Dean waited outside the dressing room as Cas tried on the clothes he had picked out for him, "Dean, I"m not sure about these clothes. They don't feel right," Cas said from inside the change room. Dean smiled, "Just try them on, hurry I wanna see you!" Dean beamed excited to finally see Cas in something new. Cas walked out wearing jeans, an AC/DC shirt and a plaid long sleeve shirt on top. Dean shifted in his seat and stared at Cas in awe, "I feel ridiculous," Cas whined tugging at his clothing. Dean grinned and stood up to help Cas fix his outfit, "Here, let me help you," he said tugging and tucking in Cas' clothes. When Dean was done Cas looked in the mirror and frowned.
Dean stood beside the mirror his smile stretching from one ear to the other, "Dean, I don't know about this," he said complaining about how he looked so different and felt out of place. Dean frowned and walked up to him, "I think you look perfect," he whispered smoothing out Cas' shirt. Cas smiled and looked down at his feet, "I just-it feels so different, I'm nothing important anymore," he mumbled choking up. Dean bent down to look at Cas, "Hey, look at me..." He said grabbing Cas' face in both hands, "...You're important to me, don't ever think you're not," he said as he looked into Cas' eyes. Cas frowned and gripped on to Dean's jacket before falling into him.
Dean wrapped his arms around him and held onto him, "Shh, its okay Cas, you'll be okay I promise," he said rubbing his back. Cas cried into Dean's chest as he tried to speak, but Dean couldn't make out the words. He pulled Cas away from him and wiped his tears. Cas didn't look up at Dean, he just stared at his feet meanwhile Dean stared at him longingly. He couldn't take his eyes off him, "Cas," he sighed and grabbed onto Cas' shirt tightly, pulling him in closer, "Dean, what are you doing," he asked startled. Dean ignored his question and planted his lips onto Cas' softly kissing him. Cas kissed him back and placed his hands on either side of Dean's face. Dean pulled away from Cas to take a breath, then smiled. Cas smiled back, "So what was that for?" He asked blushing. Dean grinned, "A way of showing you just how important you are to me. Now go get changed," he said pushing Cas into the change room.
