Hello! This is my second post in like two months! Honestly, I'm on a roll. Today I have a little extra chapter of Reversed that I created on a whim when I was bored at three in the morning. I'm not sure if I'm super fond of it but I remembered a lot of people asking for another part so here it is! Please let me know what you think and I hope you enjoy! (as usual, please excuse any grammatical or spelling errors. I tend to have a heavy hand with commas.)

"Oh man Lucky, the stuff in this museum is crazy awesome." Wally slouched against the wall with a priceless crown slung haphazardly atop his head.

"West!" Jinx yelled, appalled that he would even consider messing with the irreplaceable artifacts that they were chosen to guard, "Put that back right now or, so help me God, I will hex you so hard that you won't remember your own name."

"Alright, alright." he gently removed the crown from his head and placed it back in it's container. "So, did you mean hex me or sex me because if I forget my name during sex I'm sure you'll remind me." he winked, inviting the blood to rush into Jinx's cheeks

"While we're on missions you are my coworker, my colleague. Not my boyfriend. We talked about this West, you need to remember that." Jinx crossed her arms over her chest, attempting to be stern.

"Coworker? Colleague?" Wally laughed, "What, are we office workers now? Are we stuck in cubicles staring at a computer screen five days a week?"

"No. We do something far more important than that and that's why we can't be distracted by something like romance while we're on the job." Jinx spoke in a dignified tone

"'Something like romance'" Wally mocked, walking closer to her. "Oh would you give it up already?" he pleaded, exasperated

"Give what up?" Jinx snapped back

Wally rolled his eyes and took another step towards her, "The whole 'I will not let anything divert my focus on doing good' shtick. It's not fooling me." He crooned, placing his hand on her cheek and cocking his head to the side, "I already know that there's something inside of you that wants to be a little naughty, that wants to do a little bad while being good." He winked

Jinx met his gaze and smirked, "You're a horrible influence." she grabbed his face and pulled his lips onto her's, basking in the blissful kiss. Just as Wally began to reach for places that were normally only reached for in the comfort of their home, the duo was greeted by a familiar high pitched voice. One that Wally knew well.

"Gross! Hate to break up this love fest but we've got something to take." Gizmo cackled while three of his other teammates came crashing in through the windows from all sides.

This is the exact thing Wally never wanted to happen but knew it was bound to happen. Regardless, he sprung into action. "Came to try and win me back?" Wally asked, already running a tornado around Mammoth, "I appreciate the effort but I'm fine where I am." he said sarcastically. He took a running start and jumped forward, kicking the already dizzy Mammoth while Jinx made the wires from underneath the floor rise and wrap around him.

"Man, we ain't come for you! We came for that!" See-More pointed behind them to where Kyd Wykkyd stood staring greedily at a jewel encrusted ring. Not only was this ring interlined with incredibly priceless jewels but it gave the wearer mystic powers that allows them to influence anyone to do what they want. Kyd lunged for the artifact at the same moment that Jinx screamed, "No!" and slashed her hand through the air, her eyes burning pink.

The ground beneath them shook and shattered. Some debris hit Kyd Wykkyd and sent him flying out the window through which he came. Jinx pivoted and hexed Gizmo, causing his mechanical spider legs to give out and crumble to pieces. Wally grabbed the velvet rope nearest to him and sped over to Gizmo who was attempting to flee. In less than the blink of an eye Wally had Gizmo tied up and weaponless.

Breathless but still aware, the heroes regrouped and surveyed the devastated room. The floor was littered with glass, debris, wires, and more. Two artifacts had fallen and caused Jinx great anxiety. Finally, they looked to their worn out enemies. See-More fled the scene as soon as he saw the mission go downhill and Billy Numerous had failed to show up at all. Three out of five were conquered this time around and Jinx felt okay with that. Wally was still in shock over the whole ordeal. He acted on instinct and his instinct was to do good, something he believed he wasn't capable of doing.

Police sirens rang in the distance. Someone must've heard the ruckus and called the police. Soon enough, the scene was flooded with officers and Jinx and Wally were recounting their mission and their fight to different detectives.

Gizmo, Mammoth, and Kyd Wykkyd were apprehended appropriately and placed in separate cars. Wally walked up to the car that held Gizmo. He rapped his knuckles against the window and it slowly rolled down. Wally smiled. Gizmo glared. "Heeey." Wally sing-songed

Gizmo glared.

"You know, you shouldn't frown so much, it causes premature aging."

Gizmo glared.

"I've done a little bit of thinking recently and you guys should really be thanking me for leaving." Wally shifted his weight to his left leg and nodded knowingly

"Thank you for what exactly? Revealing our greatest weaknesses? Knowing the way each of us works? Abandoning us when we followed you?" Gizmo's squeaky voice seemed deeper with his rhetoric

"Now, while all of those are great reasons, they are not what I'm thinking of." Wally brushed off the tinge of hurt he felt. "Now that I'm gone, you guys are truly the H.I.V.E. Five! You're no longer the H.I.V.E. Five Plus Another Member That Makes Six But We Don't Really Talk About It!" Wally laughed.

Gizmo rolled his window back up.

Eventually, the cop cars drove off and Wally and Jinx were let off for the night with Cyborg and Beast Boy taking their spots.

The journey home was cut short, courtesy of Wally's powers. Both of them were exhausted and couldn't wait to be rid of the sweat and grime that coated their bodies. Finally, they sprawled out on the sofa watching whatever late night infomercial caught their attention. Wally sat up with Jinx's head resting in his lap. He ran his fingers through her loose hair and recounted the day's events.

He remembered his doubts on his own moral alignments and then how quickly he acted to stop today's criminals that were yesterday's allies. He twisted a strand of Jinx's hair and realized she was the reason that he became who he is now. Without her influence in his life he'd still be the deviant leader if the H.I.V.E. Five. He remembered the day they first met and how he felt strangely drawn to her and her beauty even as she sent him soaring through the room, giving him a concussion and a sprained wrist. He also remembered the first time she asked him to join her and how utterly ludicrous the proposition seemed. Then, he looked down to her face and watched her eyes blink slowly, her eyes stayed closed longer each time the ends of her eyelids met. He watched her run a finger under her nose, scratching it. Then he looked to her chest that contained her beating heart and wondered what would become of him if it ceased to beat. He was overcome with a the sudden urge to relay an important message to Jinx. His heart sped up and he felt his hands start to sweat. His eyes darted around the room but landed, once again, on Jinx's face. His fingers untangled from her hair and he let out a breath he didn't realize he was holding, "Jinx?"

"Yeees?" she yawned, rubbing her eye

He breathed in and let a brief moment of silence pass before feeling the pressure of these words build up inside of him until it felt like he'd explode if he didn't say them immediately.

"I love you."

"I love you."

They spoke simultaneously, shocking each other. Wally chuckled and watched the corners of Jinx's mouth turn upwards.

Wally lost his fingers in her hair again and she fell asleep on his lap, breathing peacefully.

I don't consider myself talented at all but I do feel like my writing has matured since I originally wrote this story in like 2013 when I was in eighth grade. I threw in some big balls of fluff in there as per request. I was thinking of maybe writing another little bonus chapter about the first time they met but I don't really know how I'd go about doing it? I also would like to write a little extra chapter of Accidental Kisses and the Fact That Girls Like Being Girls but I have absolutely no ideas!
