I, Jinsei no ko, and my best friend, Karmadella, have hidden this book, where only those like us will find it. We have decided to record some of our past experiences in this book hidden in the tree hollow of the spooky dead birch tree everyone is afraid of. If you have found it, guard this book with your life, and never let Roger or Watari see it. We have written it in the order of steps and results, and have also recorded some of our experiences for laughs or reflection.

CLEANING YOUR ROOM

STEPS:

1. Put away the objects of great value.

2. Get two leaf blowers.

3. Set them to "Suck".

4. Put on safety goggles and earmuffs.

5. Suck up everything until the room is clean.

6. When Roger comes in and yells, set one blower to "Blow" and pelt him with stuff.

EXPECTED RESULT:

Roger threw open the white door to the room of Jinsei and Karmadella, the tricksters of the House. Three hours ago he'd told them to clean their room, and the fact something blocked the door as Roger tried to open it told him they didn't do it. He forced the door open.

Jinsei was a fourteen year old girl with pale skin and layered black hair. She was wearing a pair of her favorite faded jeans and a grey shirt that said "Great Smoky Mountains Accepting Donations Since 1934" on it where a pocket would be on a male's shirt. The clothes hung loosely on her thin, lanky frame. Jinsei was nearly six feet tall, despite her age, and had red Shinigami Eyes. At the time, no one in the House knew why her eyes were red, but Jinsei knew what they were. Her full name was Jinsei no ko and had been here for her entire life. Karma, her best friend, was a few inches shorter than her and had long brown hair that was pulled back in a ponytail and fell past the bottoms of her shoulder blades. Her frame was like Jinsei's; lanky and thin. Her clothes were a pair of boot-cut pants held up by a deerskin belt, and a purple shirt with wolves on it. She was fifteen, and her full name was Karmadella. She also had red eyes and knew what they were. The oddities of the two drew them together in friendship. Both wore no shoes. They didn't like shoes, but they DID like boots. Jinsei liked her combat boots, and Karma liked her winter hunting boots.

The friends were in their messy room, sitting in a small circle of seeable floor, staring into each other's eyes. They had been having a staring contest this entire time. Roger barked,

"This room is a mess! Get up and clean it! NOW!"

The girls ignored him, leaning closer, staring deeper into each other's red eyes. Roger carefully crossed to put a hand on the girl's shoulder, insisting,

"Hey! You two can finish your little game AFTER you clean this room!"

Both groaned loudly, rubbing bloodshot eyes and getting up, saying together,

"OKAY!"

Roger stood there for a while, watching the girls pick up and put away some of their most important items. He smiled and left. That's when the girls stopped. Karmadella asked with a grin,

"Do you have them?"

Jinsei grinned.

"Why wouldn't I~?"

The younger knelt where they'd stood and began moving loose planks. Beneath the floorboards, nestled in a perfectly shaped hollow, were two leaf blowers. Jinsei wiggled one out and gave it to Karmadella before pulling one out for herself. The friends stood back to back and smiled, saying together,

"Let's clean!"

An hour later, Roger returned. He was able to open the door without obstruction. He smiled a little, but when he saw Jinsei and Karmadella, leaning on leaf blowers filled to the brink with their less important stuff, he felt his stress growing. He growled through clenched teeth,

"I told you to CLEAN this room! Not suck everything up in leaf blowers I don't know WHERE you got!"

He kept ranting. Jinsei exclaimed,

"Nagging! Fire one!"

Two leaf blowers were pointed at him and a switch was flipped, and Roger was pelted with pounds of the friend's useless stuff.
