"Kouki, when I grow up, will you stay with me?" a young Akashi Seijuuro asked his favorite babysitter.

"Eh? Um..." Furihata Kouki didn't know how to answer that. When he met the child, the child was exploring his uncle's mansion during a dinner party between his uncle and Seijuuro's parents.

Kouki had a small sprain from basketball practice earlier that week. His uncle, the ever overprotective guardian, had him stay over the weekend. Since he needed bed rest, he didn't leave his room. So when he woke up to see two glittering red ruby eyes starring at him, he was quite surprised.

For some weird reason, little Seijuuro became attached to Kouki, even asking his chauffeur to drive to Kouki's high school to see him during his basketball practice.

"Either he's got weird taste or you've become a loli killer," said a teammate of his.

"I hope not..." Kouki replied as he tried teaching Seijuuro how to play basketball in the corner of the gym.

After Seijuuro's parents found out about his field trip to Kouki's high school, they arranged with his uncle for Kouki to be Seijuuro's babysitter, so that Seijuuro can wait at home for Kouki, instead of disturbing the high school basketball's practice.

"Will you stay with me?" Seijuuro asked again.

"Um...Sei-chan, how about you ask me that again in ten years?" Kouki replied. "I know ten years is a lot of time, but right now, I can't stay with you."

"Ten years..." Seijuuro looked downcast and discouraged. Kouki's heart went 'kyuun' at his look. Then Seijuuro looked determined. "Okay. In ten years, I'll ask you that and then you stay with me."

"Sure." 'I don't know about that...'

Ten years later...

"Kouki, will you stay with me?"

"Eh?" Kouki looked at one of his new students after school. He had just transferred into Teikou High school, a school famous for its basketball team. Today was his first day as a full-fledged teacher, so how in the world did he get a confession so quickly? And from a male student to boot? But now that he looked at his student, he looked familiar.

"Sei...Sei-chan?"

I know I had said that I would be on Hiatus due to college, but I couldn't resist. I love this pairing and I had wanted to upload this for their day, but I missed it.
