Yuma finally hits the ground.
"I promised Astral that...?", Yuma thought as he remembers the talk he had with Astral yesterday night.
"Yuma, what's happened? Something's changed?", Naruto thought feeling something coming from Yuma as he stands back up.
"I said that to him ages ago... No way...back then...", Yuma says as his eyes widen remembering.
"Here I come, Yuma! I activate the effect of my "Overlay Accel"! By using one of the Overlay Units, I will attack again!", Astral yelled as Galaxy-Eyes Prime Photon Dragon Appeared behind Astral.
"When it's time for our serious parting Duel... I said I'd laugh!", Yuma thought.
"Go, attack Yuma directly!", Astral yelled as Roots begins charging up.
"Laughing in this Duel. Dueling is the most heart-pounding, exciting ,fun, thing to me, and yet I... Yet I... I just was crying, always... Did I lose...? Laughing from the bottom of my heart? He's been tryin to make me remember... He's...!", Yuma said as his eyes widen and smiles as Naruto's eyes widen feeling that Yuma's changed.
"Trap activate! "Must-Die Draw"! When I revive a direct attack by a monster with more attack than my life points... Then I draw a card and if its a trap card, the battle is negated and I can activate that card if abled! Astral, I remember the promise I made with you", Yuma said.
"Did you?", Astral said seeing if he's truly remembered.
"Just, how you we're tryin to make me remember...because you suck at being damn serious!", Yuma said smiling.
"Yuma...", Astral said as his smile widens.
"I remembered it, Astral, our promise...! I'll win against you, laughing with all my heart! Let me show you my future!", Yuma yells sticking his right hand in the air which glows bright yellow shocking everyone except Astral.
"Shining Draw?", Naruto said shocked at seeing him able to use it again thinking he lost that ability after the duel with Shark.
"In a Duel between the strongest Duelists, everything's inevitable! A duelist can even creat the very cards they draw! SHINING DRAW!", Yuma yells drawing his card!
"Yuma...indeed you are...a piece of me that I lost in that battle so long ago...! My other self...", Astral thought.
"I drew a trap card! Thus. The battles cancelled. Then I activate this Trap Card: Master piece! I can use two monsters, that have been sent to the graveyard by battle this turn, for an Xyz Summon!", Yuma yelled as Gagaga Samurai and Gagaga Gunman appears on the field shocking Naruto at this seeing him about to use two Xyz monsters for an Xyz summon.
"I overlay usin Gagaga Gunman and Gagaga Samurai! Xyz Summon!", Yuma yells as the overlay network explodes showing an image of the galaxy.
"Appear now, Future Number 0!", Yuma yells making Naruto's eyes widen feeling a new power coming from that image where a bright star like dot appears in the image.
"Pegasus, now be released to run free towards the future!", Yuma yells as a being with golden wings fits out if the image shining brightly.
"This is my creation if the world! This is my future! I'm feeling the flow! Future Hope!", Yuma yells as the newest Utopia dims down.
Number F0: Future Hope Rank 0 ATK 0
"A rank 0? I never seen anything like it?!", Naruto said shocked seeing the number that will guide the future?!
"Pretty...", Iris said seeing the rainbow light coming off of Future Hope which Rio nods agreeing.
"This is your future", Astral said which Yuma nods.
"Nothing about my future is decided yet!", Astral said as Yuma smiles more.
"Nothing about the future is decided yet! That's the possibility of the Rank 0!", Yuma said smiling to the bottom of his heart.
"That Number really is like you", Astral said smiling.
"Sure! Astral, this Duel, our very last one, I'll enjoy-enjoy-enjoy it, til the very last second!", Yuma yelled!
"Then come, Yuma! I end my turn with this!", Astral said.
"Yeah! Here I go! My turn, draw! I attack Utopia Roots with Future Hope!", Astral yells shocking them as Naruto smirks.
"Future Hope has 0 attack, you're attacking my Utopia Roots with 2000 attack?! What are you planning, Yuma?!", Astral asked him.
"Well, you don't know?", Yuma said still smiling.
"Is it another bluff?", Astral thought as he looks at Yuma's smile.
"I activate my Utopia Roots effect. When it battles an Xyz monster, by giving 1 overlay unit to my opponent, then until the end if this turn, Utopia Roots attack is the difference between monsters Ranks multiplied by 100 and multiplied by the difference to the opposing overlay units! Thus, Utopia Roots has 300 attack", Astral said.
Utopia Roots ATK 300
"I activate the effect of "Future Hope"! This card can't be destroyed by battle, my battle savage is zero!", Yuma yells as Future Hope's wings become like angel wings as it sends a barrage of feathers at Utopia Roots!
"Then I gain control of my opponents monster it battled, to battle against my opponent!", Yuma yells shocking Naruto and Astral.
"What?!", both say not expecting that!
"Go, Future Hope! Hope Sword Future Slash!", Yuma yells as Future Hope slashes Roots twice as it glows brightly!
"Now I've got the control of Utopia Roots!", Yuma yelled as Roots appeared on his side!
"This is the power of Future Hope?", Astral said shocked.
"Go, Hope Roots! Attack Astral directly!", Yuma yells as Roots slashes at Astral creating an explosion!
ASTRAL LP 550
"Pretty good, Yuma!", Astral said smiling.
"I set one card face-Shen and end my turn!", Yuma yelled setting a card.
Roots appears on Astrals side if the field again.
"Looks like your attack wasn't a bluff after all", Astral said as Utopia roots attack increases.
Utopia Roots ATK 2000
"That's the Astral I know! You went and lowered Roots attack points!", Yuma said smiling.
"If you actually found a possibility for the future, I knew there was no way it could be a bluff", Astral said to him.
"Dueling with you's the most exciting thing ever! Now bring it, Astral! Show me your full strength!", Yuma yelled pointing at Astral.
"Now this is where things get serious", Naruto said as Rio looks at him in surprise.
"Yuma, if your Rank 0 is the potential of the future, then I shall rise even higher then that!", Astral yells as his right hand glows brightly!
"All light shall become my power! All hope and aspiration radiates within my right hand! SHINING DRAW!", Astral yells drawing.
"It's here, Yuma! I activate the Hyper-Rank-Up Magic, Ultimate Force! As long as a Utopia is on the field, it ranks up a rank 10 or higher Number, and uses this card as an overlay unit! Rank-Up! Hyper Xyz Change!", Astral yells!
"Apoear before us, Number 99! Memories of my soul that were split apart! Now joining together as one united star, the will if God pierces though the sky like thunder! This is now the second final destination at the top of all Numbers! Hope Dragun!", Astal yells loudly as a mystical Dragon appears.
Number 99: Hope Dragun Rank 10 ATK 4000
"So that the Rank 10 Number 99... Hope Dragun...", Yuma says shocked.
"Here I come! I activate Hope Dragun's effect! Once per turn, it targets one Number in the graveyard, abd special summons it with its effect negated! Be reborn! Number 39! Beyond the Hope!", Astral yells.
Number 39: Beyond the Hope Rank 6 ATK 3000
"He even brought out Beyond... But Future Hope's effect will-", Yuma was cut off by Astral.
"Are you sure about that? Hope Dragun attack Future Hope!", Astral yelled as Hope Dragun began charging up a breath attack.
"No you don't! I activate Future Hope's effect once again! It can't be destroyed by Barrie and all damage is reduced to zero! I then gain control of the battling monster!", Yuma yelled as Hope Dragun's stops and glows brightly.
"It won't be that easy! Hope Dragun's other effect activates! When thus monster leaves my field, by detracting one Overlay Unit... That effect is negated! And all monsters other than Hope Dragun are destroyed!", Astral yells.
"Then that means...?!", Yuma as Beyond the Hope is destroyed while Future Hope begins to disappear! The sky darkens as the wind picks up as from the sky lighting hits the ground at Yuma's feet.
"I won't let you get away with it! I activate Future Hopes effect! By detaching one overlay unit, I negate this cards destruction! So you can't destroy my Future Hope!", Yuma yelled at him.
"But that is not what I was aiming for! The one I destroyed is Beyond the Hope! And the attack points of the destroyed monster are given to you as damage!", Astral yells shocking them!
"Not good! He planned that and made Yuma use an overlay unit!", Naruto said shocked.
Hope Dragun unleashes a breath attack at Yuma which connects sending him flying back.
YUMA LP 0
"Yuma now! Use it now!", Naruto yelled at him loudly knowing that it isn't over yet!
"I activate Future Hope's other effect!", Yuma yelled as he hits the ground rolling and dinky stops as he tenders his hand out towards Future Hope!
"By detaching one overlay unit, all effect damage I take is negated!", Yuma yelled as Future Hope shines a bright light on Yuma!
YUMA LP 300
"How did you?", Rio said which Naruto shrugs.
"I just had a feeling", Naruto said to her.
"I will now end my turn with that", Astral says ending his turn.
"Not too shabby, Yuma!", Astral said which Yuma gets up a little shakily as he smiles.
"Now this is what I call a final duel with you...and I ain't gonna let it end so quickly!", Yuma said as Naruyo smiles.
"I'm jealous...", Naruto said as Rio and Iris look at Naruto in surprise.
"There enjoying this duel from the bottom of there heart... Eheheh, I wish I was facing Yuma... We never decided who was better...", Naruto said with a smile as Rio smiles and Iris too.
"Give it your all you two", Naruto though smiling.
Yuma's face then shows some sadness.
"This will likely be the final turn... I... Astral...", Yuma thought.
"Okay, lets do this! My turn!", Yuma yells doing a back flips as he gets further away.
"I'm gonna bring it to ya! Draw!", Yuma yells as he draws and smiles.
"Astral... In gonna give this my all!", Yuma yelled smiling in which Astral smiles back.
"Bring it! Yuma!", Astral yelled.
"Future Hope attack Hope Dragun! I'm gonna gain control of your monster!", Yuma yells as Future Hope unleashes a barrage of feathers at Hope Dragun!
"It's useless! I activate Hope Dragun's effect! It negates the effect that removes it from the field, and it destroys Future Hope!", Astral yelled as Hope Dragun unleashes a red beam from its mouth at Future Hope!
"I activate Future Hope's effect! I detect one Overlay Unit and negate his destruction!", Yuma yelled which Future Hope glows brightly deflecting the beam towards the sky!
"Heh! The real fight starts now! Trap, activate! "I'm
Feeling The Flow, Challange"! During my turn's battle phase, it negates the effect of one Xyz monster that's attacking...and allows it to attack once again!", Yuma says shocking them!
"What is he planning?!", Naruto thought with wide eyes.
"I then activate ably her trap! "Braving Memory"! When two Numbers battle, for every Number in either player's graveyard, Future Hope gains 500 attack points during the battle! Thus, its attack points raise to 4000!", Yuma yelled shocking everyone!
Future Hope ATK 4000
"Awesome! It's Utopia, Shark, and Kites Numbers!", Tori said smiling at this.
"But its attack powers the same as Hope Dragun!", Anna said shocked!
"So they'll destroy each other?!", Nelson said also shocked.
"I activate Braving Memory's other effect! My monsters can't be destroyed in Barrie during this turn! Then, when the openers monster is destroyed, and they don't take damage, they can Barrie once again!", Yuma yelled as the two monsters lock in battle! Future Hope slashes two times destroying Dragun as Astral skids back from the explosion!
"Astral... When this next attack hits, I'll...", Yuma thought knowing what will happen.
"I'll attack you directly with Future Hope!", Yuma yells but Astral reveals his final card!
"It's not over yet! I activate the Continuous Trap, "The Door of Destiny"!", Astral yells which Yuma's eyes widen in shock.
"The Door of Destiny?!", Yuma said as he and Naruto appear before a door with Astral in front of it!
The Door of Destiny LV1 ATK 0
"Th-This place...!", Yuma said shocked as Naruto looks around never seeing this place before?
"Where are we?", Naruto said confused but unknown to him neither Astral nor Yuma could hear or see him.
"The continuous Trap, The Door of Destiny. It negates a Direct attack and special summons this card. And during my next turn, I can vanish any numbers from the graveyard, dealing 500 points of damage to my opponent for each. Unless you manage to destroy thus door, you lose", Astral said.
"It's because if this door that I met you... It's where everything began for us... That's right! Back when I first saw this door...!", Yuma said shocked.
"He who opens this door shall obtain a new power. However, as the price for this power...you shall lose that which is most important to you...", The Door of Destiny said.
"Astral... I see now! The thing that's most important to me... It's... It has been you! But I don't want you to...!", Yuma said as tears form on his eyes.
"Don't not be afraid!", Astral spoke shocking Yuma.
"Astral!", Yuma said.
"I know that you're still holding something in your hand. Use that have to open up the future! Do not fear the future, YUMA!", Astral yelled the last part!
"Astral, could you be...? In order to give me the courage to leave you...!", Yuma said shocked as Astral smiles.
"You're a hundred years too early to challenge me to a duel!", Astral yelled pointing at Yuma while smiling.
"Astral...", Yuma said as he smiles.
"Here I come! I activate the quick-play spell, Double or Nothing!", Yuma yelled as Future Hope glows brightly with the Emperors Key on its chest!
"When a monsters attack is negated, its attack power is doubled and it can attack again! Come, Future Hope!", Yuma yelled as the emperors key glows brightly.
Future Hope ATK 8000
"This is my true, final attack!", Yuma thought knowing this is his last attack.
"Now, come! Yuma!", Astral yelled as Future Hope flys up high as it comes down towards Astral full speed!
"Here goes, Astral!", Yuma yelled.
"Astral... I won't ever forget... The times we spent fighting together, crying together, laughing together, fighting each other, and making up... I know that if I fought Naruto alone in the past without you, he would have never went back to the way he was... Because you were always there by my side, that I was able to save him. But from here on out...", Yuma thought as tears comes down his eyes.
"I'm feeling the flow! I'm gonna cut open a path to the future! Hope Sword Future Slash!", Yuma yells as Future Hope slashes two times across The Door of Destiny destroying it as it suddenly explodes sending Astral flying.
ASTRAL LP 0
Astral smiles as he closes his eyes which he hits the ground hard. Naruto comes back to reality when the duel finally ended.
"It's over... Yuma won", Naruto spoke as he watches Astral get up which Yuma helps him up.
"That was splendid, Yuma", Astral said smiling.
"Yeah", Yuma says and everyone sees a green light in the sky above them as the Numeron Code is above them.
"That's...the Numeron Code", Naruto said shocked seeing it as everyone heard him.
"It would seem the time has come for us to part ways", Astral said as Yuma nods.
"Astral", Yuma said as Astral smiles more at his best friend.
"Yuma", Astral said as Yuka nods.
"I got it! I definitely ain't gonna cry!", Yuma said smiling at Astral who nods.
"That smile of yours showed me something... There's always another way. I hope to never forget that smile", Astral said to Yuma as they shake hands but Astral lets go as he begins floating up in the air towards the Numeron Code.
"I'm feeling the Flow", Astral says as Yuma takes a few steps forward.
"Astral! I'm feeling the Flow! She bring out your courage and take a step forward! So that, no matter what punch you're in, YIU never give up!", Yuma yelled as Iris is crying sad that Astral is leaving while Naruto and Rio are hugging her also crying.
"So you'll take up endless challenges! I'll never forget...about you! I won't ever forget!", Yuma yelled with tears of joy and sadness coming down his face.
"I, too, will never forget, Yuma!", Astral yelled also crying as the Numeron Code glows brightly.
"Astral! ASTRAL!", Yuma yelled as everything glows brightly blinding everyone!
DREAM
"Astral!", Yuma yelled but he realizes he's in total darkness?
"What happened? Where am I?", Yuma says confused as sided key he sees a crimson light which God Crimson Knight appears shocking Yuma.
"You're... God Crimson Knight?", Yuma said as Crimson nods which the world becomes white as Yuma wakes up in bed.
"A dream...?", Yuma said confused as he gets out if bed.
SCHOOL
"Everyone!", Yuma yelled with wide ares as he sees the seven Barian emperors as well as Kite!
"Yuma!", Todi said as they run to him congratulating him on his win and how they must have been brought back by the Numeron Code.
"Guys, where's Naruto? I need to tell him something!", Yuma said as everyone gets confused looks on there faces?
"Naruto... Big sis... Do you know a guy named Naruto?", Iris said as Rio shook her head making Yuma's eyes widen.
"Yuma, the duel must have tired you out, we don't know anyone named Naruto?", Shark said as Kite nods as Yuma's eyes widen in shock as he turns to everyone who shakes there heads. Yuma instantly tajes out him duel disk and clocks a button searching on the news from the past to see of Naruto was in the tournament. But when he looks at the tournament participants, there's no one named Naruto.
5 MINUTES LATER
"Sorry Yuma, but there's no one named Naruto who's listed as a student here?", Caswell said as Yuma's eyes widen in complete shock while there in the computer room, the others notice something.
"Yuma, your deck holder?", Tori said as Yuma looks to see it glowing which he opens it up and takes it out which his eyes widen.
Number 97: God Crimson Rainbow Knight Rank 4 ATK 3000 DEF 2500
"This is... Naruto's card...", Yuma says shocked as he suddenly looks to see God Crimson Knight next to him glowing brightly with rainbow color.
ASTRAL WORLD
"What I most feared happened... When Astral World and Barian World became one... The Void expanded... It's now the size of our world...", Ephias said next to Don Thousand and Astral.
"So that's why you banded the chaos from Astral world, to force The Void World to stay dormant and be forced to be between the three worlds but now with both worlds fusing, the void expanded once again... It's not doing anything for some reason which isn't right...", Don said as Astral nods.
"Yes... I wonder what's happening within it?", Astral said not liking this.
INSIDE, THE VOID WORLD
"Seems that we weren't able to erase all the memory's of Naruto...", Nightshrowd said as the Nether World King nods.
"The way he dueled, he will become a thorn in our side", The Nether World King said.
"It's unfortunate. We missed one but, Yuma will become a problem...", The Great Leviathan says. All of them sitting on steps to a throne.
"We must stop Yuma before he can get others to help his cause, but not yet...", Zorc said as all of them turn to the throne chair turned the opposite direction which you can see the universe clearly if you sat in the throne.
"Don't worry my Lord. We'll take care of them. We don't want you to use your "negative Number" to stop them", Zorc said as all four bow to the one sitting in the throne. In the throne is a darkened figure who has his left hand on his head watching the universe. He has a blood red aura coming off him while he's holding a number consumed by the red aura, the only thing visible of the card is its name.
Number N100: Dragonic Overlord
The figure says nothing as he watches the universe.
