Okay so, I'm rewriting this. Again, who would you people like seeing paired with her?

I'm back, though. Enjoy.

Hinata stared blankly at the note. Her lavender eyes took in every word. "I...I'm in a different year..." An insatiable loneliness washed over her when she realized what that meant. That meant that none of her friends were born yet...

But the opportunities that came along with this... She could save everyone from dispair.. She could prevent the war, and Neji would be alive. But that also meant that she wouldn't ever be able to be with Naruto. She could prevent the Uchiha massacre. She could save Sasuke, Naruto and Itachi.. She could save Kakashi-sensei..

The opportunities were too great. She felt the determination run through her veins, and she began heading toward Konoha. She needed to speak with the third Hokage. And then find out where Jiraiya was. Then for Nagato and Konan and Yahiko. There was so much she had to do.

"I need to speak with Lord Hokage.. It's very urgent." Hinata stated. The guards nodded. One of them led her to the tower, and an hour later she was standing before him with guards at every corner of the room. She was back in her 14 year old body, giving her an air of innocence about her. They wouldn't possibly think she was a threat.

"What is it, girl?" Hiruzen rose a brow at the young girl. She had the most striking appearance.

"Lord Hokage. I would like to be granted permission to bunk here in the Hidden Leaf. My family is dead, and when they were killed…." She paused, making the moment seem more realisitic. "I was sent through time, and I saw the future.." She lied. She had to, she couldn't ruin Hiruzen's life. She couldn't possibly tell him that he would be killed by his very own student.

"What? How?!" He didn't mean to shout, but he couldn't help it. "Why do you look like a Hyuuga? Those eyes. They're Byakugan."

"I am of Hyuuga decent. My father impregnated a woman outside of the family, and no one knew about it. He passed away a long time ago, and my mother and stepfather are both dead." She shifted under his gaze, trying to seem upset. How would someone react if their parents were killed? Certainly not like Sasuke, she thought bitterly. "I saw the future. And horrible things are going to happen. I know how to fix it, though. It will save thousands of lives."

Hiruzen nodded toward the guards, telling them to leave. "How can I trust that you aren't a ploy, plotting evil?"

Hinata looked at him with a seriousness in her eyes that told him it wasn't a joke. "My name is Hinata Hyuuga, and I have seen the fourth Shinobi war. In 5 months from now, you will receive information on Dragon Bridge, and Minato Namikaze will be sent with his Genin team to investigate. Kakashi Hatake, Rin Nohara and Obito Uchiha will be ambushed, and to save Kakashi Hatake, Obito will push him out of the way, and he will be crushed by boulders.

"Madara Uchiha is still alive, and he's very, very weak, but he will save Obito. And in the end, Obito will try to end the world by putting everyone under the Infinite Tsukuyomi, which is an infinite genjutsu that puts everyone under the same Utopia illusion. All because of Rin Nohara's death. I must stop it before it begins, or Jiraiya and so many others will die, Lord Hokage."

Hiruzen didn't say anything for a long time. And when he did, it wasn't directed at her. "Guards." He stated. Two puffs of smoke filled the room and two Joūnin were separating the Hokage from the girl. "Retrieve Obito Uchiha and his grandmother immediately." Hiruzen ordered. The Joūnin both disappeared instantly, leaving Hinata alone with the Hokage.

Suddenly, the older man sent a kunai flying toward her, and as a defense mechanism, she blocked it with her chakra swiftly, something the Hyuuga specialized in.

"You are Hyuuga, aren't you?" He turned toward her. "Who taught you your family's fighting style, child?"

Hinata let her gaze drift to the floor, and she looked at the discarded kunai. "I taught myself. My mother was against the thought of me becoming a ninja, but now that she's gone, I have no choice but to use my learned skills to protect myself."

Hiruzen didn't look at her, choosing to keep his eyes on the window of his office. "You will stay with Obito and his grandmother until I get word on Dragon Bridge, only then will I allow you to make any moves."

Hinata nodded. "Of course, Lord Hokage."

"Will I have grandchildren..?" He asked, raising a brow. He wasn't sure if he ever would. When Hinata nodded again with a smile, he knew that what she said was true.

"You will. He's a very exuberant young man." She said, feeling wise. She definitely was now for her age, and she's gone through a war to top that off.

He smiled, unsure as of why. "I see."

When the offending Uchiha walked through the door, Hinata couldn't help but feel faint. This was the man. The one that started the war. The legend Uchiha. The one everyone compared to Naruto.

"What's going on?" The offender asked. An elderly woman trailed in behind him quietly.

Hiruzen smiled at the elderly woman. "Nani, it's been a long while." Hinata looked over the intruding pair, a small smile on her face. Obito was very much like Naruto. It was obvious.

"Is has been, Lord Hokage." She gave him a withered smile. Hinata could tell that this woman had been a beautiful woman in the not too distant past.

"Well, let's get down to business." He gestured for the trio to all have a seat. His eyes then wandered to the Hyuuga child. "Nani, Obito, this is Hinata Hyuuga. Her parents were killed just recently, and she's wandered to our village seeking shelter." Obito turned to her, along with his grandmother.

Hiruzen eyed them. "Hinata will be joining you, Nani. If you wouldn't mind, of course." His younger eyes met the elderly pair. "She is a distant member of the Hyuuga clan, and to avoid having her being forced to bear the Curse Mark, I ask of you to keep her with you and Obito."

Nani scanned the young girl. She was definitely of Hyuuga decent, but her striking blue hair told her that she wasn't related to anyone in the current generation. Her soft eyes went softer, seeing how scared the young woman looked. "Of course, Lord Hokage. Anything for you." She smiled at the girl, earning a shyer smile back.

"Splendid! But outside of your home, she must wear contacts to keep from gaining suspicion. Until she is of age at least."

Nani nodded, "She will be well protected inside my home. Don't worry about that, Hiruzen-sama."

Obito locked eyes with the girl. She had the most beautiful eyes he'd ever seen. And they were large, and moonlike. He grinned at her, resulting in a cute blush. Oh, how cute she was!

"Hinata is a formidable Kunoichi, and will be going on private missions directed by myself in the near future, all I ask is that you keep her safe in the Uchiha district. That, and I'll send the funds for her and you and Obito to help take care of you all. She also needs a new wardrobe, if you need, I can send the funds for that as well."

Nani shook her head at the last bit. "Nonsense. I'll send her and Obito to go shopping later on today. I am an Uchiha and we do have a fancy sum of money." She reminded with a smirk. "Will that be all, Lord Hokage?" She asked.

Hiruzen nodded, turning his attention back to Hinata. "You need to put up a minor henge on your eyes. Just until you reach your new home. Can you do that?" He asked, eyeing her.

Hinata nodded slowly, putting up a henge from the woman that was walking in the street just outside. They were now forest green instead of their usual lilac color. Obito watched with amazement. She really was a formidable Kunoichi, wasn't she?

"Well then, you are dismissed. I'll have Hinata back in a few days."

They were all dismissed, and Hinata couldn't help but grow nervous around Obito. He would grow to be one of the strongest shinobi to ever come out of the Hidden Leaf. She would be able to keep him from falling into the dark, and she was proud that Obito had chosen her to do this.

She looked at him as they walked outside. The warm weather was something to bask in. "Hinata-chan, I'm Obito Uchiha. I'm going to be Hokage someday." She felt her heart skip two beats, and she turned to him with a light smile.

"I bet you will, Uchiha-san." She giggled when he beamed at her compliment.

Suddenly, she didn't feel so alone anymore. "You can call me Obito. And without "san" cause that makes me feel old." He laughed, scratching the back of his head. He suddenly felt nervous, and his heart was pounding.

"Okay Obito-kun." She smiled, facing forward. He was very kind. He was just like Naruto... Or was it, Naruto was just like him?

"You can meet my cat! His name is Tobi! Get it? Cause it has the same letters in it as mine." He grinned cheekily. Hinata almost gagged. Tobi. Thats where that came from?

Hinata sat on the mat and ate her food quietly, watching as Obito slurped up his ramen. When he was finished, he dragged her outside of the Compound to help search for Tobi-kun, the cat. They eventually found the black cat. It purred in Hinata's arms soothingly. And it had the most striking color of eyes. They were icy blue. Absolutely beautiful.

Hinata didn't even notice that Obito had been staring at her the whole time she was petting his cat. Suddenly, he spoke up. "Hinata-chan.. You look prettier with your normal eyes." He grinned, earning that blush. He made it his new goal to make her blush every day.

She lowered her head, staring at the cat more intently. "Th-thank you.. Obito-kun. No one has ever said that about me." She admitted. She had been bullied as a child due to her strange eyecolor. Even being called a Hyuuga monster once before.

Obito frowned. "Well, get used to it Hinata-chan." His frown deepened when he remembered Rin. He liked Rin. This was a stranger. But, maybe it was good. Rin loved Kakashi.. Damn that Hatake. His black eyes went over Hinata. He silently hoped she wouldn't fall for his charms too. Hinata seemed to notice his change in demeanor, and she looked up at him with a concerned expression. The Uchiha grunted, feeling his heart start to pound again.

She gingerly placed a gentle hand on his knee. "Obito-kun.. You look sad, are you okay?

He flashed a nervous grin at her. "I'm great. We need to get you your clothes, though. That's definitely not fitting for a fierce Kunoichi to wear in battle." He said, gesturing to the black shirt and pants she was wearing.

Hinata couldn't help but smile. He was so kind. It was scary to think that he was the same man that started the war...but that doesn't have to be true anymore. She blushed heavily when he grabbed her and briskly tossed her on his back and took off toward the village center. Her face was beet red when they started capturing attention from passersbyers. "Obito-kun.. They're looking at us funny." She mumbled.

He chuckled. "So what? They can look all they want."

Hinata blushed again when he put her down. "Thank you." She mumbled, warranting another grin.

"Let's go. I have the money, so pick out what you want." He walked into the small store, and she followed behind as quiet as a mouse. Her newly green eyes went over the clothes. This was her chance to be more confident. She didn't have to hide her body, knowing what it was like. It makes you less confident. And less comfortable.

She looked over a rack, finding a pale purple sleeveless jacket with a mesh top underneath. She pulled it off and looked around more until she found a pair of shorts. She pulled them off and headed to the changing room.

Her eyes went over her 14 year old self. This was when she started growing her hair out to impress Naruto for when he got back... She frowned at the thought, but continued to gaze at herself. Her short hair was just above her shoulders and her signature bangs still framed her face. She definitely was beautiful, she had to admit. She shouldn't have been so hard on herself before.

Hinata pulled the jacket on, and then the black shorts. She peeked outside, seeing Obito sitting down and waiting for her. She gulped and stepped out. "Obito-kun, is this okay?" She asked. She felt more self conscious the longer he stared.

"Let's get that." He stated, suddenly grinning at her. It seemed to be a constant thing he did.

Hinata lay in her new bed that night, staring at the ceiling. This was a new life for her. She could fix everything. She could save so many people. She could save the Akatsuki. She could save so many from falling into the swallowing darkness that had captured so many.

8 months later

Hinata stood before Hiruzen. "Lord Hokage." She bowed.

Hiruzen eyed her, the tense aura around him made her shift uncomfortably. "Hinata. It seems that you were correct. That is why I am refraining from sending Minato's team out. I am sending high ranking Joūnin in their place. But I'm suspending team Minato from missions outside of the village for the next three years." He stated calmly. The girl before him looked guilty. His eyes softened. "It isn't your fault, girl. It is to keep them from falling into the wrong hands. Rin Nohara is going to be secured until we see fit that it's safe for her to leave the village." He said calmly, making eye contact with the girl.

"Hai. I understand."

11 years later

Hinata glared at the young boy. Naruto was more of a rascal than she'd remembered. Her lavender eyes went up to meet the apologetic sea blue eyes of Naruto's father. "I'm sorry, Hinata. Naruto can be very rude at times." He smacked the back of the blondes head. "Apologize to Hinata-san." He growled. "Don't think I'm afraid to get your mother, young man."

Naruto's attitude changed immediately, much to Hinata's amusement. "I-I'm sorry, Hinata-san." He apologized.

Obito stomped into the Hokage's office moments after the incident and was automatically seething at the young blonde boy. "Why the hell were you so goddamn rude, Naruto?! Hinata loves you very much and would do anything for you, yet you pull a prank like this? It's pretty pathetic that you feel the need to put tacks on your own teachers chairs." He got close to the boys face, penetrating him with his scary sharingan. "Apologize to me now, for pissing me off when I was in a good mood."

Minato sighed. This was all too familiar. When would Naruto learn to not mess with the Hyuuga.

"I'm sorry Obito-sensei.." He avoided making eye contact, afraid he would succumb to his scary genjutsu.

Obito calmed when Hinata placed a hand on his shoulder. "It's okay, Obito. I'll get my revenge next time." She grinned evilly at the 9 year old. Naruto shivered. Hinata never looked so scary…

Obito humphed and leaned back with a smirk. "Alright. Next time I won't go easy on this shithead either."

Minato smacked Naruto once more for good measure. "Next time your mom will also find out about your little scheme."

Obito pulled the goggles over his eyes and disappeared. Hinata was left to wait for orders from Minato. The blonde man smiled at her, making her feel giddy. Why'd he have to be so handsome?

"You and your team will be going to Kumo tomorrow morning to personally hand over a trading peace treaty to Onoki, the Tsuchikage." He stated, handing her the small scroll. Hinata looked over the cover.

"Are we establishing some sort of peace with them so we can safely trade with other villages?" She asked, it sounded obvious, but she couldn't be too sure.

"Yes. That's exactly right. You should inform your team as soon as possible. And this is a dangerous mission, so be careful."

Hinata nodded, disappearing to go find her team.

She found them in the Akatsuki corps building, and they were making trouble. "Of course…" Hinata sighed, walking into the living area that was now pronounced destroyed.

"Ohayo, Hinata!" Yahiko walked in behind her. "What's going on?" He asked. She turned and met his eyes.

"Ah, nothing. I'm just looking for my team. We have a mission tomorrow." She stated, he nodded in understanding.

His brown eyes turned away from her. "Kisame is at the springs with Itachi and Deidara. I'm not sure where Nagato is." He could feel the irritation emitting from the Hyuuga.

"Of course they're not where they normally are when I need them…." She mumbled. Yahiko laughed, placing a friendly hand on her shoulder.

"That's the Akatsuki for ya."

Hinata sighed heavily, pulling the towel closely around her as she stepped out into the spring. Might as well relax and let Kisame know of their mission. As she stepped out, a wave of relief washed over her. Nagato was there now. Thank Kami. She got their attention, and her old blushing habit came back. "Could you look away?" She asked, pouting.

Kisame chuckled. "I've seen you naked on more than one occasion, Hinata." His sharp grin made her face heat up even further, and the thought of his eyes on her nakedness made it worse. She felt like she could pass out. Thankfully, the shark nin eventually turned around when Itachi shot him a cold glare.

"Arigatou, Kisame." She mumbled. She stepped into the mixed spring slowly, sinking down and crossing her arms over her chest, seemingly hiding herself. "You can look now." She murmured. Her blush was now there for good, it seemed.

"What's brought you here, Hinata-chan?" Deidara asked, his blonde hair was all pulled up out of his face. He was quite gorgeous for a 17 year old, Hinata had to admit. When they retrieved him, he was about 10 years old. Very mischievous and sassy. He's grown so nicely.

Hinata, blushed, looking down at her bust, attempting to hide it from the still troublesome men around her. "We have a mission tomorrow morning, Kisame-kun, Nagato-kun.."

Kisame sighed, leaning back and crossing his arms behind his head. The warm heat felt so relaxing. "Okay." He said simply.

Nagato spoke up quietly. "What is the mission?"

Hinata looked up at his bittersweet eyes. They were so gorgeous! "We're going to be personally handing over a trading scroll to the Tsuchikage."
