Ruexgo looked next to her, where the boy named 'Riku' was, or rather, 'Repliku'. "So, Sora's almost done with this new world," she said. "Good riddance. I hate it."

Repliku sniffed. "Yeah, whatever," he said.

From what Ruexgo had heard from Vexen, Repliku was a boy made out of the real Riku who was still walking around the castle. From his fight with the 'hero of darkness', Vexen had made the Riku Replika, or as Ruexgo thought, Repliku. "So, Riku, what now?" Ruexgo asked.

Repliku sighed. "Let's just go meet my supposed friend," he said. He created a dark corridor. "Wow, you're better at this thing than I thought," Ruexgo said.

Repliku smiled evilly before changing into what Vexen called, 'Normal Riku,', and going inside the portal. They got there in time before Sora closed the door. His eyes widened. "You're…Riku?!" he exclaimed, not really noticing Ruexgo.

"Wow, Sora, you're forgetting a lot of things these days," Ruexgo said. "Namine, and now what Riku looks like? Honestly, that's kinda dumb."

Sora ran up to him. "What are YOU doing here?" he exclaimed, "And why is she with you?"

"Not happy to see me?" Repliku asked, ignoring Sora's second question. "Lemme know if I'm getting in the way, ya know, of something that's more important."

"Huh? I didn't mean that…"

"Hmph. Spare the excuses. I bet that you had all but forgotten about me," Repliku said. He looked up at Ruexgo. "Right sunshine?"

"Only the fire-head can call me that," Ruexgo said. "Don't push it kid." Repliku raised his hands mockingly as if to say 'Don't hurt me'.

Sora was panicking. "Are you crazy? C'mon, I came all this way looking for YOU!"

"But you're not anymore, right?" Repliku bit back. "Now it's only Namine that you're looking for. You don't care about me. Just like you never cared…at all about her feelings."

"Oohh! Burn, Sora," Ruexgo exclaimed. "Yeah. Did you really care about her? Or were you to stupid to remember?"

"Namine's…"

"Hmph. I knew it. Never even gave it a thought, did you?" Repliku asked. "Just cuz you want to see Namine…sorry…doesn't go both ways. Tell ya the truth, Namine doesn't even want to look at your face."

Sora started to panic even more. "Why not?!" he exclaimed.

Repliku looked away. "You should ask your memories…why Namine disappeared from the islands. Remember that, and you'd know."

Sora's head was bowed. "Did I…did I do something? Is it my fault?" he wondered aloud. "Riku…"

Repliku changed into his Dark Form. "Go home, Sora. I'll care for Namine," he said. "Anyone who goes near her…" he summoned his Soul Eater, "…Goes through me!" He jumped out at Sora. He blocked it.

"What's…What's wrong with you?! We're supposed to be friends!" Sora exclaimed.

"Please, Sora," Repliku replied, "Since when have you ever cared about me?! Namine's not the only one who's sick of looking at you. So am I!"

"Riku, stop it!"

Repliku just jumped back and held Soul Eater up high. There was a bright flash of light before he and Sora disappeared. Ruexgo walked around the empty room for a bit before Repliku and Sora came back. Repliku started to run away to the eighth floor. "Riku, wait!" Sora exclaimed. Repliku didn't stop. Sora ran after him with Ruexgo silently trailed behind. She hid behind the wall. He stopped and looked around the room. "Riku, where are you?!" he exclaimed.

Goofy and Donald ran up to him. "Sora, are you okay?" Goofy asked.

Sora lowered his head in defeat. "Don't worry about me. Riku…what happened?" he wondered aloud.

Jiminy jumped out of Sora's hood. "Hmmm…sure was strange. Almost like Ansem was controlling Riku again," he said.

'Ansem?'

"But we got rid of Ansem for good," Sora said.

'They really are strong, if they can do that on there own,' Ruexgo thought.

They still didn't notice her. "Then I wonder what is wrong with Riku," Goofy said.

"Hold on…the king! If he's with Riku, he might be in danger!" Donald exclaimed.

'King, king, king, jeeze, is that all that duck can think about?' Ruexgo wondered.

The duck and dog stared at each other for a moment before looking back at their downcast friend. "Sora," Jiminy said. He hopped down from Sora's shoulder. "I know…you're thinking Riku isn't your friend…but that's just not true."

"Ya sure?" Sora asked.

Well, I know he said some awful things to you back there, but you gotta remember, we are in Castle Oblivion," Jiminy said. "Why, folks lose their memory here a little bit at a time. Riku's probably just forgotten that the two of you were such close friends. That's all."

'Wow, someone here has common sense,' Ruexgo thought.

"So he just forgot?"

"My guess is that's so. But Sora, Instead of being sad, we have to figure out a way to help Riku get his memory back," Jiminy said, "If we all work together, why, we're sure to get you through this. No need to mope."

"Jiminy's right. You shouldn't push your friends away," Goofy said.

"Yeah, okay."

The room was silent for a moment then…"Sora, do you remember our very first promise?"

Sora just looked back at them tiredly. "Always smile!" Donald and Goofy exclaimed.

"That was the very first promise we made to each other the first time we met! We promised never to forget to keep smiling!"

Sora bowed his bead before smiling back at them. "You're right," he said.

"What a shame," Ruexgo said. She appeared in front of the next door. Sora turned around and saw her. "What did you…WHAT DID YOU DO TO HIM?" he exclaimed.

"Absolutely nothing," she said. She looked at where Repliku ran away. "Besides, Sora, do you really think that the real Riku would do that to you?"

"What?"

"Your heart is encased in a world of lies and confusion, surrounded by the memories you gain, and the memories that you lose," she said. "Tell me something, Sora; do you know who your other friends are?"

Sora opened his mouth before closing it again. "It's like I told you before. This castle could destroy you. Is Riku really betraying you? Are you betraying him? Or are you both betraying each other and Namine? Or," a slight smile was on her face, "Is this nothing but a bad dream? All of your journeys, is it just a far off memory? Are there really other worlds out there? Do you even, truly know Namine?"

Sora slowly lowered his keyblade. "N…no…"

"Exactly," Ruexgo said. "But what do I know? I'm just a bad guy." She opened a corridor and disappeared inside. Sora didn't even bother to try to catch up with her.

Ruexgo arrived back at the room where Axel and the others were. "I think I broke him," she said.

"I broke him first," Repliku said.

"I think you both broke him," Axel said. Repliku went up to Namine. "Don't worry. You'll be fine," he said. He vanished in a dark corridor. Ruexgo sighed and slumped and bent down like she was tired. "Playing the bad guy. Ugg, I feel like I'm my somebody again, and I'm killing a little puppy."

"Wait…" Axel said, "So…that was all a play? A distraction?"

"Yep," she said. She stood up straight and brushed away the hair from her face. "I'm not that cruel. I certainly won't try to kill Sora; I'm just giving him little facts, that's all."

"I'm impressed. For the alt few days, I honestly thought I was looking at a different person."

"I'm flattered. However, I think I'm overdoing it."

"You sounded like Larxene," Axel stated bluntly.

"Sod off, fire-head," Ruexgo said playfully. She pushed his shoulder a little. "I'm going to check on Zexion. See ya later." She disappeared into a dark corridor.

"Yeah, see ya," Axel said quietly.

Ruexgo sighed as she watched Sora and Repiku fight. "I hate this," she muttered. She took a dark corridor to the room where Namine was. She wasn't drawing.

"You okay Nami?" Ruexgo asked.

"Yeah…I…"

Axel opened a dark corridor to the room walked up to her. "Does it hurt, Namine?" he asked. "Watching your two childhood friends fight all because of you?"

Namine's head was lowered. "You have my sympathies. From the heart," Axel said.

"Stop it fire-head," Ruexgo exclaimed. "You're not making this any better." Namine's head also shot up, her face twisted in unbelievable rage that Ruexgo didn't know she could have, or rather, imitate.

"But don't push it," Axel continued, ignoring Ruexgo, "We Nobodies can never hope to be somebodies." Namine bowed her head in defeat. "Then why do we even try?" Ruexgo asked. She looked at the crystal ball. "Hey, I think they've forgotten about Kairi," he said.

"And I've taken her place in Sora's heart," Namine said.

Ruexgo sighed. "You've taken it too far this time, Axel," she said.

"What? Like you've said yourself, its acting."

"On people like Larxene and Marluxia!" Ruexgo exclaimed. "Not a fourteen-year-old nobody!"

"It's not like any of these people have the heart to feel," Axel said. "Especially Namine."

"Well, I don't think that Namine's a normal Nobody," Ruexgo said.

"She has a talent. We all do."

"Yeah, but it only works on certain people like Sora," Ruexgo said. "Not just any Joe Shmo."

Axel didn't respond. "Whatever. See you later." She muttered. She opened a dark corridor and walked inside. 'What's gotten into you, fire-head?'

Axel folded his arms. "Dammit," he muttered.

"You're afraid of something," Namine said.

"I don't have a heart."

"But yet you sense that this is a time to be worried, and so your memories are triggering the memory of worrying," Namine said. "I can see it."

Axel bit the inside of his lip. He opened a corridor. "Make sure you don't bring back Ruexgo's memories by mistake. If you do, she'll seriously kill me."

Namine nodded. Axel sighed and walked inside the corridor. 'After all, what we did to her all those years ago…could that even be forgiven when our hearts are no longer inside us?'

Axel, Larxene, Ruexgo, and Vexen were in the room "So what's going on Vexen?" Larxene asked. "Your Riku was supposed to counter Sora. What's he waiting for? Where is he?"

Vexen looked angry. "He's hiding somewhere to lure Sora deeper into the castle, right?" Axel asked. "I suppose we should just leave it at that, you know?"

"Nice plan," Ruexgo said. "I can leave it."

"Aha! Oh, I see it now!" Larxene exclaimed. "I would have never guessed that. So sorry, Vexen."

"Bitch," Ruexgo muttered.

"Silence!" Vexen exclaimed. Ruexgo looked up at him blandly. "Was that supposed to scare us?" she asked.

"Predictable response," Larxene said. "Forget it. Men without hearts are so boring."

"Like Saix," Ruexgo muttered. Axel chuckled and nudged her. "What? It's the truth."

"You're one to talk!" Vexen exclaimed. "As if you have such a heart to speak of yourself."

"Enough."

Ruexgo looked up and saw Marluxia appear in the room. "Marluxia!" Axel exclaimed.

Marluxia took off his hood. "Vexen, the simple fact is that your project was a failure," he said. "You best not disappoint us again."

"Disappoint YOU? You go too far!" Vexen exclaimed. "In this Organization, you're Number XI! I'm Number IV and I will not have you…" Soon he was faced with a blade at his face.

"I've been entrusted this castle and Namine by our leader," Marluxia said. "Defying me will be seen as treason against the Organization."

"Traitors are eliminated. I believe that's what the rules say," Axel said.

"Who needs a half-baked food-for-nothing, anyway?" Larxene asked.

"I believe there's one more genius in this castle other than you, Vexen," Ruexgo asked. Vexen growled.

"Vexen, you cannot win against Sora," Marluxia said.

"Pity to be so ignorant," Vexen said, "As you're only able to see the surface of things, I should not expect you to appreciate my true might."

"What true might?" Ruexgo asked.

"Ruexgo is right," Marluxia said. His scythe disappeared into flower petals and floated away. "Then let us watch as you prove it. Prove yourself to be right and for her to be wrong"

"What?"

"None of us wish to be suspicious of a comrade," Marluxia said.

"Your insincerity is comforting," Vexen said. He vanished.

"You give a challenge like that to Vexen and he'll seriously want to eliminate Sora," Axel said.

"That would be an unfortunate denouement," Marluxia said. He walked over to Namine and placed his hand on her shoulder making her jump. Ruexgo's fists tightened and her teeth clenched without her knowing why.

"What to do," Marluxia said. "Your hero is soon to be wiped from existence. But I believe there is a certain promise that he made you." Her head shot up. "Isn't that right, Namine?"

"…Yes." She bowed her head. They watched as Vexen was fought and defeated by Sora. He was now talking with Sora. "As I expected, you weren't one to die very easily."

"As if I'd ever lose to you!" Sora exclaimed. "Wow, he really hates us," Ruexgo said.

"I wouldn't be so sure," Vexen said. "Did you even notice? I was delving deep inside your memory as we fought. And here. Look what I found." He held up a card. "A card crafted from all the memories that are locked in the other side of your heart."

"Is that…Twilight Town?" Ruexgo exclaimed. 'Wait…other side of his heart? Could that mean…'

Memories…in the other side?" Sora asked. As Ruexgo peered closer at his face, her eyes widened. A figure seemed to take place. A figure with spiky blond hair wearing a black coat.

'Roxas?!'

"If Sora disappears, that would mess up the Organization's plans," Axel said.

"I trust that you two know what you need to do," Marluxia said.

"Haven't a clue, really," Axel said, "Maybe you can spell it out for me."

Ruexgo smiled. "Yeah. What do you mean?"

"Vexen has clearly committed a treasonous act against the Organization. You must eliminate the traitor."

Ruexgo's grin widened. "That's just what I needed to hear," she said. Axel walked away. "No taking that back later," he said. They disappeared into a dark corridor.
