A/N2: In which case Colonel Roy Mustang walks stiffly to his desk on an early Friday morning at East City military HQ and picks up the folder containing the agenda for the workday.

Col. Mustang: These are the reports you requested from the archives last Wednesday. Intel has given instructions that these be returned by exactly 16:59. Corresponding overdue fees will be charged to your miscellaneous expenses for every exceeding hour.

Col. Mustang: Sir, kindly remember to sign the forms for request inventory for communications equipment by no later 08:15 so that I can hand them in and repair our radios by the end of the day. I have filled out the forms for you and left them on your desk.

Col. Mustang: The new recruits from the academy that you asked me to train starting last Monday need to have their medical records accounted for by my commanding officer. I have already ensured that their records are up to date and that they have no health conditions that will hinder their training and service in the military. The papers are in a military hospital issued file folder on your desk.

Col. Mustang: Gen. Grumman is preparing to send representative troops from East City HQ to participate in this year's combat and strategic practices at Central HQ. I took the liberty of filling out application forms for our unit. Your assessment and signature will be needed to complete the application process. Please have this done by no later than 13:00. The documents are on your desk.

PAPERWORK

Subject heading says it all, colonel. Aside from the four preceding agenda, I need you to finish signing all the paperwork that I left on your desk and that you have let accumulate over the past week. I have recompiled them by order of deadline and priority. The first stack will need to be submitted to archives, resources, and Office of the Commanding General by 11:00. That gives me enough time to distribute them before the lunch hour. The rest you can take up to 18:30. See back page.

Dinner is on you tonight. Consider it your peace offering for keeping me afterhours every day for the past month. Make sure dogs are allowed at the restaurant, no matter how finely you intend to 'wine and dine'. I don't feel like leaving Hayate home alone for too long. Hope you aren't jealous.
