Read and Review
What a drive it was, just empty desert, no sign of a blue car anywhere. How in the world were they ever going to find her? The car seemed to slow it's pace by the minute.
"Dude, we've been driving for hours" Rigby complained.
"We've only been driving for 10 minutes. Besides we're close, I could feel it" he responded.
"That's what you said 5 minutes ago and we're still not there" he said matter of factly.
"I'm serious this time"
"Right." Rigby sighed, turning towards the window.
10 more minutes passed, there wasn't any sign of a blue car, it was just the two friends, in the car, heading to an unknown destination. The amount of space in the car was getting crowded by the heat waves coming from the sun. They were hugging the two friends tightly leaving no space for oxygen or cool air.
"I can't stand the heat anymore!" Rigby blurted.
"Just a little more Rigby she can't be far," Mordecai lied.
"You keep saying that but, NEWS FLASH! You have no idea!" Rigby yelled.
"Maybe you're right, but I'm not going to just give up, she's my friend!"
Rigby was silent, looking off into the distance. His head tilted.
"Is that a house?" He asked, pointing at the old worn down house just ahead.
Meanwhile...
She wasn't running anymore, she was on the first floor in an unknown room. He was still on the second floor cursing and yelling at the wind. She was scared to death. He was ready to kill. She wasn't ready to die. He was determined to kill himself just for his obsession.
She locked the door looking over at the window. She quickly approached it, trying to open it. No luck, it was jammed. "Maybe I could break it" she thought as she scanned the room for a strong enough object to break through the glass. She looked over at the closet. One step at a time she approached it, a strong scent was running around in her nose. She slowly opened the door. Boom! She jumped at the sight of the dead skunk.
" I think I'm gonna throw up." She said backing away from the carcass.
Unfortunately for her the only was she was going to look inside was to move it. She picked up it's small paws, but as she was about to drag it away it awoke, spraying her with it's deadly stench. Her eyes watered and her nose suffered. The skunk was still scurrying around making a lot of noise.
"Shh, he's going to hear you" she said in panic, as she chased after him.
Finally she decided to give up, coming to the conclusion that it would best if she kept looking for that object. Eventually she did, an old rusted wrench. She ran towards the window, hitting it as hard as she could, the third blow did it. She pushed away the glass as she heard the door struggling to get opened. It was kicked opened. As she hopped over the window a hand grabbed her. She looked fearfully at the face, but her face was soon enlightened by the sight of her friend.
"Mordecai!" She cried happily, as she was pulled into a hug." Where is he?" She asked worried.
"He's on the second floor with Rigby"
"You just left you're best friend with a psycho" she told him in horror.
"Don't worry he's unconscious"
"You took him out that easily?"
"You questioning my strength?" He asked with a forced laugh.
"Shut up! What did you guys do?"
"Fine. He was about to come down the stairs when we came in and well he slipped as he was going to come down."
"Lucky accident?" She said raising an eyebrow.
"At least it's over"
"Thanks." She said hugging him once.
The sirens became louder as the cars came closer. They were asked questions, tons and then it was over.
"Dude, did I mention how much you stink?" Mordecai laughed.
"At least I don't smell like this all the time" CJ replied nonchalantly.
"She just owned you!Ohh." He started but was caught off by the sharp pain in his left arm.
Sorry guys I suck at ending stories. :c
