I'm sorry that I ever thought you were the scariest Weasley, after the look and death grip that your father gave me today I'm pretty sure he tried to incinerate me on the spot so I completely retract that statement. Your mother is lovely though she was very kind and I think was the only thing that stood between me and death. Don't worry though, nothing is going to scare me away from you, not now, not ever.

Can you believe I finally managed to find the courage to ask you! Your father isn't as scary anymore, not when faced with the choice of asking you to marry me. Of course asking him was scary enough, but at least I knew that even if he said no I could ask you anyway. If you said no… well then my world would have ended.

Dear Mrs Malfoy,
Oh how I love writing that, you're actually asleep in our bed right now as I write this and you look like an angel, how lucky I am to have had an angel fall right out of heaven and into my arms. I must have done something really good.
I want to tell you how excited and happy I am to be starting this with you right now, I know that the last couple of months have been hectic what with all the wedding stress but I just know that there are no two people more perfect for each other in the whole world.

Finally, after the birth of their first child.

My Brave, Strong, Darling Rose,
I am so proud of you, you fought so hard and were so strong when bringing our beautiful baby boy into the world. I will forgive you for crushing my hand and shouting curses at me claiming that I was evil and did this just as punishment and that I would never touch you again because I know what a temper you have and of course you were in a lot of pain.
He has your eyes you know, I realise it's too soon to say properly and everyone keeps cooing over how he's a miniature carbon copy of me, but I've spent enough nights gazing into your beautiful eyes to know exactly what they look like.
Rest well now my love, your boys will be waiting for you when you're all better and you can meet him properly. I'm sure he already loves you with all his tiny little heart.

Underneath the last line is a small scrawl where Scorpius placed the quill in his sons hand. The baby gripped it as all babies do and Scorpius guided his tiny hand across the paper so a very shaky, scrawly heart was written beneath the words.
