Note: I wasn't planning on it, but this supposed to be one-shot is slowly turning into a collection of one-shots. Can't complain, though. This pairing is just too cute to write…

Incentive

"Kiss me."

Tsuna blinked, not understanding where the random request came from. "What?"

"Family gathering means annoying crowds, herbivore. If you want me to endure that, you're going to have to give me an incentive."

Tsuna's brows furrowed as he process the logic behind the prefect's words. He tilted his head to the side and looked up, thinking. Incentive…? It was only when he saw the mischievous glint on the prefect's eyes and the smirk on his lips did he fully understand what the other meant. Tsuna immediately blushed.

"D-Demo, Hibari-san!"

Hibari's smirk grew. "Of course, you can always just tell the baby that you're not able to . . . convince me to attend the affair."

"Hiieeeee!" Tsuna pulled on his hair in sudden panic. Hibari-san, you evil! Reborn's going to kill me!

He looked up, eyes tearing as he watch the older boy watching him back with that evil smirk. Tsuna glared. The other, of course, just became more amused. Tsuna stomped his foot and turned his back on the annoying older male.

The way he sees it, he only have two options. One, tell Reborn that he wasn't able to convince his own Cloud Guardian to attend their family gathering and risk being murdered in front of said family. And two, give his Cloud Guardian his . . . incentive while telling his heart to please, stop beating so furiously. Hibari-san might hear you!

Tsuna didn't have to think about it. He knew which option to choose.

He took a deep breath, ignored the burning on his cheeks, and slowly turned around.

Hibari continued watching him.

Tsuna walked to the prefect slowly, hesitated for only a second, then he leaned up, raising on his tip toes. His eyes closed and he didn't dare breath until his lips brushed the corner of the other's lips. He didn't exert any pressure but he did wait a beat before pulling away. He didn't meet the older boy's eyes as he wait for him to speak.

"I am asking for a kiss, herbivore. Not a peck."

Tsuna's eyes flew to him. "B-But I can't –"

"One kiss and I might even escort you myself to that family gathering of yours."

"Mou," Of course, Tsuna have no choice but to comply.

He pulled closer again, and this time, he placed his hands on the prefect's shoulder for support. He looked up and his heart pounded on his chest, and his breath hitched on his throat because the other was watching him so intensely. Tsuna felt his face heat up and he knew that it was the color of a ripe tomato and he was a bit embarrassed and shy and just a little bit awkward because of their close proximity. Even so, he met the other's intense gaze full on and, so very slowly, he pushed up and leaned forward.

Their lips met and this time, Tsuna pressed just that bit harder so that it wouldn't be a peck but a full-on lips kiss. He lingered for long moments, only because he didn't want the other to complain and not totally because those lips felt so good against his.

Then he pulled away, face entirely red and not meeting the eyes of his Cloud Guardian.

. . . Silence . . .

Why wouldn't Hibari-san say anything?!

Tsuna couldn't take it. He risked a glance up. Hibari surprised him by swooping in and landing a firm kiss on his lips. And then, just as suddenly, the prefect was walking back to his desk without even glancing at him.

Tsuna blinked.

"I'll pick you up at six," Hibari said as he pretended to peruse an important looking document.

Tsuna glanced at him, expression a bit dazed. The brunette nodded before walking mechanically to the door. Just before he closed it behind him, Hibari called him back.

"Herbivore. The next time you ask, the incentive will involve your tongue."

He said it so casually that Tsuna had to blink a couple of times, unsure of what he heard. Then his face exploded in red and he slammed the door shut and he screeched his famous "hiieeee's" as he raced down the corridor.

Hibari chuckled to himself.

What a funny, delightful herbivore…

LOL Hibari! Teasing Tsuna like that…

Anyway, I know I labeled this fic as complete but I will ask you guys to follow if you want. I update once in a while since, like I said, this has become a Oneshot collection…
