AN: sorry for the exceptionally late update but this ch is very awkward for a teenager to write about the things that go on in this part of the story. i am going to make a promise to u all now, u can beat me if i don't hold true to it, but i hav marked out the whole story now so updates should be more frequent... if there not then complain at me until i get ma ass in gear.
Disclaimer: i do not own AC but i do own Elentiya and the CA. (Crimson Assassins)
Warning!: things have heated up for Elen and Alt and this is the first time they really admit that they love each other so it will include so rather awkward stuff... no seriously i am red in the face just thinking about it!
Masyaf Fortress
Altair shared in shock at the women in his arms. How could she say that, with a smile, after all that she had been through, all that she had seen... She could still smile... She could still love... Was it- Could it be possible that Elentiya, the first female of the Levantine Brotherhood of Assassins, who had been through hell to survive... Had her thought to be stone cold heart finally melted? The look in her grey eyes told him that it was possible. But how? Elentiya could not have fallen for him, could she?
Elentiya saw confusion flash across Altair's face before standing on her tip-toes to kiss his lips. This simple gesture ignited a desire in both which had not been felt since the day before their first assassination in Acre. Thing heated up quickly and soon they became a tangle of naked limbs on one of the beds that Elentiya's sisters had used. Altair thought that if her older sisters were watching, then they would be turning in their graves as to what they were doing. But he could not bring himself to care right now.
Elentiya's POV
As I lay in Altair's secure embrace, I could not help but think of what my life would look like to someone who did not know me... Who was neither an Assassin or Templar. What would they see? What would they think? What would my parents think if they still lived? Oh god, they would have a heart attack if they knew what I was doing! Though something good has come out of the assassinations that we've done so far, I am starting to notice a change in how I go about doing my work. I do not take any unnecessary risks or take a man's life simply because I can. Despite what is thought of me, I have changed. Who else has noticed, I wondered?
"Your being eerily quiet." Altair breathed in my hair. I shifted so that I could look up to give my answer.
"I was just thinking about the next assassination we have to do." It was true... Partly, Altair didn't need to know everything.
"Why? It seems an odd thing to think about." Altair asked confused. I didn't blame him.
"We have a choice, that's what I'm thinking about." I corrected myself," Jerusalem, Acre or Damascus? Each city with their own challenges, their own evils and unsuspecting targets."
"Only one city with an annoying Dai though, I think its time to spoil his peace and quiet." Altair smirked. I giggled in agreement. Malik certainly needed to have his peace spoiled, and who better do the deed then the two of us? "To Jerusalem then?" I asked.
"To Jerusalem."

Jerusalem
Once again Elentiya and Altair rode to the gates of Jerusalem and entered the city without any faults. Deciding to keep to the rooftops this time, they set off for the Bureau, hoping not to run into guards or archers... Sadly Fate, again, was not on their side. Eleniya ended up with not one, not two, but three new scars to add to the many she already had. Other than that, the two Assassins made it to the Bureau without much trouble.
"It just has to happen in Jerusalem doesn't it?" Elentiya grimaced, "Never Acre or Damascus always Jerusalem. It seems whatever god is up there had decided that I will not complete any missions in this cursed city." Altair smiled at Elentiya's discomfort, to her it did seem as though someone up their didn't want her to complete an assassination in the city. But he was secretly pleased that she would be siting with Malik in the Bureau, again. Jerusalem was notorious for its thieves, knights and martyrs, if anything were to happen to her... Altair's smile disappeared at the thought of loosing another of his best friends. Tell her a small voice at the back of his head commanded, Tell her what she may already know, so there isn't any doubt. But Elentiya had already dropped down and was waiting for him.
"Altair!? What are you waiting for? You coming or do I have to climb back up there and push you?" Elentiya's voice echoed around the stone chamber. Thats weird, she thought, Has Altair frozen or something?. Well whatever happened the raised voices drew Malik from his work. The Dai stood in the entrance to the chamber connected to the one with the fountain and saw Elentiya waiting, hands on hips, looking up at the roof. It was safe to say that Malik was beyond confused. Sighing, Elentiya scaled the wall and rolled onto the roof of the Bureau to see Altair standing rigid far from the edge, his head bowed.
"Whats wrong?" She asked confused. Altair looked up and moved so fast, that had Elentiya blinked she would have missed it, to wrap his arms around her waist and hug her tight. Elentiya blinked for a second before returning the embrace, it didn't feel special or meaningful until the words that had been spoken over thousands of years were whispered with love and undying affection were whispered in her ear:
"Uhibbok Elentiya."
For a moment nothing was said until, smiling, Elentiya answered:
"It seems you love me, as much as I love you."
