A/N: After watching the OVA "Tip off", and reading KuroBasu Replace I's 2G and 4G, I got this weird idea of putting the Seirin team on a group date with the GoM! After imagining the outcome, I suddenly couldn't sleep at all last night and used all my sleeping hours just to type this crazy idea of mine. If this idea is already used by someone, it's just a coincidence. I hope you'll enjoy this! And please write a review if I should continue or if this idea is already used. Thanks! By the way, I also like to thank other readers again for reading my KiKuro fanfics! My recent work is 'A Lucky Charm on Rainy Days'. Read it if you're interested! ^^
Disclaimer: I do not own Kuroko no Basket but I do own the cross-dressing styles! *chuckles evilly*
Summary: Realizing that Koganei is the only one who has a girlfriend among the Seirin Team members, the Seirin boys with no love lives finally decide to have a group date while forcing Kuroko, Mitobe and Kagami to join as well. But, with whom? Leave it to the Glamorous GoM!
Chapter 1: 'The Beginning of Seirin High School's White Book of Youth'
After a tiring basketball practice at the basketball court, the Seirin Team went to the locker room to take quick showers and to change their clothes. Tsuchida was absent for some reason and the first year trio: Furihata, Fukuda, and Kawahara were still cleaning the basketball court so the locker room seemed spacious for them right now. All of their sweaty bodies were totally worn out but all the harsh trainings, that they'd overcome, made their bodies so muscular and well-toned, except for the teal-haired boy who unconsciously lifted his left arm and tried to squeeze out his muscles but sadly, only a small bump appeared. The loud sound of drizzling water filled the locker room and then suddenly the ring tone of Koganei's phone resounded, distracting the quiet players. All of their heads turned to face the ringing phone with curiosity. They're not curious about who's the caller for they already knew who it was. The only thing that made them puzzled was . . .
"Why did Koganei choose 'A Thousand Years' as a ring tone?!" they thought in unison, except Kuroko, who thought that the ring tone was making him sleepy, and Mitobe, who just yawned while arranging his clothes.
"Koganei-sempai, your phone is ringing!" informed Kagami loudly since Koganei was still taking a shower.
"Oh! Okay! I'll be there right away!" answered Koganei. After that answer, they could no longer hear the drizzling sound coming from the shower room and then they saw their monkey-like teammate, covered with towel, happily coming towards the bench and picked up his phone to answer his girlfriend. Yes, he had a girlfriend . . . The only guy, among the famous team, who had a girlfriend. They're not jealous or anything, of course!
"Hello, my sweetie honey sugar pie~!"
"Eww~!" the rest of the team mumbled under their breaths while sticking out their tongues in disgust. However Kuroko wondered if that's tasty. They're not really jealous or anything, of course!
After nodding a countless times while listening to his talking girlfriend, Koganei's expression abruptly became surprised. The team noticed this so they discreetly paid attention on what the two lovebirds were talking about right now.
"Umm . . . Do you want to have a date with me now . . . ?" Mitobe's sister asked on the other line.
Koganei blushed. "S-Sure! Let's have a date. Where do you want to go?"
"Hmm . . . How about the new café? My friends told me that there are tons of great sweets there! Wanna try it out?"
"Yeah, let's go there! I'm gonna pick you up by 5:00PM, okay?"
"Okay! Thanks. You're so sweet . . . That's why I love you . . ."
Koganei chuckled with a red face. "I'm doing this because I love you, too, you know!"
After hearing those, the team was gaping with bulged eyes, except Kuroko and Kagami who just ignored them since they're not interested anymore. They're totally jealous now, of course!
"E-EHH~?! How lucky is this guy?!" they yelled mentally as if they're complaining to the gods why their monkey look-alike teammate had a girlfriend. After Koganei clothed himself with his black uniform, he faced them beside the door.
"Guys, I'll leave first! I have a date~!" said Koganei with a teasing grin on his face as he bid farewell to his jealous teammates, who were almost at the brink of destroying anything inside the locker room, even Hyuga was on his 'Clutch Time' mode.
"GO DIE, KOGANEI~!" the rest of the team shouted madly right after the said teammate left the locker room, and Hyuga also threw his pair of sports shoes but unfortunately it only hit the door.
"This is bad . . . We're getting jealous of Koganei!" hissed Izuki while he sat on the bench with crossed arms.
"Yeah . . . Back then, we didn't mind that because we love basketball more than anything," agreed Hyuga with a troubled expression on his face while his back was resting against his locker.
Kiyoshi lifted an eyebrow. "Well, isn't basketball our lover, guys?"
. . . . .
. . . . .
. . . . .
All of them blinked, including the silent Mitobe.
"I can't imagine basketball like that, Kiyoshi-san," replied Kuroko honestly.
"Basketball as our 'lo-lover'? What is that . . . ?" asked Kagami with a puzzled look.
Kiyoshi answered with a bright smile, "It means that we're only devoted to basketball and in the future, we might have babies with the basketb-"
"GO DIE, TOO, KIYOSHI!" shouted Hyuga as he tried to strangle Kiyoshi but the brown-haired man just chuckled, clearly enjoying himself in this kind of situation. He's, after all, weird.
After the other teammates calmed Hyuga down, Izuki held up his own chin as he recalled something. "Hmm . . . I think that Moriyama from Kaijo is correct . . . If we just continue to play basketball and nothing else, there's a big probability that we'll be bachelors forever."
"Moriyama . . . ? Hey, he is the flirt from Kaijo, right?" said Hyuga.
Izuki nodded. "Right. Actually, he and I always chat online when I'm surfing the net. He told me a lot of things about picking up girls, and he even went to group dates with his teammates but unfortunately, they didn't succeed yet."
Kuroko faced Izuki when he remembered something similar. "Hmm . . . I think Kise-kun also mentioned to me about their failed group dates. He said that many basketball players are impossible to have girlfriends nowadays so being a bachelor forever is possible."
"Bachelors forever . . . ? I think that being a basketball player is risky, after all . . . ," murmured Hyuga at the corner as he buried his face on his palms in defeat.
"Yeah . . . Looks like we have a dim future ahead . . . Our lineage will be gone!" sobbed Izuki as he joined the captain at the corner. Kagami and Kuroko just watched them with puzzled looks.
"What the hell is going on, Kuroko? I don't get their logic!" asked Kagami while scratching the back of his head.
Kuroko answered straightforwardly, "Well, because you're Bakagami."
"What did you say?!"
"Do you want me to repeat it for you?"
"NO, THANKS!"
While the two guys were grieving and the others were arguing, Kiyoshi tried to imagine what a group date looked like with a big sigh. "Group date, huh . . . ? I never experienced that yet . . . It might be nice . . ."
After Izuki heard him saying that, he thought of a plan to brighten the atmosphere inside the locker room. It might also be a great chance for them as beginners as well.
"Then how about if all of us go and pick up girls to create a group date on Sunday?"
. . . . .
. . . . .
. . . . .
Kuroko declined with a bow before turning around. "I'm sorry but I'll refuse, Izuki-san. I have something urgent to do on that day."
Kagami turned around to leave. "I don't wanna go. It's a hassle."
Mitobe shook his head in disagreement as he walked beside the two freshmen.
However before they could leave the locker room, Hyuga blocked the door with an eerie aura around him, causing the red-haired guy and the silent one to break a sweat quickly. Kuroko tried to use his misdirection to sneak out but Izuki used his eagle eye so Kuroko's attempt became futile.
"There's 'no' for an answer, guys," said Hyuga with an evil smirk while his glasses sparkled dangerously. They gulped uneasily. There would be no retreating right now for them.
Later that night . . .
Kise was fixing his clothes inside his wardrobe until he heard his phone ringing inside his pocket. Quickly, he picked it up from his pocket and answered the call excitedly after seeing the caller ID.
"Hello, Kurokocchi~! Good evening!" greeted Kise with a cheerful voice.
Kuroko spoke politely. "Good evening, too, Kise-kun."
"So, why are you calling me? Do you already miss me, Kurokocchi?!" he teased but Kuroko ignored that and replied immediately.
"The truth is I need your help, Kise-kun."
Kise was shocked. It's been awhile since the teal-haired boy asked for his help. For as long as he could remember, he knew that Kuroko was the type of person who never asked for help even if the burden was too heavy for him to carry. Gulping, he finally asked, "What kind of help do you need from me?"
Then Kuroko started to stutter. "Well . . . umm . . . c- can you organize a group date for the Seirin Team?"
"…"
Did he hear it right?! A group date?! For the Seirin Team?! What the heck?!
"H-huh? Can you . . . repeat it again, Kurokocchi? I think I'm hearing it wrong . . ."
"Kise-kun, can you organize a group date for the Seirin Team . . . ?" he repeated it calmly.
After hearing it clearly and surely, Kise ended his call with Kuroko suddenly while his mouth was gaping widely. The revelation shocked him. Kurokocchi, who didn't have an interest with love or finding a girlfriend, would participate on a group date with his teammates?! There's no way he could keep this news to himself so he called immediately a certain red-haired boy.
Ring . . . Ring . . . Ring . . .
"Yes, this is Akashi Seijuro speaking," a red-haired boy with different eye colors answered his red phone in a dim room where moonlight was the only source of light there.
"This is Kise Ryota, Akashicchi."
"Oh . . . It's been awhile, Ryota. So what is it?"
"About that . . ."
After hearing all the details, Akashi smirked with interest while twirling the red scissor around his index finger.
"Okay. I think it's already time to make a move, Ryota."
"W-what do you mean?"
Akashi sighed, "Did you forget already the other oath?"
"The other oath . . . ? Oh! Yes, I still remember it."
"Then tell it to others as well. We'll meet up tomorrow at our secret place."
"Roger!"
Then the call ended. Akashi chuckled as he stood up from his seat and went towards his wardrobe to open it, revealing a black kimono with floral and butterfly patterns.
"The time has finally come. Kuroko Tetsuya . . . , you don't belong to anyone. You only belong to me . . . and me alone."
To be continued . . .
A/N: So what do you think? Please review! Thanks! (^_^)v
