Serena: So... I don't really have an excuse this time... so... I'm letting Diana to handle the rest! Good luck!
Diana: She's as cowardly as ever so don't mind her. The thing is... the school is killing the life of us!
Lucy: Then you should work more on your grades.
Erza: That's right, you two. Work better and make more chapters.
Diana: Somebody just do the disclaimer...
Happy: Aye Sir! Serena and Diana doesn't own Fairy Tail!
The light was all in the room when Lucy opened her eyes in the morning. She was looking directly on the window. All there could be seen was a sea of white. The first snow had finally fallen. Even now, big snowflakes were pouring down from the heavens. Before she knew it, a smile appeared on her face and turned her face to her beloved Zeref. But the smile vanished and was replaced by a dump and confused look as she rubbed her eyes. For a moment she thought she was dreaming but soon realized it was all real. Between her and Zeref, climbing more towards him, was sleeping soundly a little girl which looked no more than 8 years. While processing this image, Lucy's eyes were walking from Zeref to the girl and back to Zeref. An angered look appeared on Lucy's face as she saw the same hair color between the two and she got up the bed and hit Zeref really hard.
"A-Auch! Luce! What was that for!?" Zeref asked while rubbing his head.
"F-For what!? For this you idiot! She looks exactly like you!" Lucy said holding the child in her hands while raising her to Zeref's face to see her better. "Care to explain what is a child doing in our room!?"
"Ahhh…" He remained speechless and looked at Lucy then at the girl who was still sleeping. "Well… if you put it this way… she looks more like you than me… just look." Just then Lucy looked better at her FACE, and was shocked to see that she truly resembled her. She then put the girl back on the bed and both her and Zeref were now looking at her.
"We didn't do anything, right…?" Lucy asked in a murmur.
"We didn't… But… her… how?" Zeref asked confused as well and right then the girl seemed to awaken and before seeing the two adults near her she yawned. She had Lucy's eyes as well. Then she turned her head towards them and they looked like being lit suddenly.
"Mama! Papa!" She said in a sweet voice while smiling.
"Mama…?" "Papa…?" the two of them repeated dump. "What!?"
"Is that even possible!?" Lucy asked shocked.
"I don't think it is. But… what if by any chance…" Zeref began.
"Lalalala! I don't want to hear!" Lucy was repeating while covering her ears. Not much after this scene, the two calmed down and were again looking at the girl.
"So… who are you?" Lucy finally asked.
"Uh-huh! I'm Adriana!" the girl said with the smile still on.
"Adriana? That's such a nice name…" Zeref began but this time Lucy was glaring at him. "I mean! This isn't helping us at all…." He changed it.
"Adriana… would you mind telling us what you're doing here then?" Lucy asked not sure if the girl would understand or not.
"That's because you called me here." Adriana simply said.
"We… called you?" Zeref asked confused.
"Uh-huh! Last night I was called on earth by you two! So you are my Mama and Papa now! Take care of me from now on!" Adriana said like a little child she was.
"Hai…" both adults said not knowing what else to say at the moment. That time, they heard Mira shouting from the kitchen to hurry up so that's what they did. They changed and together with the little girl they went down upstairs. Everybody from the room rubbed their eyes thinking they're dreaming as well. But it was all real.
"Lucy…" Levy murmured.
"I know…" Lucy sighed.
"So, who's she…?" Happy asked.
"Uh-huh! I'm Adriana! Take care of me from now on!" the black haired girl said.
"Somebody explain to me too…" Lyon murmured feeling like a headache would come very soon.
"I would like to know as well…" Juvia said.
"Well… practically… she's our… daughter?" Zeref said chuckling nervously.
"Your what!?" everybody from the room shouted.
"How cute! She looks exactly like you two! Look Lucy, she's got your eyes!" Mira said while playing with Adriana in the air.
"Uh-huh! Auntie Mira, I'm hungry!"
"Hai, right away!" Mira said smiling and placed some pancakes on the table for Adriana.
"Wait a minute… how does she know how Mira's called?" Charla noticed first. Everybody was now looking at the girl who was eating happily pancakes.
A few minutes later
"So that's how it is…" Wendy murmured.
"She's a devil little princess who came from hell because of Lucy and Zeref…" Levy murmured too.
"She's such a sweet girl thought… Ne, ne… let's keep her." Mira said enthusiasmed at the thought.
"She's not a pet you know?" Lyon murmured.
"Well… I think we're taking this better than Lucy, anyway…" Juvia murmured and everybody turned their attention to Lucy who was going back and forth with Zeref's collar while shouting angrily.
"I thought you were supposed to know things like these you idiot! I'm never kissing you again! Hear me!? N-E-V-E-R!" she kept on shouting many things but if we were to write them all down I'd have write until morning so let's pass.
"Hai…" Zeref murmured crying in the funny anime way like he was some sort of paper figure in the wind.
"So, Adriana, you're actually 7 years old, right? We should have you play with Wendy then!" Mira said happy and Adriana nodded her head.
"Let's play nicely, Adriana! Charla and Happy too!" Wendy replied smiling as well.
"Even so… is it really such a good idea to raise a child in this environment?" Lucy asked and the rest noticed she finished with her 'drama'.
"It's alright, Luce! Don't you see how much she looks like you? Plus she's a hell princess! She'll be fine here. Ne? Adriana?" Zeref said proud of HIS little girl.
"Uh-huh! Papa! I wanna go out with you and Mama today!" she said while being in his strong arms.
"As you wish, princess." He said smiling playing with her as Lucy sighed smiling. She didn't had a choice anyway. Plus… how hard was it to raise a child anyway?
Some time later, the happy family was out in Hargeon as Lucy kept saying she wanted to go there. Little Adriana had some new clothes on her, which were anyway so hard to choice as she didn't wear anything which didn't contain Black or Red or Purple. She was wearing a goth Lolita dress which Mira made of some of Wendy's newest clothes as they were the closest in size. But today, they were planning to buy Adriana new things as well, and until tonight when they returned, the house was to be remodeled by Sculptor and a few other of Lucy's spirits.
"Mama! There! A black cat!" Adriana shouted happily and pointed to a black cat which crossed their way. Both Lucy and Zeref noticed her lack of interest in normal things a child her age would like. Instead she liked dark things and didn't even flinch at the word pain or death. She was very used to these as they saw.
"Now, now… don't leave our side, Adriana. Papa will get worried if you do." Lucy said mocking Zeref with a smirk.
"Don't trust her, Adriana-chan! She'd be much more worried than Papa would. After all she is your Mama." Zeref said returning the smirk.
"Uh-huh! Adriana loves both Mama and Papa! Adriana will not leave you either! Forever!" Adriana promised an her pigtails flew as she jumped into the air.
Because Adriana wanted some ice-cream Zeref went to search for some while Lucy stayed to take care of Adriana.
"Mama, Mama! You were in that guild weren't you?" Adriana suddenly asks after seeing a woman with a magazine and Fairy Tail on the cover. Lucy saw it too but didn't lost her smile.
"Eh, I was in it. But I swore to bring them on your knees for what they did to me. I'm going to take everything from them away." The blonde said.
"Uh-huh! They really deserve it for making Mama mad! But what if they take me away from you as well? What would Mama do then?" Adriana asked curious for her mother's answer.
"Then Mama and Papa would start a war. Just for your sake, Adriana. Just so we can have you back, ok? So never be afraid. We'll be there for you anywhere. But you never must tell who you or Papa are. Understood? Never tell anybody aside the ones in our family." Lucy explained and the girl nodded.
"Look, Rogue! Frosch saw the fairy!" Lucy heard and looked towards the sound. She then saw the shadow dragon slayer, Rogue, and his exceed, Frosch.
"Rogue! No, wait. It's Ryos after all." Lucy said emotionless remembering the Games a few months back.
"Oh, it's you. And I still go by Rogue." The black haired mage said.
"I see then." Lucy answered.
"What are you doing so far from your guild? A mission?" he asked curious as he didn't feel her's or another fairy's presence around at all.
"I'm not a resident of Fairy Tail anymore." She stated. Rogue raised an eyebrow after hearing this.
"Mama, who is this person? And that cat looks like Happy and Charla! Kawaii!" Adriana shouted smiling while looking at Frosch.
"Frosch is not a cat! Frosch is an Exceed!" the green exceed in the pink frog costume said.
"That's right, Adriana. Exceeds are Exceeds. Not cats. Happy and Charla too." Lucy said smiling towards the little girl who was now pouting understanding.
"Ma…ma?" Rogue repeated visibly shocked. "Is this girl your daughter?"
"Yes. I'm her mother." Lucy said smiling slowly. Truly, Rogue could see the same faces and eyes in the two. It was just the pitch black hair which made them different in appearance.
"I see… Then are you living in this town now?" Rogue asked trying to link the information with another.
"Aren't you asking a little too many questions? It shouldn't matter to you. You had won anyway." Lucy said.
"Won…? You mean the Games? Well… we did won. But you were on the second place back then. I'm sure Fairy Tail will be a great completion this year too." Rogue stated. Then Lucy smirked thought she tried hiding it.
"I wouldn't bet on it if I were you." She murmured and Adriana too giggled. But then Lucy stood up while holding Adriana's small hand within her's. "Saa, let's go, Adriana. The others are waiting for us to get home." She said smiling to her little girl and without adding anything else to Rogue she left.
With Juvia and Lyon
"Adriana is so cute~ But I'm still a little confused as why she came here." Juvia while mixing some dough for cookies as Mira was bringing the plants inside together with the rest.
"Well, it's not like that matters. She's going to stay here anyway." Lyon said while sitting near her.
"It almost sounds like you don't like her." Juvia said with a small smile without turning her eyes from the pot she's mixing in. But in the next moment she found herself pinned against the wall with Lyon near her face.
"And what do you mean by almost? You're the only princess for me, you know this." He whispered in her hear which caused her to blush like a tomato.
"L-Lyon! Stop please!" she yelped trying to push him but without success. Instead she found herself hugged tightly by the white haired man.
"Juvia… I love you… I love you so much… I'll be forever by your side… so… don't ever leave me!" he murmured while not taking his head from her shoulder. She was left with her eyes widened. She was truly shocked and speechless.
"Lyon…" she found it the only word she was capable of saying right now. Then Lyon stood straight once again with a sad smile on his face.
"I know… You still don't love me. But I'll wait, Juvia. And even if you do not come to love me, I'll stay by your side as long as I live and further." He said and turned to leave but Juvia threw herself in his back hugging him and that stopped him from leaving. "Juvia…?" he murmured.
"Promise…" she murmured as well and searched to grab his hand with her owns. "Promise you'll never let go of this hand… Promise…" she murmured not taking her head from his coat. He smiled and grabbed her hand as well with his eyes closed.
"I promise…my princess…"
But even if they didn't know… a white haired girl was overhearing all their conversation with a smile on her face as she giggled slowly.
With Erza
As in the last few days, she was seating on the river bank looking towards the sunset. So many things were crossing her mind, but she didn't seem to solve them. She was so saddened. She felt like living in a word of broken words. Not only the three girls first left, but then Happy too, and Mira, Wendy and Charla followed. She felt like her family was breaking apart one by one. But deep inside her, she knew very well their reason of leaving. She honestly wanted to break apart of it all. And go after her sisters. But she couldn't. She had a duty of Fairy Tail. She had her might as Titania. But she felt so cornered.
"Why do I have to choose? Simon… please tell me…" she asked calling for her dead friend to help her. She truly didn't know what to do anymore…
With Natsu
Lucy… that name was crossing his mind every now and then. And Happy, his childhood partner… he lost both of them in a blink of eye. Before he even realized what happened around him, he found himself all alone. Even if Lisanna and some other told him not to blame himself, he couldn't help him. And even if Lisanna was helping him with everything, she couldn't replace Lucy.
"Lucy… I'm sorry… but is there something in this world I can do to have you back…?" he asked in the air while thinking about Lucy.
With Gray
For an ice mage to actually feel cold was abstract. But even so… that was how he felt. His heart was feeling so lonely and he figured it's because of his late actions. He figured he liked Juvia. Not loved, but liked. How she always cared for him, how she always stalked him. He knew he lost these. And even if she could be annoying at times… he missed her stalking. And not just Juvia, he missed everybody. He lost the guild it once was. And he didn't like it.
"Forgive me… Juvia… Minna…" he murmured from the roof of his house.
With Gajeel
He didn't want to admit this… but he missed the short bookworm a lot. He often cursed himself for saying what he did. He didn't even want to admit the fact he said all these. But blaming it on somebody else when it was clearly his doing… it was too shameful. He kicked an empty can on the street as he walked into the snow without anything warm to cover him.
"Damn it all!" he lastly cursed. "Shrimp…" he slowly murmured as he walked further.
With Romeo
He didn't like the fact that Wendy and the rest weren't there anymore. But the especially missed Wendy. And thought his still child's eyes, he could see clearly that a big change occurred with Lucy, Levy and Juvia. He was afraid that the same change will occur with Wendy too. He liked her to be honest. He liked her very much. And he was sure she liked him back. Then why? Why did she leave? For Lucy? For her own? He couldn't explain it. But what he was more and more desiring now… was to see her. See her and talk with her like usual.
Serena: I hope I'll be able to update at least one chapter per week. So... see you next week everybody!
Diana: And don't forget to review! It doesn't hurt to write something of your mind and share it with us, you know?
