Just Like Beauty and The Freakin' Beast!

[~Marceline's POV~]

My eyes widened..it was a trap like Simon said..but why though? What does any of it relate to me though?! What the hell in glob did I ever do?! ...Well perhaps I might have upset some people..but whatever!

The thing came closer to me and smirked once again and flashed his not so pearly whites to me.

"Wait...you have fangs...like mine." I suddenly said out of the blue and floated up to the beast just to be sure. I lightly touched his fangs..and that I was right. "Vampire fangs.." I muttered.

"M-marceline..g-get..away.." Simon muttered weakly but I shook my head. How could I think of leaving him behind, especially since I went through all the trouble to!

"Hand over Simon, and no one gets hurt." I said crossing my arms over my chesst and just stared at the creature. It didn't scary me, not one bit. "We all have busy schedules."

"No." How dare this thing say NO to ME.

"You have no clue who you're messing with."

"Sure I do." It started to circle me. "Marceline Abadeer, daughter of Hunson Abadeer. So-called leader of the NightO'Sphere."

My eyes widened, how did this thing know anything about me?! Also what the heck did he mean ''so-called'' leader? Did he have some grudge against my dad or something?

It chuckled, which irked me greatly. "I know a great deal about you." Stalker. "You already guessed what I want, you to be in my possession."

I rolled my eyes, and leaned against the cage's bars. "You want me to turn you back into a human or whatever, right?"

"Basically, I was cursed by—" I cut him off.

"I'm sorry, I can't be of any service. Peace." I turned around and stared to fly away.

"W-wait! D-don't leave!" Of course this thing had everything ''thought'' out. As many say, I'm very unpredictable and I certainly don't play by the rules. "W-wait! I'll change t-the conditions!"

I stopped and turned. "So?"

"I'll let the fool go..but you have to help me break the curse and you can leave whenever you wish, but you can't reveal thing about this." The beast continued and I nodded. Sounds fair enough for this fool. "..But."

But what?

"For the 1st week, you have to stay for the entire week."

"WHAT!?" The entire week?! Not possible, what if Nite were to call us for the session!? I worked really hard for this! He's one of my most influential singers!

It smirked. "Take it or leave it." It seems that it was the beast's final offer.

I growled at it and glared at it. "...Fine, I'll take your dumb offer."

Its smirked widened and snapped his fingers, and whatdya know, little applicances came and sent Simon free...how depressing. "Alex will lead you to your room."

I rolled my eyes and followed the little toaster. If there's one thing to say in this situation is..

I will not, I repeat, I will not play by this fool's rules. Why? Well...
