A/N: I know I've been gone for a while and I honestly wanted to come back sooner but one of my best friends passed away and I also lost one of my uncles. I'm still trying to get back into the swing of things so I hope it's okay. So, now that I'm back let us go on with the story.

"Have you guys been behaving while we were gone?" Alejandra asks

" Of course we have, you know us better than that, Alejandra." Puck says grabbing a cup from the cabinet.

"I'll take that as a no then." She replies

Before anything else can be said the front door opens and Mr. and Mrs. Lopez walk in. They see Carlos and Alejandra and immediately go hug them.

"When did you twerps get here?" Antonio asks putting Carlos in a playful head lock.

"We just go in this morning. Decided to come home early and surprise you guys." Carlos tells his dad before pushing him away.

"Well you came in the nick of time because your mom is having a cookout today, so that means we have to go get some stuff" Antonio says

Carlos and Antonio leave to go to the store well Maribel prepares the side dishes.

"Mami, can I talk to you for a second?" Santana asks

"Sure, hija, what is it?"

"I was wondering if you could talk to abuela when she gets here. It's just that I really like Rachel and I don't want her to scare her off." Santana tells her

"Honey, everything will be fine, besides, it's your cousin Justin you need to worry about." Maribel says before putting something in the oven and going upstairs.

Santana goes to the living room where she finds everyone else watching a movie. She takes the seat next to Rachel and asks what movie they are watching.

"Something called Transit."

When the movie is almost over Carlos and Antonio come back and get the grill ready. Shortly after people begin to arrive.

There's a knock on the door and Santana goes to answer it. Her uncle Jose and his family are standing there. She lets them in and the two teenagers, Julianna and Justin, follow her to the living room.

It is no secret that her cousin Justin is a player. As soon as he sees Rachel he goes to flirt with her.

"What's up sweetheart, want to come hang with the Justinator?" He asks throwing his arm around her.

Rachel shrugs his arm off, stands up and walks over to Santana.

"No thanks, I think I'll stick with, Santana" Rachel tells him

"Oh come on, I-"

Justin is cut off by Santana

"Justin she said no, now leave her the fuck alone."

"Oh really, what are you going to do about it if I don't?" Justin asks smirking at her

"I will kick your scrawny ass right now." Santana says glaring at him. "I don't think you want that so your best bet is to leave my girlfriend alone."

"Whatever, I don't have time for this." Justin says as he walks out to the patio.

"Are you okay, babe?" Rachel asks Santana grabbing her hand.

"Yeah, I'm alright, he always does that and it pisses me off." Santana tells her, walking to the staircase and going up to her room.

Thirty minutes later she comes down and joins the party outside. She finds Quinn and Puck chilling by the pool.

"Hey guys where are the babes?" She asks sitting down

"They're talking to your abuela right now." Puck answers

"Dios mio, I hope she doesn't say anything crazy." Santana says just as fout pairs of little feet come running over

"We haven't seen you all day Sanny." One of them says

"I know guys but what's up?" Santana asks

"Abuela wants to talk to you, Pucky and Quinnie."

They go over to where she is and sit down.

"How have you been doing, Santana?" Alma asks with a smile

"I've been great. So what did you want to talk about?" Santana asks

"Straight to the point I see. I wanted to talk about your relationships." Alma turns to Sam, Brittany and Rachel. "Puck and Quinn are like grandchildren to me and I just want to be sure that they're in good hands."

"That's very considerate of you, abuela, but we're definitely in good hands." Quinn says

"Good, are any of you having sex?" Alma asks

"Abuela!" Puck, Quinn and Santana yell in embarrassment.

"What? I have to know these things. I don't need any great grandchildren just yet." Alma states with a laugh.
