen was a cadin that was full of cereal, ships, soup, and other goodies. Next to th cadin was the sink, it was empty, beside the soap and sponge, since I already wash the dishes yesterday last night when we all finish eating, with the help of Rogue of course. Next to the sink was a dish holder rack, it wasn't really special it was shape like an 'X', the plates were on top while the cups go on the bottom, there was a small box shape holder for the utensils.( if you cant think of it then just go to google images, you can find them there.) Next to the dish holder rack was a cutting bord for cutting meat and vegetables, next to it was some measuring cups. High up the sink was more shelves just like the left side, the only difference was on one side the shelve was full of different kinds of pots and pans, while the other shelve was full of plates, bowls, and cups. On each side of the sink was drawer for spatula and other large utensils.

In the middle of the kitchen at the far back was the stove for cooking all the food I make. I sighed as I watched Rogue taking some of the pans out, I started to walk to the left side of the kitchen to get the pancake mix from the shelve. I strech up to try to get the box but unfortunately I was to short, or was it because I up it at the very top of the shelve?Why did i put it up in the shelve instead of the cadin? I facepam at my own stupidity. Then I notice a presence behind me as I watched a gray clothed arm stretched above me and grab the box of pancake mix from the shelve top and placed it infront of my face, I blinked several times before looking up to see Rogue looking down at me. I smiled brightly at him and watched him looked the other way before grabing the box he was still holdingand started to walk where the cutting board was, 'Did Rogue just blush?' I thought as a move the cuttuing board againts the wall so I had enough space to put the rest of the ingredients.

I looked back to see how Rogue was doing, only to see him standing next to the frige, looking back at me with a emotionless face like always. I wonder why he always has that expression? "Rogue can you please get me the milk, eggs, and strawberries in the frige for me? Thank you." I said as I watched him starting to open the frige as I went towards the cabin to get a non-stick cooking spray I bought from the store a week ago. I went to stove to see Rogue already there with all the ingredients on the counter, 'That was quick!' I though as I stood infront of the stove and saw two pans set on next to each other. They were both in different sizes, the left one being the medium size while the right one being the large size. I grab the large size pan and started to spray on it with the spray can, I set the spray can down and grab one of the measuring cups and started to put 1/4 cup of strawberries, not before washing them of course.

I then grab a large bowl from the top shelve started to put 4 cups of pancake mix, 3 cup of milk, and 4 large eggs. Before I was able to mix them I suddenly remember one of the ingredients, "Rogue could you get me a strawberry yogurt? Also can you get me some bacon, I have a feeling were going to need it because of a current someone." I said while looking at Sting as he glared at me, I just stuck my tongue at him. I smile as Rogue handed the yogurt and put the bacon on the counter, as I put 8 oz of yogurt in the bowl I started to mix them together and watched it turn to a yellow-pink color. I grab another one of the measuring cups and started to pour the pancake batter until it reached 1/2 for large pancakes. I turned on the right side of the stove to medium and waited for a little while until I started to pour the batter on the pan as it started to sizzle while I went to get a spatula in one of the drawer.

As I started to flip the pancakes I grab a plate from the dish holder rack and placed the pancakes that are ready on it, "Rogue, can you do the bacon for me? I was planning on making some eggs, by the way, do you want sunny side or scramble?" I ask as I finish the fifth bash of pancakes, "Scramble is fine." Rogue said and started to open the pack of bacon. I smiled and started to humed a unknown song that I heard at the store, "what you guy's cooking?" Sting said poping his head right next to mine, causing me to flinch slightly and glare at him. "Sting, if your not going to help then I suggest you get out before you burn yourself." I said while turning my attention back to the stove, making sure I didn't burn the pancake. Sting pouted but relently obey and left the kitchen, I sighted as I wipe some sweat off my forehead with the back of my hand from the heat coming of the stove.

I smiled as I put the last pancake on the plate stack full of them, this should be enought since their dragon slayer and they have a huge appetite. I sighted again as I put the use pan on the sink to wash later,"Lucy, where do I put these?" Rogue asked while holding a plate stack of bacon,"You could put them in the table but make sure Sting doesn't eat them yet, could you also take the pancake with you." I said as i grab a small khife and started to cut the strawberries into little pieces on the cutting before putting them in a small bowl,I then started to get another pan from the shelve and place it on the stoved. Rogue merely nodded and grab the plate of pancake with his other hand and walk out of the kitchen.

I open the egg carton and notice that the ingredients that I used earlier was still out,"Sting!" I yelled as I watched him walk in with a confused look in his face, I merely smiled and said,"Can you put up the milk and strawberries in the frige, and put the pancake mix in the cabin please?" ,"Why me?" ,"If you don't then you don't get to eat anything." I said while smile victoriously as I watch him quickly put the milk and strawberries away, along with the pancake mix. I started to cook the eggs and started to scrambel them, dabbing some salt before placing them on a plate I grab earlier.

I smile as I brought the plate of eggs and the bowl of strawberries to the dinning room but not before getting a can of wipe cream for the strawberry and pancakes, I saw Frosch and Lector setting up the table when I came,"Frosch, Lector, did you two set the table by yourself?" I ask as I watched Rogue and Sting settle down in their chair's while Frosch and Lector sit on the table in front of their own plates."Fro and Lector did." Frosch said while waving his arms up and down,"Well that so sweet for you guys to do," I said while setting down in my sit and place the plate of scrambel eggs down."Itadakimasu!,"We all said before we started to place some food in our plates and eating them until our stomach was full.

I moan as I streched my arms above my head before dropping them back to my side,"Well I guess I got to go to the guild today," I said as I stood up and started to walk towards the door,"Can you guys lock the door when you leave? There's a spare key in my desk next to my bed."I told them as I staryed to puf my boots on,"Sure no problem, blonde,"Sting said smirking at my annoyed expression before rolling my eyes and closing the door behind me. I had a feeling today going to be a long day.

There you have it guys! Chapter six! Finally I can go to sleep its already 9:19PM and I have school tomorrow, I dont want to go to school~!;_;
