Chapter 13: The Balcony Scene Part 2

Finally in my warm cozy bedroom, I crossed right through it and headed outside to my favorite place in the world, the balcony. I went straight to the end of the balcony, and rested my hands on the railing enjoying the beautiful starry sky.

I sigh profoundly, man who would have thought that there's a remote possibility I might actually be still in lo-

"Hey Erza!" I turned around surprised to hear THAT voice, HIS voice! He was near the wall and started walking to me, his balls were probably still hurting cause he walked very stiff and with his legs more open than usual. That made me smile and he probably noticed the reason because he gave me these narrow eyes and that even made me laugh a little.

His face sooth and turned into a warm smile making me notice he wasn't made or something, not that I cared but it was a nice gesture.

"Hey, by the way, how the hell did you get up here?!" I can't believe I didn't notice before! "Oh there was some plants growing in the wall, so I thought maybe I can climb all the way to your heart" no comment.

"Balcony, I mean balcony" he smiled at my flushed face which as always only made it worse "Anyway I just wanted to say sorry for you know, grabbing your boobs" he took out a rose from his back and handed it to me. Awww even though I punched him in the nuts, he really is a nice guy after all.

"Its Scarlet, like the color of your hair" Really? I mean, who is writing this? What the fuck is wrong with you author! This is too cliché! C'mon 'the color of your hair' seriously!?

Though it was a nice gesture and it smelled wonderful so I may forgive you this time author but be careful, I'm watching you.

He blushed a little as well and scratched the back of his head, I fought all I could but in the end my pride just crumbled to pieces "I'm sorry too" he looked surprised at me but said no word "for punching you in the nuts" I looked down ashamed, I mean he is really trying so maybe I was too rough with him.

"I know!" okay, not the reaction I was going for "Just you imagine! If you would've break these, we could never have a baby!" ...I waited for like ten seconds for him to say it was a joke but apparently, HE MEANT IT.

My palm went straight ahead for his cheek and colliding into a massive and explosive slap, I sent him flying off the rail and out of my balcony.

This guy!

"I love you too!" I hear his scream as it fades away and ends with a loud thud, probably where he landed, I hope he broke something maybe his balls would be fine with me.

I was so mad at him for like a sec, though I must admit I kind of smiled a little for his stupidity, or was it maybe something more…?

I sigh, finally I thought this day will last forever. It will be so much simpler if Jellal wasn't here. I looked at the rose he gave me earlier and a chuckle escaped my mouth as I looked away from the rose. What the hell are you doing Erza? Thinking of him! Pff of coarse not I couldn't care less for that beautiful son of a bitch. I'm serious he's just like a little kid, please grow up! As I discussed with my heart I never noticed the presence of 3 people surrounding me. Crap.

"Relax Erza we just came to talk" Mira's voice made my muscles relax and I turned around completely to watch her, Lucy and MAVIS? What was she doing here?!

"What are you'll doing in my balcony?" I had this terrible feeling we are about to talk about him and I sooooo don't want to talk about him, please I'm over him! In fact, I'll be glad if he just took off.

"You know why we're here" Lucy joined and continued "we have to talk about Je-" I reacted instantly in the mention of his name and interrupted abruptly "I don't wanna talk about him!" snapped but they just crossed their arms and gave me that 'really?' look , but I counterattacked with my 'True Story' look.

"Why deny the obvious! You're clearly head over heels for him! You've always been!" Mira, who knew me the best spoke truthfully, I narrowed my eyes at her accusingly "No." I said firmly.

"Erza!" they'll shout in unison and that was enough to make me spill a bit of soup.

"Look, thanks really, I really appreciate it but I can't take another risk in this man" they stared, indicating me to continue "I-I have them most terrible and rotten judgment any thinking creature could have" silence again and with this last statement I was going to end this discussion.

"He's ancient history, been there done that" I firmly stated crossing my arms over my chest and looking away from them. Sudden bursts of laughter surprised me and when I looked back to them, they were rolling and jumping with their hands on their bellies trying to stop laughing but failed terribly.

I stud there awkwardly until they stopped and Mavis came to me, wrapping her arm around my waist guiding me forward to the balcony's rail "Who you think you're kidding, he's the Earth and Heaven to YOU!" oh god this doesn't look good "Don't keep it hidden, we can see right through you!" Lucy joined "Girl, you can't conceal it, we know how you feel" oh god Mira too? Please just kill me, if it weren't for that bastard… "and who you thinking of?" damn.

"No chance! No way! I won't say it! No! No!" I snapped and waved my hands when his imaged was magically projected in front of me.

Lucy: "You snap!" *Acts like snapping*

Mira: "You sigh" *sighs*

Mavis: "Acting shy!" *covers mouth as in blushing*

Together: "Why deny it?!"

I looked at their little scene my what-the-f*ck face "I don't do that stuff…" do I? I said to myself but anyway "My heart has learned its lesson" I turned around and walked away, only to be stopped right away, damn.

"C'mon! Get a grip girl!" Mira squeezed my cheeks, I shove her hand away and walked another way while saying "No thanks, my heart has had enough" gees these girls… Mavis stood in front of me blocking the way.

"You keep on denying, you're the happiest girl in the whole wide world" I moved to the left to pass by but she blocked the way and saying "So we're not buying it!" I frowned and moved to the right but she just blocked me again and we repeated this like, 4 more times! "We saw you hit the ceiling!" I ran away from her but Lucy stopped me this time.

"Erza! You're a grown up! Suck it up! You got it bad!" please someone kill me…the balcony…

I walked to the balcony, WHAT AM I THINKING "No no no no I don't love him! I'm not in love! There's no chance I am!" I grew desperate with every breath and my respiration was heavy and uneven from all the pressure "Read our lips, you're in love!" Oh my god I think I'm having a panic attack, see what you people do when you bother friends about love!

"Give up Erza, its okay you're in love" they came at me, cornering me like their pray, the immense urge to jump was over powering me and in a sign of desperation and last resort survival, I jumped.

As I fell down, I looked at the rose he gave me and smiled softly.

"At least out loud…" I pressed the red petals to my lips and closed my eyes "…I won't say I'm in love…"

Wait…

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! I JUST JUMPED OFF THE BALCONY!
