A/N: So I wrote this today...because I was bored haha. Well, let me know what you think :)

It was just a normal Wednesday for Percy. He had just finished his classes (he couldn't survive another torturous hour of History) and was walking towards the public library.

Yes, the library. The one place you won't find him any other day but today is different. He was meeting his girlfriend, Annabeth there.

After the war, Percy has been living a normal life. He went to Goode High and Annabeth went to a girls' school (despite that she wanted to be with her boyfriend). Percy didn't mind but Annabeth did. She was afraid Percy will dump her for the other girls in his school. (and mind her, she could be deadly when she's jealous)

''Percy! You're late! Again!'' a voice shouted as Percy walked closer to the library. He smirked.

''You don't expect me to be here early, don't you?'' Annabeth rolled her eyes and went inside the library. Percy followed her and whispered in her ear,

''Don't I get a kiss?''

''Uh no,'' she said and winked. They both sat across from each other and Annabeth start to pull out books from her bag. Percy sighed. He wish they could spend time together instead of being in a library.

As she did her homework, Percy pulled out his History book and start to read it. His ADHD was getting worse and worse and he had trouble reading the book. Annabeth could see his frustration and chuckled.

''What?''

''You're cute when you're frustrated,'' A blush creeped up on his face. He was still not used to Annabeth complimenting him.

''Aw, you're blushing, Seaweed Brain,''

''Shut up,'' he said but still blushing.

After a few minutes, Percy decided he had enough so he closed his book. He put his hand through his hair, How in the world am I gonna pass History?

He looked at Annabeth with her blonde hair tied into a ponytail, slighly messy and she was doing her Algebra homework, she was focusing on it intently like nothing could ever distract her.

And then it hit him.

Right there, sitting across the most beautiful girl in the world (well, that's what Percy thinks)

He was in love with her. Annabeth Chase. In love.

Those words repeated in his head and he chuckled to himself. How could he, the most lamest boy when he was young, could be in love with someone such as Annabeth?

Maybe it because of her sassy remarks or that 995839th times she had saved him or maybe because of the simplest moments, like this. Her hair was in a messy bun and she was still wearing her uniform yet she look beautiful. Even without trying.

Relationships were never a thing for Percy. He never had a long time relationship before (he could only last 2 weeks before panicking) but this relationship, it was different.

He panics sometimes, over where he should bring her or what he should wear but in the end, he still could made her laugh. She was different than any other girls; she isn't girly, she's intelligent and they did everything together. (like saving the world)

And maybe that's why he loves her. For all those reasons.

''Why are you looking at me like that?'' she asked, after realising Percy was staring at her.

''Nothing er just that I love you,'' Annabeth's eyes were wide open.

''W-w-what?''

''Er nothing,'' he quickly replied before looking down his History textbook. She smiled, knowing that Percy has just said the three words she has been dying to hear for.

''I love you too, Percy,'' she said and as Percy looked up, she put down her pen and moved closer to kiss her boyfriend.

And it felt like the first kiss over again, fireworks exploding, sparks flying, weak in the knees – it's cliché but true.

They pulled back to breathe again, they had a big grin on both of their faces.

''I never expected you will say the three words in the library,'' she said.

''Me neither,''
