Anyway, major spoilers for my other Avalon Code prose story To Be, but who cares since who knows when I'll update it anyway. That one just has more details. This is the fun summed up version!

Song 7: Zero to Hero
(Based on "Zero to Hero" of Disney's Hercules)
[Tia and Duran the Kaleilan army in order to find the next spirit, Neaki, whom Rempo senses is the next closest Spirit. The army is ambushed when they arrive at a Kaleilan stronghold called the Wargliss Fortress. The Kaleilans are shocked by the Waisen soldiers who appear human but burst out of their armor as monsters, but quickly adapt. Tia later runs into Duran, who drags her to hide somewhere within the fortress. While he hides, however, she is discovered by the Waisen General Heath. She pretends to be a refugee caught in the war, prompting him to release her. She leaves Duran to find Neaki where Rempo and Mieli sense him: beneath the fortress. Searching for her location, Tia falls into a large, unnatural hole in the ground and meets Haochy, an inventor, who was injured during the initial ambush of the fortress. She forges ahead (or below, really) and finds Neaki-unfortunately, that leads her to the Fiend she was sealing, an old, formidable enemy of the Spirits called Amorphes. She manages to trick him into swallowing one of Haochy's bombs, causing his innards to explode all over the area. It's disgusting. Nevertheless, she escapes with Haochy and the three Spirits.
There is still the problem of the Waisen troops outside the fortress. Haochy, who has discovered that Tia can perform miracles, demands that she create several bombs for his plan. They plant the bombs across the battlefield, which will cause severe environmental damage, but nobody quite thinks of that. At any rate, Tia is nearly caught in the crossfire as she detonates them and passes out. When she awakens, the Waisen troops have been defeated, and the Kaleilan troops cheer triumphantly, carrying her on her back as they march back to the fortress. The Spirits fly around her as she's carried.]
[Tia:]
Guys...I gotta admit...that was pretty heroic.
[Rempo:]
You did it, Tia! You did it-you won by a landslide!
[Not far from the battlefield, Valdo looks like he wants to explode. Werman tries to calm him down while Heath watches from within the fortress, hidden from the victorious Kaleilan troops.]
[Heath:]
Well...what do you know?
[Mieli:]
From that day forward, our Chosen One could do no wrong. She was so hot-
