Coincidentally, I'm actually writing this at 4 am. Yay for all-nighters.

Disclaimer: I own nothing but the plot.

Raven sat on the edge of her bed, staring out at the still-pitch-black night sky that loomed above from her window. Just the faintest rays of sunlight were beginning to peek over the Pacific Ocean horizon, and seeing as sleep was no longer an option for that day, she stood up, clasped her cloak around her throat and left her room, in search of some Black Tea to keep her up for the rest of the day.

The door to Ops slid open with an almost-silent whoosh, and Raven yawned silently as she stepped down the minuscule flight of stairs to the kitchen.

She jumped a little when she saw that someone else was awake at this ridiculous hour, slumped on the couch and staring at the turned-off television.

Beast Boy.

Raven frowned in confusion as she poured microwaved-hot water into her mug before dipping in her tea bag and bringing the steaming liquid to her lips as she took a sip. Since when did the green changeling awake any time before 10 am?

She walked over to the couch and levitated over it so that she sat down foot away from him. He didn't seem to notice her, as he continued to stare at the blank television screen.

"Beast Boy."

No response.

"Beast Boy."

Nothing.

Frustrated, she smacked him upside the head. He didn't even blink.

Raven huffed in frustration before doing the last thing she could think of. She grabbed him by the chin and crashed her lips to his. That got his attention. He nearly jumped off the couch, though the kiss was over in a second.

The green teen smiled. "What was that for?" he smiled.

Raven was frowning. "You weren't paying attention." she quipped.

Beast Boy rolled his eyes. "So you were forced to kiss me?"

She shrugged. "Don't judge. It's four in the morning and I'm loopy. Besides, isn't that what girlfriends are for?"

"Right. Me too." he grinned.

Yeah. Pointless; I know. I normally don't ask, but may I have some feedback on this one? Please? Thank you C:
