Disclaimer: I do not own Subway Surfers! Story is based off the newest Subway Surfers "Sydney, Australia" update. Hope you enjoy!

POV: Lucy

There was no question as to why Jake liked Kim. She was beautiful and funny, and was one of the best surfers we'd ever had on the team. And of course, she was Australian!

Jake wouldn't admit his affection for Kimberly Wilkerson but it was clear as could be the minute we landed in Sydney. Kim was a graffiti artist who had heard of the Subway Surfers and was eager to be our guide when she got the news that we were coming to her hometown in Australia.

Tricky, my best friend, pushed her glasses up her nose. "Who do you think our guide will be this time?"
Squished between her, Yutani, Brody, and King as we rode down an escalator, I was too uncomfortable to answer.
Tricky sighed. "I just miss Roberto." It wasn't a secret that she had gotten her first kiss on our trip to Italy.

Jake led our group of 15 "Subway Surfers" out of the airport and into a whole new world. It was fitting that he led our group - he was a natural leader.

Prince K jumped in front of the group, stretching out his arms and leaning back. "Wellcommee tttoooo Syydneyyy!" Khalid, or "Prince K" as he liked to be called, was the son of multi-millionaires and really did live like a prince. He'd been to Sydney tons of times before, and was the one who had sent us on the 'Sub-Surf World Tour'. Australia was our fourth stop: so far we'd been to NYC, Rio, Rome, and now Sydney.

"Hello everybody!" a voice called out in a mellow Aussie accent. We whirled around to see a tanned, skinny girl just our age waving in our direction. A green feather dangled from her curly bronze hair, freckles peppering the bridge of her nose.
Jake gulped as the girl reached out and shook his hand. "I'm Kimberly Wilkerson, your guide. You can call me Kim."
"H-h-hello Kim."
Kim came around and exchanged introductions with each of us. When finished, she stepped back and observed us head to toe. "And whatcha here in Sydney for?" She inquired, even though she already knew the answer.
Yutani, always dressed in her chubby green alien costume, waved her hand violently in the air. "I'm looking for P42 Wallaby Way, Sydney!" Tricky rolled her eyes, but Kim just laughed. "Well, we'll see if we can find it!"

Kim led us to a decked-out, graffitied bus at the end of the parking lot. Hopping in the front seat, she motioned for us to get in. "Nice ride," I mumbled, although for some reason, I was NOT a fan of this chick.

I felt trouble stirring in the air, but I knew Jake - oh, Jake, - would be too blind to see it.
