A/N: I am now in the possession of Alpha Sapphire (Primal Kyogre for the WIN) and well as a result I've been surfing around pokemon fanfics, and I found that I can add another character to my list of characters I absolutely adore. So he'll probably be in the 4th installment of the Doctor's Dialga series. Still debating what'll happen for sure but he'll be there.
As for who am I referring to? Take a stab at it, it's someone I missed out on by not playing RSE so there's your hint. Lets see if you can guess it.
AND TIME TO POST THIS CHAPTER FOR PETE'S SAKE LETS GET THIS THING UP ALREADY!
Chapter 3
Rose was beginning to get very worried. Despite her confidently assuring the Doctor that she'd be fine, it was becoming increasingly clear she might not be as 'fine' as she'd hoped.
"Vine Whip!"
Rose winced as Lily was sent flying from the green whip thing that extended from the quadruped leaf pokemon. The furret slid to a stop at Rose's feet wincing as it shakily got back to its feet shaking its head.
"You okay Lily?" Rose asked, the furret turning to look at her and nodding, before glaring at the Bayleef across from it. The leaf pokemon glared at the Furret which made Lily growl tail twitching in irritation.
"Trop!" Tropius cried flying upwards her wings beginning to glow. Then she dove down and rushed at the sparkling little butterfly across from it.
The butterfly hastily drew back, Tropius hitting the ground with a grunt. The butterfly flew over Tropius a shadowy aura rushing from the Beautifly and slamming into Tropius driving it back.
Rose winced reaching a worried hand towards Tropius but the flying grass type got to its feet and shook its head glaring at its opponents furiously.
Lovrina grinned as she folded her arms across her chest, mouth opening to spit out some snide remark about this match being over very quickly.
That was when a loud roar erupted from behind Rose and Lovrina stiffened up, eyes widening. The Cipher admin took a step back though her pokemon remained oblivious to whatever it was that had frightened their trainer.
Confused Rose turned around and her eyes widened as she took in the sight of the Silver who was quickly flying towards her. Her mouth curved up into a big grin.
"Silver! You're okay!" She said as the lugia flew over to her and landed beside her. He lowered his head and nudged her playfully. Silver gave a happy cry and Rose threw her arms around the young lugia.
"Wh-what's the lugia doing free? How-th-that's Impossible!" Lovrina said stamping her foot. "Now I'm going to have to catch it all over again! You blasted meddlers!"
Silver raised his head and glared at Lovrina, he moved forwards but Rose placed a hand on one of his flippers.
"No, I've got this." Rose said as she took a step forwards placing herself between Lovrina and Silver. "You're not going to hurt anymore pokemon, I won't let you!"
Lovrina scoffed. "You? You don't stand a chance Bayleef! Beautifly! Get rid of the Tropius and Ferret immediately!" She ordered jabbing her finger at Rose and her pokemon.
The two shadow pokemon nodded and rushed forwards once more Lily and Tropius bracing themselves for the oncoming attack.
Running footsteps sounded beside Rose making the girl whirl turning to see the Doctor running and waving his arms.
"Get down!" He shouted at Rose who blinked as two large creatures rushed forwards from behind the Doctor one shape that resembled silver throwing back its head sucking in air, the other shape with glowing blue lines and flashing red eyes snarled and charged up a familiar indigo and blue attack.
Rose didn't need anymore encouragement with a shout to Lily and Tropius they all hit the ground just as Dialga and Silver's father fired off Roar of Time and Aeroblast.
Lovrina's eyes widened as the two massive attacks rushed towards her and her pokemon.
"Oh, poop." The cipher admin muttered raising her arms to try in vain to protect her face.
The attack rushed forwards with destructive power consuming both the admin and her pokemon and plowing through part of the wall. As the attacks faded away the ceiling nearest to the wall caved hitting the ground with a crash and kicking up dust making it hard to see.
Coughing Rose gingerly picked herself up glancing around. "Everyone okay?" She asked.
"Furr!" Lily said climbing up Rose's leg and draping herself across Rose's shoulders.
Rose smiled and pet Lily, "Glad to see that you're all right." She said the furret cooing and leaning into the touch.
"Trop." Tropius said slowly picking itself up and glancing around. "Trop?" It seemed to call moving in the direction the Doctor had been.
"And there's Tropius, now Silver?" Rose turned to find herself face to face with the younger lugia making her jump back.
"Sorry I didn't mean to startle you." Silver said frowning slightly. Rose recovered from her initial surprise and laughed reaching out a hand to stroke his head.
"It's all right, I think after that big explosion, everyone deserves to be a bit jumpy." She said as the dust finally cleared completely. She glanced around taking in the full extent of the damage that Dialga and the older Lugia had caused.
Everything in the path of the two attacks was scorched, the ceiling was gone exposing the clear blue sky that lay beyond the construct, and on the floor lying in a collapsed heap was a very badly burnt Lovrina right along with her pokemon.
Rose frowned placing her hands on her hips as she looked down at the admin. "Serves her right." She said shaking her head before she turned back towards the Doctor who walked up to her.
"So what do you think? Too much?" He said.
Rose chuckled. "Well, it might've been just a bit overkill, but I can't say she didn't deserve it." The Doctor nodded and Rose smiled at him, "I'm glad you're okay, when the TARDIS opened her doors and Dialga rushed out I was so worried that you'd gone and gotten yourself killed."
The Doctor blinked. "Well, I wouldn't say it was that bad." He said running his tongue over his teeth as he turned and headed towards the TARDIS.
"He was pinned to the wall by a psychic pokemon and nearly fed to Shadow Raikou." Dialga deadpanned telepathically.
"Oi! I thought we agreed to not bring that up!" The Doctor said waving a hand at the pokemon who rolled his eyes and gave everyone else a look that read 'Do you see what I have to deal with?'
Rose laughed and poked the Doctor in the side. "See what happens when you don't have me around? You go and bite off more than you can chew!"
The Doctor sighed. "Well, anyways mission accomplished," He said clapping his hands turning to look at the two Lugia's. "We got your dad back from evils clutches, and Cipher should hopefully not be troubling anyone for a while."
The Lugia nodded grimly "We can only hope." He said before he looked down at his son and then back at the Doctor and his companions. "I owe you my thanks Doctor, Dialga," He nodded to the two. "Had it not been for you, they would've surely turned me into a monster, and for that you have my deepest thanks." He bowed.
"Oi what am I chopped liver?" Rose said jokingly making the Lugia look taken aback. Silver on the other hand laughed and went over to her and nuzzled her cheek.
"We're grateful to you too Rose," Silver assured her. "After all you kept the Cipher lady busy so the Doctor, Dialga and I could free Father, even though it was hard you didn't give up. Thanks."
Rose smiled and drew back frowning. "So you two will be off then? You sure you wouldn't like a lift on the TARDIS?"
Lugia dipped his head to Rose. "No, but thank you." Lugia chuckled. "The last time I took a ride with Dialga I ended up several years in the past. I think I'll pass."
Dialga growled narrowing his eyes at Lugia. "That was an accident!"
Lugia rolled his eyes as he spread his wings the plates on his back rising for takeoff. "So you claim,"
Silver nudged Rose playfully once more before the younger Lugia went over to his father. The two dipped their heads to the Doctor and his companions before they took off into the sky, the sunlight sparkling against their silver hides as they flew out of the base and towards wherever there home may be.
The silence left in the lugias wake lasted all of five seconds as the Doctor whipped around and headed towards the TARDIS. "All right, well now that that's taken care of lets be off,"
Dialga turned to follow the Doctor, Tropius happily following after the Doctor her head bumping against the Doctor's back she was that close. The Doctor glanced back at the Tropius and seemed to sigh giving up on the battle of getting her out of his personal space.
He opened the doors to the TARDIS and went inside grabbing the Time Ball.
"Sorry Dialga but it'd be a bit of a tight fit with you so if you don't mind." The Doctor said holding up the poke ball. The Dialga gave a snorting sound before a red beam of light erupted from the pokeball and sucked Dialga back inside. "Ah so that's how they go back in, brilliant!" The Doctor said tossing the time ball up and down. He beckoned for Rose and Tropius to enter. "Come on now, we want to get back to the beach before it gets dark," He called heading over to the console.
Tropius happily went in keeping her leafy wings close to her body so she didn't bang them against the door as she entered. Rose following after her.
"Now, then lets see if the old girl can land on the same spot." The Doctor said flipping some switches. "Allons-y!" He cried as he pulled a lever, the TARDIS slipping away.
Lying in a charred heap Lovrina propped herself up coughing slightly as she watched the TARDIS flicker away. Scowling she jabbed a finger at where it used to be, "You'll, you'll pay for this, someday you'll pay for sure!" She declared coughing. "Yo-you- ugh." She slumped over unconscious once more.

Rose laughed as Lily ran around playing a game of tag with a group of ratata the furret seeming to be enjoying itself as it chased after the purple and white rats.
Tropius was lying down on the warm sand its giant leaf like wings twitching every so often as the grass type relaxed in the glow of the setting sun.
"It's so beautiful here." Rose said as she turned her gaze out towards the ocean where the sunset's blazing reflection glittered on the water, the sky painted lovely shades of orange, pink and purple.
Beside her the Doctor smiled. "Yes this world is a beautiful place, filled with marvelous creatures, all of them just marvelous." He glanced towards Lily as the furret was helping up a Ratata who had stumbled the two laughing and chittering happily with each other.
"Even the humans?" Rose asked turning her head to study his face.
The Doctor frowned. "Well the ones we've met so far aren't so good, but I'm sure they've got their share of good humans here too." He shrugged. "Just haven't had the chance to run into them yet."
Rose nodded. "I wonder what they're like," She said. "Do you think they'd be like us? Going to work, to the same old job, going to school for most of their young life?"
The Doctor glanced at her. "Well you've met many people from different worlds and different times, what do you think?"
Rose looked thoughtful for a moment. "I think that they go on adventures with their pokemon, why sit around and work some boring job when you could be out exploring," She looked around at the island, at the phanphy that was bumping around a tumble weed like plant with the baby kangaskhan Rose had tripped over earlier, the mother Kangaskhan watching her baby from a spot beneath a nearby tree. "So many creatures to see, places to go, I couldn't bear the thought of leaving it unexplored. And I'm sure they feel the same way."
The Doctor nodded thoughtfully before he sighed and straightened up. "Well I think its time we moved on," He said glancing towards Tropius, before turning to Rose. "Now try to keep it quiet so we don't attract her attention." He said slowly moving back towards the TARDIS.
Rose blinked. "What and leave Lily and Tropius behind? You've still got Dialga though, why can't they come?" She asked glancing back at the TARDIS
The Doctor winced. "Well Dialga's a bit of an issue since I put him back in the console and…" He rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly. "The TARDIS has gone and locked the console again, I can't get him out."
Rose frowned. "So? I wanted to introduce Lily to my mum, and Tropius would be heartbroken if she found out you just upped and left her without saying goodbye."
The Doctor winced and then he frowned. "Hey wait a minute you didn't let me keep the horse! Why should I let you keep the pokemon!"
"That was different, it was big and smelly, and it wouldn't stay put."
"Well that's exactly what keeping Tropius would be like!" The Doctor said his voice a little louder than he'd meant and all the other pokemon turned to look at him including the grass type in question.
"Trop?" Tropius said in a soft voice its eyes starting to water as she got to her feet.
"And there you go you made her cry." Rose said shaking her head the Doctor wincing as he went over to Tropius.
"Tropius, listen I I can't take you with me," He said the grass type pokemon sniffling. "But, listen listen," He said placing a hand on her head the grass type looking up. "I promise that when I come back someday I'll come get you and you can come with me,"
"Trop?" Tropius perked up at that the Doctor wincing minutely.
"Y-yes, as long as I have Dialga one way or another I'll come back and you can come with me when I do so, just wait okay can you do that for me Tropius?"
"Trop!" Tropius said her wings flapping as she bobbed her head.
"Well that's good glad that-"
"TROP!" Tropius cried jumping onto the doctor knocking him to the ground.
"AGH! Tropius!" The Doctor cried as he was pinned under the grass type who was happily nuzzling his neck.
Rose who was watching this from afar went over to Lily pulling out something she'd snagged from the cipher base on their way out. She tapped the furret on the head Lily turning and opening her mouth when Rose put a finger to her lips.
"Quick," Rose presented the red and white ball she'd taken to Lily and held it out to her. "Get inside before the Doctor sees."
Lily blinked then her eyes widened. She glanced over to where the Doctor was struggling with Tropius pleading and shouting at her to get off him. The furret turned back to Rose and nodded pressing her nose against the pokeball.
Rose watched as the pokeball popped open and Lily disappeared inside in a flash of light. The ball didn't even need to rock before it clicked closed Rose grinning broadly in triumph before she quickly dropped it shrinking the pokeball and hiding it in her pocket.
"Rose!" The Doctor called flailing underneath Tropius. "Get her off me please!
Rose laughed rising to her feet and dusting off her pants. "Coming Doctor!" It couldn't hurt to take Lily with her right? The Doctor had Dialga and now she had her own Pokemon.
Rose grinned as she went over to the Doctor placing her hands on Tropius and coaxing the grass type off him. The Doctor taking in a huge breath of relief before he got to his feet and eyed Tropius warily for a moment before he sighed.
"Right, you say your goodbye's Rose?" The Doctor said making his way to the TARDIS dusting himself off as he went before opening the door.
Rose turned to follow after him before she paused as a soft soothing melody played over the wind. Blinking she turned around and watched in shock as a silver shape exploded out of the water throwing back its head and singing a strange ethereal melody that was both lovely and soothing. The silver pokemon glanced at her and seemed to smile before disappearing back into the sea with a splash.
Rose smiled softly as she watched the water settle. Then she turned and went over to the Doctor who was looking out at the water where Silver had disappeared.
"I'm ready to go now." She said stepping into the TARDIS the Doctor blinking for a moment before he closed the door and went over to the console Rose plopping down in the chair and looking around.
"So after all that fun, what next?" The Doctor said as he flipped several switched and turned a few knobs guiding the TARDIS back into the timestream. "Want to travel back to Shakespeare's time? Take a trip to the future? Or-" He trailed off when he saw Rose looking at something in her hands.
"How bout we visit home?" She asked returning it to her pockets. "It's been a while and Mum's probably missing me."
The Doctor winced at the thought of Jackie which drew his attention away from whatever it was that Rose had brought along. "Well, I'd rather not, but why not. To Earth then." He said pulling a lever and flipping some switches.
Rose laughed as the TARDIS rocked and jerked as it bounced through the time stream taking them back towards home.
Unbeknowst to either of them a small green caterpillar pokemon slipped out from behind a column and made its way under the grating before disappearing from sight in the lower levels of the TARDIS.

A/N:
FINALLY its done! Took me a freaking year and a half to finish this thing damn! But finally its over, and Rose has gained a new friend. And it seems we've also gained a stowaway in the TARDIS.
Anyways man am I glad to have this done. It got rough at parts but now its done and we can finally bring the second part of Doctor's Dialga to a close.
Im not sure if ill write another part anytime soon, mainly because I haven't been watching Doctor who in a while so there's no gurantees. But maybe if you guys leave lots of reviews ill be inspired to write more.
So I leave you with my solemn plea for reviews because I want to know what you think so far, what you want to have happen next and who do you think I'm plotting on having meet up with the Doctor from the pokemon world?
