Hey I'm rewriting this because I wasn't thrilled the first lets see what I can do this time. Also I hope you guys like it better. Review and let me know guys.

"Burt if you do not find me a restroom I swear I will go right here" Carole threatened.

She had had to use the restroom for a while now but she just couldn't' hold it anymore.

"There is nowhere open Carole. It is Midnight in the middle of winter. Can't you wait until we get to the hotel Carole?" Burt asked exasperated.

"No I cannot Burt. I have been holding it for too long already." Carole sighed.

Finn popped his head up tired of the arguing and pointed to a place along the road. "They have their lights on ask them"

Burt pulled over but looked at Carole. "We don' t even know what it is."

"I really don't care what it is as long as they have a restroom." Carole said hopping out of the car.

Burt and Finn were hot on their heels as she walked into a warm dingy looking lobby. It was decorated with things from the 1960's it looked like. The older lady at the desk looked up at them with a hopeful smile.

"Hello, Dears. How may I help you today." The woman said.

"I was just wondering if maybe I could use your rest room." Carole asked politely.

"Oh, yes of course dear its right upstairs. It's the last door on the right. " The kind woman said frowning.

"If you don' t mind me asking what building is this. I didn't see a sign outside the door." Carole asked curiously

"This is Clarion County Foster Home, we take in children of all ages until they get adopted or until they are old enough to go out on their own." She said kindly. " If you want to maybe you could look in the rooms upstairs maybe someone will catch your eye."

"Okay ma'am we will." Finn said smiling at her.

Slowly they trekked up the steep stairs. And they came to the first room. It had a small baby in a crib only. It was sound asleep. Burt immediately went the cribs and stared down at the small one. He smiled but went back to the hall.

"I really don't want to do the whole diaper and formula thing again Burt." Carole smiled at him.

He nodded because they weren't honestly going to adopt a child. It is too much to spring on them last minute, but nonetheless they moved on to the second door. In this room were two toddler beds. One little girl looks maybe 3 and the other around the same age. As cute as they were they were still very small and so again the family moved to the next room. These kids were a bit older there was only one who looked 9.

"They're so adorable but, still so small and rambunctious. Burt said sighing as he walked to the last room. Here there were about 6 boys in a room with six full sixed beds. Sitting with his back against one was a tiny brown hair, bright blue-eyed boy. He was small and looked maybe fourteen. The other boys in the room looked huge compared to him and they were all throwing around a football from bed to bed.

The small one had his earphones in and was humming and softly singing a song that the family immediately recognized.

Something has changed within me,
something is not the same,
I'm through with playing by the rules,
Of someone else's game.
Too late for second-guessing,
Too late to go back to sleep,
It's time to trust my instincts,
Close my eyes, and leap!

It's time to try,
Defying gravity,
I think I'll try,
Defying gravity,
And you can't pull me down!

Can't I make you understand?
You're having delusions of grandeur.

I'm through accepting limits,
'Cos someone says they're so.
Some things I cannot change,
But till I try, I'll never know,
Too long I've been afraid of,
Losing love I guess I've lost,
Well, if that's love,
It comes at much too high a cost,
I'd sooner buy,
Defying gravity,
Kiss me goodbye,

I'm defying gravity,

He was barley-making noise but yet Burt noticed the bigger boy coming to him. It seemed normal until he yanked out the small boys earphone and pulled him off the bed.

"Hey girly girl could you stop singing your gay songs please your killing my ears." The big boy screamed in his face.

'Hey you! You knock it off. What gives you the right to bully him?" Finn yelled into the room.

"Whatever." the bigger boy muttered.

The small boy bent to pick up his earphones. When he stood up he glanced at the family. He then crawled into his bed and under the covers.

Carole quickly found the bathroom and they went down to the main desk. When they got down there the older woman smiled up at them.

"Did you happen to see anyone that you liked?" The woman smiled.

"Who was the smallest teenage boy up in the fourth room?" Burt asked.

"That would be Kurt Aaron Hummel. He had very bad parents and so he ended up here. He's been here for a very long time. Not many people are interested in older children so he will probably be here until he turns eighteen. My names Sherry." She said.

"That is very sad and all of the other boys seem to pick on him." Carole said.

"They do and Kurt is such a lonely boy but I can't keep them away from him all the time. For the most part he seems okay. Its hard to handle all these children at once though." She said wringing her hands.

"If someone wanted to adopt a boy here what would they have to do?" Carole said glancing at Burt.

"I would need some of your personal information and if I had it tonight I could let the checks run and you could possibly have him by tomorrow or the next day." Sherry said hopefully.

"Okay here is all the information that you need." Burt said handing over all his personal information along with Carole's.

With that and a promise of a call they headed back to the car.

AND I didn't like all of this the first time I wrote it so now I am improving it. Then I will be more motivated to write so REVIEW REVIEW REVIEW.
