chapter 6: The Heartfilia Mansion Part 1

Lucy P.O.V

After getting all of them to a seat and calmly explaining why I decided to leave alone I glanced up to Ezra. Hoping to see a forgiving face instead of an angry one.

' i never get what I want do I?'

Ezra looking so pissed in the seat just across from mine just stayed silent..which was surprising...

"Lucy...," a soft voice began to spoke "you can't just leave without telling us. We were worried about you..."

It was Mira-San speaking. Making Mira-San upset always made me feel like the worst person in the world. She is always so kind to everyone and especially me, always worrying about me. So when she said that I immediately took it to heart.

"...sorry, I just don't want to make you guys get involved...what if something happens? I'd feel a lot better if it's just me getting hurt rather than all of my nakama"

"Lucy-San, if you were to get hurt we'd all feel bad about not being able to protect you. So please..." Wendy said tears forming in her eyes.

"Bunny-Girl? You've got a lot of nicknames blondie." Said Laxus.

"Need I remind you that you are ALSO a blonde Laxus?"

That's when Natsu woke up from the nap he was taking on my lap and began yelling about how he wanted to be part of the fight too. Temporarily forgetting his motion-sickness then soon after remembering and passes out in the of the trains floor. Throughout all this Wendy soon began laughing with the rest of us friends.

'Maybe I should have told them...they care about me so much yet I just left without word...I should trust them to help me when I need it...they are my friends. My nakama'

Timeskip: 3hrs.

After getting off the train and walking all the way through my family's old land we finally reached the mansion itself.

"What should we do first Luce?" Asked Natsu who hasn't left my side since he recovered from his motion-sickness...we'll I did carry him off the train so, I guess he didn't leave my side at all.

"I want to check my fathers study first."

We walked inside, I felt a bit embarrassed because it was a first time for most of them- being here inside my first home that is, but we continued walking and soon reached my fathers study.

Lissanna P.O.V

*sigh* I know Lucy is in trouble and...I know that Natsu likes her but..he's always there for her. Like for example today he hasn't Lucy's side he even made her carry him. I just wish Lucy would disappear. Just for a day. So I can calmly get over my first .

Natsu P.O.V

We are getting nowhere with this search. I mean we have been searching for hours a nod only found one clue about the Phoenix-things. It was a poem called 'hottest sunset' I read it like three times already and still I don't understand. I'm not much of a hard worker but if it's for Lucy I am willing to read.

I tried not to complain about how bored I am but its obviously showing because I seemed to be following Lucy like a lost puppy-dragon-dragonpuppy...man I'm bored.

Just when is was about to die of boredom a loud screech could be heard from outside...and suddenly it was insanely hot...even for me.

"What the hell was that?" Ice freak said.

Then Lucy stopped dead in her tracks dropping all appears and book that were in her arms to the ground and ran.

"Lucy!" I yelled being the first to follow after her. The others started following behind and to our surprise what was waiting outside for us was a very large, hot, fire Phoenix.
