AN:
If you're wondering why Eleanor is so powerful and evidently stronger than her counterpart in Young Lamb of Justice, it's because harvesting a Little Sister yields a much higher ADAM intake. So she absorbed a lot of ADAM from the Little Sisters and Delta. Not to mention the massive amounts of ADAM that the Rapture Family gave her for ten years before Delta saved her.
If I have to estimate her power, she's probably as strong as Fontaine's ADAM transformed state or possibly even stronger.
Chapter 6
"BIOSHOCK!" Superboy roared as he charged at said villainess.
BIoshock ducked under his fist and delivered a flame-imbued punch of her own on the Kryptonian's cheek. A fiery explosion burst out and hit Superboy directly on his face.
The clone was sent flying from the combination of the ADAM-infused strength and the Plasmid, Incinerate. The momentum brought him crashing through the far end of the warehouse wall where he landed outside.
"How uncivilized," the Rapturian scoffed as she shook her head disapprovingly at the clone. She then extinguished the flames that were pouring out of her palm and fingertips.
She lifted her hand up as numerous birdarangs froze in midair. She then sent them flying back at their owner with a flick of her wrist. Robin dove behind cover before the projectiles could hit him so they embedded themselves onto the wall where he was previously standing.
She saw a yellow and red blur heading towards but it was too late to avoid Kid Flash's tackle by the time that she noticed it. The momentum pushed her back, her feet skidding on the ground as she remained standing.
"Impressive," Bioshock commented as she brushed her armor off as if she was barely fazed by the speedster's attack.
"There's a lot more where that came from, you child-murdering bitch!" Kid Flash growled as he prepared another quick attack.
"Going to use that superspeed of yours again? How about I give it a whirl?" the Rapturian said before using Aero Dash.
Aero Dash was a Plasmid that gave the user a temporary speed boost. It would propel the user forward at high speed but it wasn't on par with a speedster like Kid Flash.
But after some trial and error from her test subjects, Bioshock was able make some improvements to this Plasmid such as giving it a significant increase in speed. It may not be on the same level of the Flash but it was most likely just as fast as Kid Flash.
She dashed forward with arm pulled back to deliver a crushing blow. But even with the modifications that she gave the speed boosting Plasmid, she failed to hit her target and instead embedded her fist in the wall beside the speedster's head.
She could never get the aim right.
She could see the blood drain from the Fastest Teen's face even with the mask concealing his face as he stared at the armored arm right beside his head. If she had struck her intended victim, then her fist would surely have impaled Kid Flash through his head.
Playing off her mistake as a deliberate action, she leaned in closer to the shell-shocked speedster and softly whispered in his ear, "Your move."
She gave herself a mental high-five as the young hero fell to his knees. She had watched videos of every superhero on the surface and Kid Flash happened to be in a few of them. The young speedster had come off as a rather cocky showoff to the Alpha Big Sister so she took pride from showing him how insignificant he was compared to her. She was almost worried that she broke him when she noticed that he still hadn't recovered from nearly dying. Almost.
Bioshock removed her fist from the wall and turned to face Aqualad who had both of his water swords out. She held her arms out, allowing the giant needles hidden inside her gauntlets to pop out.
It was the Atantean who made the first move. He stabbed at her with his sword, which she easily parried with her syringe. He slashed at her chest with his other sword only for her second syringe to block it.
The young Atlantean didn't let up his onslaught as he stabbed and slashed at the armored villain. His frustration and anger grew as each of his attacks were either parried or evaded.
Aqualad brought both of his water swords down but Bioshock merely brought her syringes up to block them. They pushed their weapons against each in an attempt to gain dominance over the fight.
Seeing that the Boy Wonder was about to ambush her through her peripheral vision, Bioshock shoved the Atlantean back, making him lose his footing. Quickly retracting her syringes, she tackled the dark skinned Atlantean with Aero Dash adding extra momentum to it.
Using Aqualad's body as a battering ram, she crashed through the wall of the warehouse. Her Aero Dash had ended but the Law of Inertia kept Aqualad going as his body carved a small trench on the ground. She wasn't really holding onto him very well.
With an almost casual wave of her hand, she sent several oil drums crashing down on top of the rushing Kryptonian. She then snapped her fingers, producing a spark that ignited the petrol in the containers. The resulting explosion was quite spectacular if she had bothered to notice it.
Charging the Hypnotize Plasmid, she turned to face the lone member of the group that still remained standing.
The Boy Wonder glared at her through his domino mask as he held a bo-staff in hands. She was a bit impressed of the young boy since he didn't display a single ounce of fear. Batman must have trained him well.
Before Robin could make his move, she splashed the Dark Knight's protégé with the fully charged Hypnotize Plasmid, making him relax his stance.
"W-what did you do to me?" Robin demanded as his entire body refused to follow his commands.
"Interesting," Bioshock muttered, "You must have a very strong will to remain in control of your thoughts."
"Mr. Cohen," she called out for her top lieutenant.
Red smoke erupted right beside her as a man in an expensive tuxedo and gold/bronze bunny mask appeared by her side.
Sander Cohen, a Houdini Splicer, was one of the recent members that she had acquired in the past weeks.
At first, the mad artist was livid at seeing Bioshock, blaming her and her father for destroying his Quadtych. He then began to assault the Alpha Big Sister with all the brutality and cunning that he was notorious for. It was actually quite a challenge for her to subdue the Splicer. Seeing that Cohen could hold his own against a Big Sister, she decided to keep him alive and recruit him. His loyalty was rather simple to obtain since she told him of the perfect world that she was planning to make.
"Yes, milady?" the masked man bowed as if he was but a lowly servant of someone that belonged to royalty.
"Do you still have what I wanted you to keep?"
"Why yes, milady!" the man cheerfully replied as he took out a thin black book from his coat pocket.
"Would you kindly give it to Mr. Kaldur'ahm?"
"As you wish," he said before teleporting to the wounded Atlantean's side.
Aqualad tried to pull himself back up but the leftover fire from the explosion and his battered ribs were draining his strength. Sander Cohen paid no mind to this and held out the book to the young Atlantean.
"What…is…that?" Aqualad panted as he eyed the book warily.
"It's the late Black Manta's journal," Bioshock told him.
"Why would you give this to me?" he shifted his glare to the Alpha Big Sister.
"It has no use to me so I see no point in keeping it," the villainess shrugged as Aqualad took the book from the mad artist's hand, "And since Black Manta was your mentor's arch nemesis, I figured it would be put to better use with you."
"How do verify if the information inside is the truth?" he continued to glare at her, one hand holding the journal while the other arm held his injured side.
"Believe it or don't. It matters not to me. Although I do want to see your reaction when you discover that your father is-" Bioshock stopped before she could finish her sentence. She raised her hand up as several batarangs froze in midair. They were then returned to the sender with a flick of her wrist but the target had already disappeared from his previous spot.
A coil shot out of the darkness and latch onto the Rapturian's armor. A thousand volts of electricity surged through the coil and into her.
"Is that really the best that you can do?" Bioshock asked, not even the least bit fazed by the volts of electricity flowing through her body due to the Gene Tonic, Electric Flesh.
"Now before you do anything that you'll come to regret, you should take a look at your protégé first," she suggested as she commanded Robin to take out a birdarang and place the sharp end at his neck, "Can you hope to fight me and prevent your sidekick from slitting his own throat at once?"
"Why are you here?" the infamous Batman demanded as he peeled away from the shadows as if he was a part of them.
"Because I choose to be," Bioshock replied as she ripped the coil off her.
The two eyed each other down as they entered a fighting stance. Batman spread his feet apart and held his arms up in a martial artist stance while Bioshock crouched down with her needles extended as if she was about to pounce at her opponent.
The Rapturian knew that the Dark Knight would not be an easy foe to overcome. She had learned that it took the combined efforts of two Big Sisters to overpower him but it was still a close one. If he had been aiming to kill the two Sisters and not just incapacitate them, then the Sisters would have surely lost that battle.
What made the Alpha Big Sister even warier of the man was the fact that he wielded no superpower whatsoever.
But she could feel her bloodlust growing at the prospect of facing a man such as Batman.
But alas, she could not because she had just received a message of utter importance. The concerning subject of the message called for her presence.
"It appears that I have something else that calls to my attention," she sighed in disappointment as she retracted the syringes, "Let us continue this some other time perhaps."
Before any of the heroes could say otherwise, Bioshock and her associate, Cohen, teleported away from the scene.

In a dark alley far away from where the fight took place, Bioshock appeared with Sander Cohen following behind.
"What progress have you made Dr. Alexander?" she asked her top scientist through the com-set installed in her helmet.
"It's ready for shipment. The next batch would be ready in a few more days."
"Good," she said as a sinister grin crawled up her face from under her helmet, "Did you also find him?"
"Yes, we now know the whereabouts of Jack Ryan."
